I would love to have a dinner date with a lot of historical figures.
Anne Boleyn, Jane Austen, Tom Lefroy, JFK, Napoleon B., Billy The Kid, Wyatt Earp, Doc Holliday, Edgar Allen Poe, Joan of Arc, Elizabeth I, a soldier from the Battle of Culloden, an African slave, the night riders, Benjamin Franklin, Einstein. There are so many.

If we were to go way historical . . . .

Either an early musician, or Robert E. Lee . . . . lmfao.

Edit: Early musicians or writers include Beethoven, Brahm Stoker, Edgar Allen Poe, Charles Dickins.

Edit edit: John F. Kennedy, Marilyn Monroe, Anne Frank, I just thought of these people, like five minutes after I posted this. XD.

    Irma Grese.

She was a concentration camp guard and was known for her sadistic behavior. Yes...but I think I could have such a conversation with her, especially since everyone who met her outside of the concentration camp said she was a lovely girl. (Except during the trial...she got rather defensive) Her short life was shocking to say the least and...it would be a strange night, but it would be awesome...I think.

I just want to know about her life, how she felt being so young with the power to control over 20,000 prisoners, the truth about her lovers, her life, to see of all the stories were true (such like the one about her getting an abortion). I find her so fascinating.

    Weird...I know.

No doubt would that be an interesting night...Complete with whip, restraints, and a suitcase of interesting toys. Joy.

Me on the other hand would consider her, maybe Ilse Koch but most definitely Joseph Mengele would be mine. My question to him would be "What's with the twins?".

No one kill me for this but, I'd take Hitler. I find him fascinating.
Or I'd take Edgar Allen Poe, Anne Rice, William Wallace, Elizabeth I, Joseph Mengele, or Oskar Schindler.

Clearly, I find Holocaust history most interesting.

    I can't really choose between

a, Anne Frank, because his diary affected me greatly. She was so much like me.
b, George Harrison, for obvious reasons.
c, Britannicus, Nero's step brother. Though I doubt I could communicate with him.

I would choose to take Edward R. Murrow (a journalist) out to dinner, because he's greatly inspired me when it comes to my writing, and he's one of my main inspirations for wanting to pursue journalism that's honest. ^.^

    Vlad Ţepeş, most definately.
Jospeh Stalin, Grigori Rasputin, Vladmir Lenin, Leon Trotsky, Karl Marx.
Fredrich II, former Prussian king during the war of the Austrian Succession.
Otto von Bismark, former German chancellor prior to WWI.
    Marie Antoinette, just cause. <3
There are many others, but these are the main people I would have loved to been able to talk with.

I would take Franklin Roosevelt out to dinner.
He was an amazing president, in my opinion. He got Americans off the gold standard, he got us out of the depression, he made welfare benefits, SSI, his wife is the reason we have vice-presidency, and a lot of more reasons.
I think he's amazing, and it's a shame he died the way he did. :(

Call me lame but I would like more than anything to talk with professor Tolkien from his university days. Ah just thinking of meeting him fills me up with inspiration. I would have so much to ask him...

Audrey Hepburn, how lovely that would be.
Julius Ceasar would be interesting as well.
The closest historical figure that I would love to dine with, who's close to my age, is King Tutankhamen. He was only 19 when he died. D:

I think I'd take Jane Austen so I could attempt to convince her to rewrite her own life and make a beautiful romance out of it.
Her's is such a sad story compared to the amazing books she wrote.
