Any western movies? Or country western movies, I'm not sure which is the correct term.

^ Any at all? Modern, old? I'll just list some.
John Wayne films are a good place to start:
The Searchers (1956) and Stagecoach (1939) are good ones to check the, Stagecoach essentially made the genre popular again.
If you're interested in spaghetti westerns then you could try the Dollars trilogy by Sergio Leone, which are pretty much the benchmarks for the genre.

This is the wiki page with a list of almost all Westerns ever made. I'd be careful with the older ones because I think they probably present a slightly skewed version of their involvement with Native Americans.

Young Guns (1988) and Young Guns 2 (1990). Those movies make me Mr. Green Especially because of Kiefer Sutherland and Emilio Estevez.

Any good reccommendations of Sandra Bullock movies? Not any of her new movies, something pretty old, like from a decade ago perhaps? Two If by Sea looks really good, but I'm not sure.

Any "omfg what the fuck just happened?!" movies?
In a good way or a bad way. Just movies that made a huge impact on you, and you just couldn't get it out of your head for hours upon hours after watching it. Something that just knocked you out, and you literally went "what the...?" afterwards.

The Mist, Children of Men and Quarantine.

I didn't particularly like those movies at all, but that's the way they made me feel after watching them.

Rocket Queen I've seen The Mist and Quarantine (and Rec that it's based on) and you're right. Completely "OMFG OMFG" movies.

I'll have to check out Children of Men and Requiem For A Dream.

While I'm here - any horror movies?
I don't care if I've seen them or not, just toss a bunch of them out, whichever you can think about - any type of horror is fine.

^ Have you seen Let The Right One In? You probably have, but if not that's really worth watching. So is Eden Lake, which is kind of a thriller/horror sort of, but the ending is so... words cannot describe the way I felt. Kind of a mixture between horror and rage, but still a very good film.

^ Let The Right One In - well I've seent he Swedish original (I be Swedish) and that's probably one of the worst movies I've ever seen. Same with Eden Lake.

The only type of horrormovie I really don't want to watch is the "a bunch of teenagers went to camp at this lake where.... OMFG NOES WE ALL DIE Twitch" type of movie. Other than that, I'm up for suggestions. x]

^ Really? I wouldn't have gone that far.. there are so many worse films than those two, but whatever floats your boat.

To be honest there aren't very many good horror films out anymore. (Eden Lake isn't actually about teenagers gettings killed at a lake? Shifty) You could just google underrated horror films or something. If you like gruesome films you could watch Antichrist, though I dunno if you'll like that I guess.

I know what Eden Lake is, I've obviously seen it...

I'm not looking for underrated horror films, I'm just looking for some general ones.
Which is why I came here. I just don't want Friday the 13th or Shrooms type of movies.

^ You could try Rosemary's Baby. It's a little older, but it's not a slasher or teenager movie. It's got a pretty big suprise ending. A little odd though..

...I know you've seen it. Nevermind.

I just meant that if you've seen a lot of horror films looking for underrated ones would be a good way to find good films that get overlooked.

Another movie I have heard about (but never seen, although I want to) is a 1960s French film called 'Les yeux sans visage'. Which translates into English as 'Eyes Without a Face'. Someone mentioned it to me not too long ago and they said that when they first saw it they thought it was extremely effed up and definitely disturbing.

Not sure if you've seen it or not but I figure it's worth reccing anyway, huh?
