If you used Google, no, it isn't right, but I can speak a tiny wee bit of Spanish.

I think está means "is" in feminine form. "Es en la sangre" is what I'm taught for "he/she/it is", although I'm not sure it matters.
resolví mi amor antes Nací
Resolví is past tense for to resolve, so it literally means "I resolved", not I met. Encontré (I met) is the correct verb, I think. Mi amor; my love is okay I think. Antes means before and nací (no capital N) means I was born.
él deseado amor, i gusto de sangre
él deseado means to desire. He desired love, literally. According to my textbook, querer is an irregular verb for to want, and the correct term is él querido. Or just querido. I looked up 'to taste' and I found several verbs, none of which are probably right :mrgreen: so just keep what you have.

This sentance is right, as far as I can tell.
y bebió mi guerra de años antes
This sentance looks right to me also. XD
Amor Como Invierno
This isn't right (it means Love As Winter, I think) although its probably as close as you'll get.

So my prognosis on a vaguely correct translation is:
