^And to confuse even further, Slowcore and Sadcore have nothing to do with the Hardcore punk movement whatsoever, nor the scene.

Same.
- Whiskey Hands;:
- Only one(s) I can't bring myself to listen to: JRock, K-Pop and anything else that's similar. :/ It's just not even remotely appealing to me.
I completely agree with you. Most rap (A.K.A. rap crap) sucks. It's all about sex and drugs and money. its only sometimes good and pop can be pretty bad too. I think country is ok though. Not my fav, but 'ill put up with it
- venustation.:
- 97% of all rap I despise. Minus Fort Minor and some Eminem. That's it though.
I hate most pop too but I have a few guilty pleasures.
And country, I just detest ALL of it.
Yes, it is.
- Bob Dylan.:
- Screamo. Is that even music?!
ORLY NAO? And what would you call good screamo?
- Alex; oxytocin.:
- Yes, it is.
(And what is typically called "screamo" nowadays isn't even close to what it's supposed to describe.)
Good screamo would be whatever bands that he, myself, and all other screamo fans enjoy listening to There's no such thing as good music, only music that people like.

I'm not talking about good screamo necessarily, I'm talking about what the screamo genre entails. People hear any music that happens to contain screamed vocals and then whack the "screamo" label on it, when it's actually more of a nishe genre than people would think. The wiki article describes it surprisingly well. :)
