woah. that's sounds a bit harsh for when you were so young.
i started cutting a while back but for a whole range of different reasons and now i've learnt to cheer the fuck up because my problems weren't even half as bad as other people's including yours.
well, i think you're really brave that even though you started cutting, you got through it and still managed to be strong for everyone around you. =]
