Clara just shot him a glare before slamming her locker shut and stepping around him. She startet towards the parking lot, digging her keys put as she went.
"Maybe I just jumped to conclusions because I was hurt when I saw you with him the other night. If you just fucking talked to me instead of ignoring me, maybe I wouldn't be jumping to conclusions," he said.
"And now its my fault that you assumed its his?" She snorted, shaking her head. "FYI, I haven't had sex with Daniel since my mother was still alive." She hissed before shoving past him again. She pulled her keys out and pushed the unlock button on the remote, reaching for the doorhandle.
He pulled her back and away from the car. "I love you, Clara. Why can't you see that? I just want you back and if this baby is mine, then I want us to be a family. Don't push me away. Please," he begged.
"Do you hear yourself right now?" She asked, shaking her head in disbelief. "You can't just go from kissing me, to accusing me of sleeping with Daniel, to blaming me for the fact that you think I slept with him, to telling me that you love me and want to be a family. You don't get to play with my emotions like that!"
He closed his eyes and breathed heavily. He hated yelling and wish he could take it back when he saw her flinch. "I don't want to play with your emotions, Clara. I really do truly love you. I just want you to fucking talk to me. Not keep me at bay," he said.
Clara just stared at the ground, not responding. She didn't trust her voice at the moment. She feared if she tried to speak, she would burst into tears.
Rian breathed in the scent of her hair as he held her. He couldn't understand why it was so hard for her to just talk to him. He pressed his lips to her head before resting his cheek against the top of her head.
He didn't want her to go, but he knew that he couldn't pressure her too much. He pressed a kiss to her forehead and stepped back. "I'll see you later," he said.
