i agree with you....i think you can be over something and not forgive...of course, we should always try to forgive others but then again if we do something to hurt someone we should try our best to make it EASY for the one we hurt to forgive us (on his part). You've clearly tried to forgive him but he's just not making it easy. You can only truly forgive someone if they forgive themself first. So therefore...YOU are over it...HE'S not....obviously...hope that makes sense...
