I appreciate you all! I had to take some time to regroup! After talking to my sister and my mom and journaling a bit, I feel like my normal self again, ready to get back on here.

I just got a little triggered by something and it brought me back into my old habits.

Weird question, but do you like video games? I know that urgent feeling of needing to do something reckless, and I need to control it and follow this advice again too: play a video game! Whether it’s a calming (like Animal Crossing) or violent one (GTA, RDR) is up to you! I used to impulsively load RDR just to be encountered by highwaymen and get into bloody fights when I felt down and very angry - it’d eventually tease the tears I’d been subconsciously holding onto out of me, and I’d feel better after that. Go kick some virtual butt!

Do you really care about what other people think of you that much?

No one is perfect.

We are humans, for GOD's sake.

We love food and sex.

We say and do stupid things sometimes.

We learn and correct ourselves.

We grow.

If you really want to release your anger and tense, go to a gym or just do some running or eat some food to calm yourself down, such as banana.

Don't harm yourself.

Just improve yourself and be more open to receive criticism .
