I agreed completely with you. I don't think you were in the wrong and I don't think you should apologize because of your opinion. The stupid band commandments and band bibles and endless videos are annoying and unpleasant to look at, I think.

To find really, really good stories, you have to network. Because you can't just suddenly find a good original story (meaning original, not original fiction... with fanfiction, you know) on Mibba.

....this isn't actually a band fic site, really.
if it were, original fiction wouldn't be allowed.
It's just the majority of members seem to like embarassingly terrible fanfictions to nurse crushes they have on their rockstars, and watch them bone each other because they just can't bare to see them with another girl. Either that or the writer (most likely a girl) imagines herself as the main character and changes the name, then she and her rockstar fall madly in love and live happily ever after.

Journals are here to express people's opinions and feelings on certain subjects. So sue her if she's just trying to vent how she would prefer more originals than MCR or a7x fanfics. EVERYONE is entitled to their opinion, and shouldn't be "bashed" for having one. She's just releasing her frustration on this subject and she's not naive about the circumstances. Never did she once say she hated those bands' fanfics or their fans she just merely expressed her opinion on how there are MANY written pieces on those two specific bands and she asked if anyone knew of any awesome originals since it's pretty damn hard to find a good one in the midst of all the other stories that are on this site. Oh and NEVER did she once say "Oh, EVERYONE should write originals instead of fanfics." She just said that it would be nice to see some originals or fanfics of lesser known people out there. Read CAREFULLY before you start assuming things and "bash" on people. Honestly, I did not see ONE thing that was hurtful towards MCR or a7x's fanbase / writing community. Just a polite way of asking can we please try something new once in a while? It doesn't have to be all out original, probably a new style of writing or different plotlines that you haven't seen in other stories everywhere just with different characters and dialogue.

Well that's my opinion and you're entitled to yours, but before you go and start "bashing" her think of this, all that matters in the end is what YOU think and what you feel. If you feel like she needs to be hatemailed for what she wrote in this journal then so be it. But I for one didn't read anything worth hating on. Nothing was negative and everything was put lightly. She didn't say something like "F**K ALL MCR FANS!" No, she did not. If she said something like that, then I would empathize with your anger and see why you would start bashing her but she didn't say anything remotely close to that.

So INCREASE THE PEACE, THE HATE CAN WAIT <3

Everyone has a personal preference on what to write their stories on. Regardless of if everyone is writing one about that person/band too. And, obviously, if your going to say things like this, your going to get bashed on. Take a look and almost all are MyChem and A7X fans.
I don't know about anyone else, but I choose to write stories about those whom I know about, I like to have my stories with some truth to it, not just some off the wall shit I think of. I wrote A7X before I came here, hell I wrote A7X before I even signed up on these types of sites.
I write about what I like, and its hardly okay for you to say that I or anyone else should write something original, just because you dislike the people we write about. If you don't like to read them, then CLEARLY you should not open it, rather then rant about it. Let people express their creative abiltity the way the choose, wether that be with MyChem, Avenged Sevenfold.. Or god forbid Miley Cirus.
Its their story, not yours. If you don't like who its about no one is making you read it.

I know! I go to search for slash stories and ALL of them are MCR. I mean what about other bands?? I mean sure they're cool and all, but there are other bands out there. I don't write any My Chem stories because there are all ready too many.

There is a lot of Mikey stories. Most I see are either Waycest or Frikey though and they envolves either Gerard or Frank.
But atleast is MCR and A7x stories here instead of Hannah Montanna/Miley Sirus and Jonas Brothers.

You say something bad about MCR (doesn't matter if you like them or not) You will get hatemail for it. I think it's kind of pathetic personally. I love MCR, but I stay away from anything that has to deal with them, usually. I'm really tired of seeing a bunch of shit about them. -.- But yea, like 00.07 said, a lot of the Mibba members signed up from INO and Radiant Eclipse. Which both sites support Mibba. And It's also a preference. Yes there are other bands out there, but people usually gravitate towards the bands they love most. You can hardly blame them for it (I'm not saying you are). And I have seen plenty of Mikey stories. You just have to keep an eye out for them. But again, people have preferences and you can't blame them for it (again, not saying you are).

When I find frerards in the femmeslash genre bitty thing I cry...

Meh. most of the users here signed up from INO, which is an MCR fan site, so yeah the majority of the fanfics are MCR.

If you don't like it no one is forcing you to read it. I'm not trying to hurtful but bashing MyChem on here is one of the most hatemail-garunteed things you could do on this site. It kinda sucks, but it's true.
