Call the cops. She has no right to intervene like that and certainly has no case for pressing charges. Get a restraining order if she comes around again. You could also get her for trespassing or something like that.

And file a personal grievance against that chick,

I know what you mean. There really are people that need to just be blinfolded and have their ears filled with cotton so that they can't do things like that. My neighbors are like that, and I'm patiently waiting for them to retire and move to Florida or something.
