It is very slow though, Dujo got married and has been neglecting Mibba.

That there's no direct upload in the layout maker. Would be pretty handy if the layout maker had one, instead of going to Photobucket or whatever, signing into your account, upload image just to get an url to input said image.

Ah, balls. :c Well... hopefully he won't neglect the site too much longer. I know it can be pretty rough for newly weds to work on solo projects and all. Still sucks. And thank you. :)

Yeah, he is busy, but he has responsibilities! He created a site with now over 360k members, he needs to maintain it. And of course! You won't miss being a blog mod, guaranteed.

That is very true. I've always believed if you can't handle something, even if for a short time, hand it off to someone who can. It isn't fair to those who come here often and are dependent on the site. Oh, I popped over to the blogs just to take a peek. Nope, nope, nope. I'd rather not be a blog mod again, lol.

I feel like it needs to be necessary to have a) intermediate/advanced coding abilities and b) access to the website source code in order to be an Admin on here. No one except Dujo can work on the site. He needs to hire a professional scripter, maybe, to take care of the site for him. And yeah, ladyschrei quit because it was too bad.

How lonely this site seems. o_0

I completely agree. I mean, I get why the admins have their "roles" but I think that should be separate from what Dujo is, if that makes sense. Especially since Dujo is the only one who can make code changes and what not. Maybe not even professional, he could get an intern since I'm pretty sure the coding on this site isn't all that complex. Just needs some maint. and probably updating the server. I was wondering what she quit, I checked to see who the mods were. The only one there now that I modded with is Rianne. ;^;

It's probably not overly complex, but you don't want a guy slipping up and deleting the forums or something. And the chat's still broken. Silly Dujo. Get ur ass into motion.

lmao... have to admit... that would kind of be funny if it was just a temp deletion. >.> Cause I'm sure there's plenty of backups... or there should be. Guess I'm just in a comical mood, mental images like some guy/girl clacking away and then "poof" uhhh.

I'd be sad but I would laugh for eternity. I don't know how often the site code saves - maybe, once every few hours? Every few days, weeks maybe? Ha, and in some scripting devices you can undo or CTRL-Z to restore deleted code, so that may not be an issue. xD

I know I'm not imagining it when my PMs that I previously deleted return to my inbox sometime afterward. Then I have to delete them all over again. It's fucking maddening. Just go away, messages.

These glitches. I post in a thread and Mibba acts like the post is going through but then the page stops loading and I have to resubmit what I wrote only to find duplicates. :(

That people complain about having to know staff. It isn't true and I know specific people who make this complaint who have broken rules several times or participates in bannable offenses. I just don't like to see people complain you have to know people when they don't and they skirt the rules. Hypocritical.

The alert error where a board use replied to your board topic. That doesn't tell me anything...

He doesn't need to. He can. There is no law or rule saying he MUST maintain it. I started a site I rarely visit so I understand.

That usually means that someone's deleted the original response. Was it in some form of request thread (requesting a site beta, stuff like that)? I usually only get that when someone quotes a post of mines that was deleted, I don't know if it affects anything else though.

The fact that after weeks of saying that I didn't know what everyone was complaining about because I wasn't getting any errors and only mild lag, I now have all of the site problems at the one time. Last time I act smug about anything because karma is a bitch.
