    Thanks for your comment!

I know I need to get away but there’s just a lot holding me here, financial reasons, personal reasons, my own anxiety... which is why I think if I ever want to move out, I’ll need therapy to get to that point. I’m anxious at the thought.

My job is nice, it’s nearby and full-time. There’s just the issue that i’m not getting near as much exercise now as I was at my last job. I’m going to be working on that though.

I hope to write and read more soon.

Well, I don’t know. I think about how some teens start going in school even with just the guidance counselor and I wonder why I never did. I was always private about my issues and feelings.

In college, I considered a support group, but nothing came from that ever as I didn[t have transportation and didn’t want to ask anyone. I went to a Christian college and don’t believe there was ever any campus counseling.

Since then, I guess it’s been mostly money reasons and family reasons. It’s a lot of money and my mom would wonder why I was going and then probably a. tell me it’s too much, b. we can’t afford that, c. you don’t need it, d. “you’re going because I’m so awful, right? It’s so hard here.”

Can I ask, why aren't you going to therapy? I recent went back after four years away, and while it's hard to pin down the exact ways that it helps, it does though.

Amber, maybe I can't give you professinal advice about your mental state, but as someone who has experienced something like yours, I would say this:

Could you leave your family? farther is better.

Find a normal job, live around with nice people, eat more healthily, have a more organized life.

Oh, almost forgot, make yourself look stunning and of course, return to the literature world, read and write something again.

I hope this would be helpful, be well! Wink

Hi Amber, I am so sorry to hear all you said in this blog, I am not a therapist, so can't make any decision for you, but I wish you all the best.
