Music.

  • I have to listen to music when I do everything.

I can't concentrate without it, as weird as that sounds.

as much as I love my rock/metal, I have a strange fondness for dance and rave music :tehe:

  • Just about always listening to music, always blowing my ear drums, always not listening. XD
Sometimes my teachers at school let us listen to our music so that made doing classwork even easier to do for me. My FAVORITE bands are Avenged Sevenfold and Bullet For My Valentine. My favorite song is for the moment Everywhere I Go by Hollywood Undead. Its so dirty. lol
I am learning to play acoustic, and i played flute, but i hate it now because i had to play it for school. Ummmmm thats it i think.
    Oh yeaH!
i love techno music and recently got into the whole techno scene. Its so much fun to dance to than hip-hop. No offense to those that do dance to hip-hop, but its just something different.

  • :cheese: Did I hear HU mentioned?

    I love you. :brightside:
    :lmfao

I surprised I haven't lost some of my hearing yet, with the way I like my music.
standing in front of speakers at concerts doesn't bother me near as much as it used to.
I don't know whether that's a good thing or a bad thing :lmfao

    Basshunter is love.
his music is awesome. even if it's Swedish and I don't understand a word :XD

  • I listen to music everyday, all day, sometimes when I get caught at school the teachers are like: "AGAIN!? You should be deaf by now!" xD
I play guitar, flute, and piano.
Trust me I'm not all that good at them, but I try my hardest!
My favorite band is Black Veil Brides
My favorite song is Kinves And Pens by said band =D

Music is more important than life! <33

:tehe: I love after a concert when your friends are trying to talk to you and you have to make them yell, because you can't hear them. Does that happen to you?

I listen to my music loud, but only when I'm home alone. I also like to "dance" during that time. :lmfao It's terrible, trust me.

My mom bought this Native American drum and sometimes I play it when we're in the car. I'm afraid she's going to burn it soon, though. She hates when I play it.

    I love doing that! :lmfao

I just keep saying 'What?' until they say never mind. I'm never, ever gonna be able to hear them, but it's just funny to see them yell louder and louder… :XD

That stops with time, trust me. It happened at the first few concerts I went to, but now that I've been to so many and have played in bands enough, it doesn't happen at all... I'm probably going deaf, but it's whatevs :P

  • My music is so loud, my parents don't even care to tell me to turn it down, I'll just turn it back up again. :)

    Shifty
    yes.

especially the day after a concert. I go back to school and my voice is all hoarse and I can barely hear my friends as it is, so I just tell them I can't hear and make them yell at me all day. the reactions of other people are hilarious! :lmfao

and it really does hurt to talk usually, since I scream so much at concerts [it's terrible. I'm really out of tune...never stand next to me in a pit :XD] so I just tell my friends I can't talk either and use hand gestures all day and mouth things to them. it's kinda fun, actually :tehe:

  • I don't think I can go more than hour without music, unless I'm watching t.v. or sleeping and even then there is music on t.v. and in movies and I have my laptop open at night a lot and fall alseep to my music.
During school I keep my headphones handy and usually have one in during class.

    I love my music loud.
I can't actually function without it.

  • Until just a few months ago, music was that thing that existed for noise in films and tv. Sure, I'd had a brief obsession with McFly and Busted in my younger, 7 year old times, but that was about it. Then my friend introduced me to a band that changed my life...you might know them as My Chemical Romance. The sheer sound of the guitars, the lyrics as they crashed on top of the pumping drums, the slick bass line just made them that one band that stands out for me, the one band I never tire of. Over the weeks one thing led to another, and now Kerrang! is the only channel I can bear to watch, I read Kerrang!, my iPod is constantly dangerously low on battery and Youtube has about been exhausted. My music taste has expanded to only; rock, emo, alterntive, punk, and metal, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

If you're interested in which other bands I like, check out my profile, there's a full list and my fave songs.

But my fave bands at mo are My Chem, Green Day, Lostprophets, Fall Out Boy and All Time Low.

I know what you mean. My first concert was around when I was in fourth grade. I was so excited during it that I just kept screaming constantly and we were standing way in the back of this giant warehouse thing. I was so loud the band actually told me to shut up. :XD

I've never lose my voice, though. I just get the hearing thing.

My first real one [if you don't count awesome bands at fairs....lol] was last May. I was just yelling along to all the lyrics and songs with all the people around me. it was a good time :con:

my hearing improves faster than my voice, for some reason. so I can usually hear better, it's just muffled and sounds like I'm wearing earmuffs :XD
