I actually think Mibba should change their rules a bit. #4 seems to be quite a pointless and judgemental one. Just because a journal contains an IM message doesn't automatically make it spam.

Technically, spam is "the practice of blindly posting commercial messages or advertisements to a large number of unrelated and uninterested news groups"

I'm not doing that AT ALL. :'(

4. No AIM/MSN/Yahoo Conversations

No matter how much "effort" you put into it, it still constitutes as spam. Which will get you banned from journals, kthnx.
