If I ever decide to be awesome and write something worth publishing, I would go by A. C. Mason.
My initals aren't A or C, but they're the initals of english teachers i've had that have inspired me.
A was the first person to tell me that if I left my head in the clouds, I could come up with a fantastic novel.
C told me not to stop writing because I know how to use words.

In a way, I think an author's pen name needs to reflect the style of their writing. Rosie Ellen, to me, sounds like a romantic writer, while, to use an exsample from about Artemis Fletcher sounds like someone who writes fast, action-packed, humourous stories.
    I totally agree with you.
tehe Then our pen names fit :D
Like really, when I read "Rosie Ellen" I see like, swirling clouds and starts and all kinds of romanic imagry. No joke O.o

I definitely agree, 'Rosie Ellen' brings out the most romantic ideas in my mind, I think my pen name would leave something of a mystery to it, seeing as I don't yet have a fixed M.O. when it comes to writing ::shrug:

For me I think I would use a pen name. My name both first, middle, and last aren't common. I mean when your first name is Tarajee it's definitely not common. Yet for a pen name I think I'd go with Wednesday Hargreeves Way or just W. H. Way. Anything else would seem funny to me. Also it will tie back to here & I love this place.

I'd use a different penname for every book I write, just because. ^_^
No, not just because. I just want to have a different mood about myself everytime I write a different book, so it could be something that no one could compare to the other book.

I change nicknames every year (My real name is really easy to change into several different names), so it shouldn't feel too weird. xD

That sounds like an intriguing idea, you have any ideas for yourself?

You should try and make them fitting to the mood and genre of each book you write, that would be super awesome Very Happy

I want one that looks really rude and childish so it reflects my personality tehe
I have a very dull name
So I thought of many involving the surname Hunt but I'm thinknig of using Tim Victory which is the name of the character in my novel and for the family links it has to the most epic inside joke which inspired it.

My pen name is Alexx Danners. I just stuck the two names together and it sounded great!

My real name is Charlotte Garci but I wanted something really catchy.

"C. G. Rhymes" or "Lydia D. Sawey", or maybe "Denver B. McWhorter". "Lydia Lloyd"?

I have a few different pen names, mainly for the different things that I'm writing. When I feel sad I sign things as "Sorrow", when I write something I want to keep I sign it "Bird" short for Birdsong. Sometimes I sign things as Mo-Short for Simone which is my actual name. It all depends on what I'm writing and how I feel.

Trixie Belfast is my actual handle. I plan to get into a career that would require me to write under a pen name when I get older, so that's it. I picked Trixie because my first name (Mariah) means bitter, or from the sea, where Trixie means bringer of joy. They're kind of opposites. I picked Belfast because that's a town in the state where I live, and a country.

My pen name is Alison Evans-Smith. Evans is my mother's last name. Cute

As far as the internets are concerned, I always use Holly Valentine, my first name and a fake surname. Which I quite like, but it sounds awfully like a romance novelist to me, and I doubt I'd publish a romantic novel.
And while I do like the idea of using initials, it would be H. R. Valentine, if I used my real initials, which reminds me of HR Puff n Stuff, and a HR-V, which is a car. Facepalm
I'd like to change my last name to Valentine for real though, but then I'd have to find a new pseudonym XD

If I ever write a romance novel, my pen name is going to be Kitty LaRoux. tehe lmfao It just sounds over the top and romance novelist-y to me. XD

For real though, I'm thinking of using the pen name Talia Nesby. I don't know why, I just like it. Cute

    Kathleen Tames
    A. K. Amir.
    or Amy K. Amir.
Most people misspell and mispronounce my last name, so I probably won't ever use it.
