New new Mibba

The layout is too, blocky I guess? I just got used to using the 'old new' Mibba.

I like the new new mibba though you changed it just as i was getting the hang of the other one, i only have one complant is that there is no sequel button in the stories that have them

The sequel/prequel buttons will be re-added. I guess - from what I heard - that Dujo forgot to add them with the newer layout? Not sure, though. But I've heard they'll be back soon!

all the story layouts are the same. white and boring. there are no banners for stories. i notice this is only on firefox but when i went to safari is see the layouts. also on my ipod, i see no story layout.

now they are starting to show up for me. the home page definitely needs color. it's too bright and will damage peoples eyes. i guess everyone is saying that too.

While I am a fan of some of the new features, I'm definitely not a fan of the layout. All of the white is making my eyes lose focus and the only way I can read things on the boards is to highlight the whole page. There's also too much going on in the story pages and such. My final complaint is that the site has been going awfully slow for me since the update (on Google chrome).

How do you find a sequel to a story? I can't seem to find the button ANYWHERE. Ive tried the mobile site and the desktop site and can't find it on either one.

Wow, this is absolutely boring and stoic and depressing to see. Just when I was starting to really like the old New Mibba, this gets thrown together, and it looks so... Meh. The old New Mibba looked so polished and classy and pretty, and I liked the girl because, hey, she had character. But this is so white and hard to look at. The Old Mibba looked better than this, and I don't like how my messages don't show up at as New or not when they should.

I think if it wasn't so wide it would be perfect, though perhaps a little splash of colour wouldn't go amiss.
With the ads it just looks messy, I don't understand why there has to be two on the side also? One on the top and the bottom is enough surely? I think it would look so much better centered.

I actually really like the site update I like it much more than I liked the old New Mibba Though there is a lot of dead space as far as the layout of the forums goes, it's not the worst thing in the world. I think I'm more irritated by the fact that the buttons along the top are obnoxiously huge in Safari.

With the huge buttons and the glitches in the layout maker before the update, it's sooo obvious that Mibba is anti-Safari

I don't like the old new mibba or the new new mibba. I like the old one. The new new mibba is a blue wattpad and the old new mibba was too difficult to understand. I miss the old one I understood it completely within a couple of weeks or less. It takes me an hour to do what would have taken me a few minutes todo on old mibba.

I like it. But it looks older now. Love the Mibba mobile though. Very excited.

I don't particularly like the way it looks... I was really enjoying the first New Mibba. It was more aesthetically pleasing, and I didn't find it difficult to use at all. I guess I'll get used to it though. I just think it should be centered and not as wide. The navigation at the top looks all wonky. (that might be my OCD tendencies though, I can't stand things that aren't even lol). It should have the orange and blue scheme again. XD

It might be nice to include the "Mibba Bar" at the top of our custom profile page to make it easier to return to and navigate the site from there (like what's been done at the top of our story pages). Sometimes I find it difficult to return to the site from custom profiles. If not the "Mibba Bar," then maybe include a link to the author's profile page at the top where Mibba links currently are?

I agree.

I would just like to say that even though the Layout Maker is now better and works for all browsers, it's not completely functional for Internet Explorer. You can click on the option and stuff, but the arrows under the things where I assume you can change text and link options cannot be accessed.

I would really recommend downloading google chrome for making layouts. It is a pain in the butt to use another browser, but it does work. And it's a very nice browser-I haven't used internet explorer since I started using google chrome. I'm sure eventually they will work out all the glitches, but in the mean time why not at least give it a try?

I'm not aloud to download any other browsers. My parents are very paranoid about that sort of thing :/

I agree about downloading Google Chrome. Yeah, it's a little bit of a hassle to download it, but once you've got it, Mibba runs so much smoother. And I know it's just personal preference, but I like Chrome so much more than any other browser. I haven't even touched IE or Firefox in like, a year. Definitely worth at least a try.
