OMG... That's horrible, my Uncle did a similiar thing to his daughter and he's out of prison but he's been in there for about 20 years or so... I understand what you mean though, It's ridiculous, it's almost as though the gov't wants those type of people out of jail and killing/raping/beating people etc...
Their reasons, who knows, they're sick twisted people... I feel we should be like more countries and cut the fuckers hand off, that way when we see a person with their hand cut off with a perminant tatoo on it (possibly red) we'll stay away from him, also it'd help with them kidnapping cuz you really do need two hands to hold someone down... Am I right?
