This is so awesome! I've come to the same realization with my family. I was also the same way with just constantly being negative to myself, but mine was internal.

My problem was that I didn't want to blame people for my upset, so I just blamed myself and started believing I was a terrible person, but I FINALLY broke out of it and it's improving all the time.

The same thing with work. The company I work for is kind of terrible with flawed ethics and no motivation for their employees, so I was miserable.

But you gotta question yourself on why you work there and why you complain so much. And if you're not gonna get a new job, then change your perspective. Which I did, because I am trying to stick around (for whatever reason) and honestly, it's a HUGE weight off your shoulders! Like, yaaaaas!

Um, yeah, so you're awesooooome! And congratulations on your progress!!

Hi, Tiffany, did I say I will write some comment on one of your blogs? I am sorry for that, I didn't know how to respond to that blog.

You seem to have some negative energy in you recently, what's the cause? has someone said something to you? from your friends, you parents or some jerks?

You have everything you need and you can achieve any thing you want, but you can become someone else, you can not win that battle, you will always lose, you can't no 1, there always will have an individual, who is better than you.

If you can't control yourself, why don't you compare youself to people who are worse than you?

Or better, why don't set some life-long goals, and strive your ass to achieve them, you will become one of the happiest people in the world?

    Saddest or Happiest, you chose.
