Yeah it's better if you get one that is already made. If you want a really cool one the one person that i think makes them really cool is Mindfreak., just ask her she might make a special one for you. Just tell her what you want. Just go to the layouts section, she has made a couple already to share.

bleh, because I'm nice, I can send you the CSS code by PM if you want. All you'll have to do is change the colors, and I'll explain that to you.

look up html layouts.
learning to make them is too hard to explain, trust me.
just look up html layouts and use premade ones.

Use CSS its easier.
