I mean, I know they can't let idiots that don't know shit out on the roads,

Pfft, they let thm out on the roads here in the Chicago area all the time. People otu here can't drive for shit. XD And when it snows, it's even worse, because the smart people actually drive cautiously but you got the idiots that think they're so awesome so they floor it down snow covered streets while talking on their cell phone. I always wish thy would end up in a ditch somewhere.
