    You/the fund raising thing/people in general and on mibba could send letters to kids in Uganda. I know there used to be this program where you sent a letter and 5 dollars each month to a kid in Africa and he/she would send you letters in return. I don't think that the money would be the most important factor in there, although they need money too, but just the fact that those kids know that elsewhere in the world there are kids, that there's something more to life than the war and that someone out there cares for them would help.
