One More Time... One Last Time

Collin let out a small sigh as Madden reassured that it was a minor ache of the head. "God, that's a huge lump. I'll get you some ice," He said while he ran his fingers gingerly over the bruise, frowning slightly. "Teague? I knew something was up when he answered your cell phone. He told me that you slept over, and I could have sworn he was smirking on the other end of the line," Collin explained, wrapping his arms around Madden to bring him closer. If only he could see that Teague guy now.. Although, it seemed like he had already been in a fight last night from the nasty cut on his nose. Maybe he was drinking a little too much.

Madden laced his fingers with Collin's. "I'm s-sorry," he whispered, chewing on his lip. He let Collin get ice for the bruise, whimpering when the cold connected.

"No, no, don't be worry. Nothing happened, I'm sure," He attempted to reassure Madden, even though he never really knew what happened last night. Collin really did hope that nothing did occur though. Returning back with the ice, he placed it gently onto his head. "Sorry, Mad."

Madden sniffled. "I didn't sleep with him... He..." His eyes watered. Why was Teague so intent on splitting them up?

Collin reached out to grab a tissue and placed it into Madden's hands. "He what?" He asked, hoping that he would be able to express what was going on.

"He hurt you, didn't he?" Madden asked, staring at the cut on Collin's nose. He swallowed, hating how Teague thought this was acceptable.

(Ugh. Double again.)

"Oh, this," He stated, vaguely remembering the attack. Some guy had punched him in the face out of no where last night, causing the brawl to happen. Guess it had been Teague. "Yeah, but I got him pretty good back. May have broken his nose or something," Collin explained, glancing down at his knuckles, which were bruised. "Mad, I can take care of myself. I'm more worried about you having a concussion or something."

Madden nodded. He regretted the harsh things he had told Collin the past night, though Collin didn't seem to remember. He smiled weakly up at Collin. "I think I'm okay."

"M-Maybe we should go to the hospital? Just to check it out?" He mumbled, unable to shake a horrid feeling from the back of his mind. There was something here that Collin was missing, something he could not quite place. "Are you sure you're alright? I came in, and you wanted to break up," He sighed, not wanting to do that. They had been together since the beginning of high school, coming out together. Now, they were heading to separate colleges, but Collin did not think he could make it without his partner.

Madden sniffled. "I got angry at you last night," he admitted, "I told you we were over. I just..." He started to cry again, now knowing everything had been planned out by Teague. Teague was so desperate to get Madden into bed, but Madden was not aware of that fact.

Collin wracked his brain since he could remember the instance where Madden told him that. It was rare that he was ever angry with him. Upset, yes, but never angry. "Shhh," He gathered the boy into his arms once more, kissing the top of head. "Don't worry about it. It was just the alcohol talking," Collin stated, not wanting to upset Madden further.

Madden nodded, whimpering. He was surprised that Cole was choosing him, still. His body snuggled against Collin's warmth, his eyes closing.

"Let's go lay on the couch, okay?" He stated while leading the injured boy over, gently laying back to bring Madden with him. "You're going to be fine. We're going to be fine," He whispered, resting his eyes for a moment.

Madden fell asleep against Cole. He was sleeping a lot lately, but it was his recovery method. He only hoped Cole would be here when he woke.

Soon, he could hear the sound of Madden's lightly snoring against his chest. Maybe he needed a nap as well. Collin decided to close his eyes for a moment and ended up drifting off.

Madden woke up before Collin did. He wanted to surprise Collin, so he shifted out of his lover's arms and stripped of his clothes. He had a feeling that today would be lucky. He felt better about sex now.

Collin shifted in his sleep as Madden left his arms, laying on his side to face away from him. A few moments passed before he cracked an eye open and let out a yawn, stretching his arms overhead. He wondered where Madden had wandered off to, starting to look around until he found his partner completely naked in front of him. "Mad?" Collin questioned, still a little confused as to what was happening.

Madden shushed his boyfriend with a kiss. He let straddled Collin's body, rocking his hips up against Collin's in that slow manner he knew drove Collin crazy.

About to ask another question, he was muffled when Madden silenced him with a kiss. It had been a while since the last time they had done it. Collin would swear, even despite his drunken state, that he never cheated on him. He lightly groaned as Madden grinded their hips together.
