Olivia laid in bed for a couple minutes until the door opened and she looked over, grinning when Jazlyn walked in. "Hey," she murmured, sitting up a little and waving her over. "Come in. I'm so glad you're here. I wasn't sure how much longer I was going to be able to handle being in solitary confinement." She sighed dramatically and rested her head back.

After Zacky got dressed, he grabbed his keys and wallet and headed out to his car, climbing in and driving to Matt's.

Jazlyn smiled, before placing the small bag of food and their coffees down on her bedside table. "So I brought you some food." She said smiling over at her. "And it can't be that bad." She chuckled rolling her eyes.

Matt stood pacing the livingroom floor, the notebook abondoned on the coffee table. While he walked he hummed a soft tune, his eyes closing as he tried to put words to the medoly in his mind. Today he didn't seem able to write a single song, it was like something was blocking his flow. Though he could get a melody down and words, just couldn't manage to put them together.

"It's so bad, Jaz," Olivia sighed. "There's only, like, five stations, they only come in here like twice a day, and the food is so gross." She used her good arm to pull herself up, grabbing her coffee and taking a sip. "This is really good, what is this?" she asked, looking over at her sister and smiling.

Zacky got to Matt's house and he parked in the driveway, walking up to the front door and knocking on it. He had to admit, he was a bit nervous. He'd never really felt this intimidated by Matt before. It was kind of scary.

"Your favorite," Jaz furrowed her brow. "A carmel frap." She looked at her sister, unsure if she should be worried. Biting her lip she decided the hell with it. "What's the matter with you?" She asked, she hadn't gotten all the infromation yesterday, and now she was really starting to worry.

Olivia frowned and sighed softly. "I don't know," she murmured. "I'm having some memory loss. The doctor wants to do an MRI on my brain to make sure there's no real damage. They already checked once, but there might be something they missed."

Zacky smiled up at Matt. "Hey man," he said. "Can I come in?" He could already just feel the tension and awkwardness between them. Matt knew that he was into Jazlyn, he just knew it. He was pretty much screwed at this point. He just had to talk to him, try to be calm and let Matt know that he had no intentions with Jazlyn.

Matt stepped a side letting his friend enter. Zack was one edge for some reason. Matt couldn't understand why, thought he knew it was somehow his fault. Though he wouldn't push it out of him, he'd just hang. "What's up?" He asked closing the door behind him.

Jazlyn frowned. "Another?" She gasped. "What are they fucking stupid, or just wanting more money." She growled. She knew that it could mean her sister's well being, but if the doctor knew his ass from a whole in the ground then they wouldn't need to run antoher MRI.

Olivia frowned. "Jaz, calm down," she murmured. "It's okay. I'm a bit upset too, but people make mistakes. At least for now, I'm okay. I haven't forgotten anything too important yet. I'm only forgetting little things, like the names of things. I haven't forgotten anything about you or mom or dad or our past, okay?"

Zacky turned to look at Matt. "Look, Matt," he said. "I think you completely got the wrong impression at the hospital yesterday. I feel bad about it, and I want you to know that I have no intentions with Jazlyn. You know I'd never do that to you."

Matt stared blankly at Zacky, "what made you think I ever thought that?" He asked his friend. "You know I trust you with my life." Shook his head. "I guess it's just me being possessive." He frowned, "you should know better than to think I'd be pissed at you."

Jaz sighed out. "I guess it wouldn't hurt much if their going to be thorough." She said. "I just hope you can go home today, Matt and I agreed you should stay with us for the time being."

Olivia frowned. "No, no," she said, shaking her head slightly. "I'm fine, Jaz. I can stay on my own. It's not like I'm completely incapable. I just can't use one arm and I get a bit dizzy when I stand, but I'm okay." She felt bad that Jazlyn felt like she had to take her in. She didn't want to burden her and her new fiance, she would be fine on her own.

Zacky breathed out a small sigh of relief. "I'm glad we're on the same page," he said. "It was just the way you looked at me, I thought you thought I was making plans or something. I'd never steal your girl." I'd just let her come to me.

"Oh shut it Oli." Jaz said propping her feet up on her sister's bed. "Besides you are not going back to Kevin's." She growled, shaking her head. "Had you have just come with me the night before, this would have never happened." She sighed out, she hadn't known why her sister didn't want to drive to Huntington the night prior. But all she knew now was Kevin was some how involved, after Olivia had promised they were done and over with.

Matt looked at him, before shaking his head. "No I just don't want to share her, you know?" He said sighing out. "I guess that's why I didn't want to introduce her to you guys or anybody for that matter." He chuckled. "I don't know man, I think she's the one."

Olivia frowned and shook her head at her. "Kevin's a great guy, Jaz," she insisted. "He made some mistakes, so what? He's only human." She sighed, shaking her head. She knew Kevin was a complete asshole sometimes, but she still loved him. She just wished Jazlyn would give him a chance. Another chance.

Zacky grinned at his best friend and nodded his head. "That's great, man," he said. "I'm so happy for you. I honestly wasn't sure when you were ever going to find another girl after Val left. We thought you were going to end up dying alone."

"Great guys don't hit women, Olivia." She nearly spat. "I don't want you to get hurt more than you have." She whispered out. "And I know how abusive relationships are, the one getting abused always says that it was an accident, or he just can't control his anger. Right, whatever." She huffed, shaking her head, and looking away. She didn't want to lose her sister, and she'd be damned if she was going to let some asshole put hands on her again.

Matt let out a hearty laugh. "That hilarious." He chuckled out. "Though Jaz and I have been talking over the phone for almost a year now." He beamed proud of himself for actually finding someone else after Val left him.

Olivia frowned and looked away from her. "Why are you allowed to be with some guy I barely know, but I'm not allowed to be with the guy I'm in love with? And you know I love him, and he loves me too, Jaz," she said, looking over at her. "It's not fair. You're not my mom, you can't tell me who I can and cannot date."

Zacky raised an eyebrow at him. "I see your logic in not introducing us to her, but why were you so secretive?" he asked. "We would have been so happy to hear you met someone. You know we're all rooting for you."

Jaz glared at her sister. "You're right I'm not mom." She said slightly tearing up. "But you don't know what it feels like to watch some one you love slowly die, because the person they love is beating them to death." She shook her head. "I don't think you know what love is Oli, because what you to have together isn't love, it's lust." She blinked her tears away. "Please don't be like mom." She whispered pleadingly out. Their mother had remarried after their father passed away. Olivia was still a baby, but Jazlyn remembers watching her mother being beaten day in and day out, by the man she loved. It wasn't until he tried to rape her that her mother opened her eyes to what he was really like. And she ended it, taking his life from him. She thought the courts would side with her in defending her daughter and the past abuse cases would help. But because there was no file of abuse, because she always denied it. They sentenced her to live in prison, a sentence she never carried out, since she hung herself.

Matt shrugged. "Because if you guys knew I was even talking to somebody, you'd always bug me to see what she looks like, or even meet her." He sighed. "I just wanted something that was mine." He said honestly. Val had never been just his, she was like the guy's mother, though she was a lot cooler than any of their true mom's.

Olivia looked over at her. "I'm not Mom," she hissed. "I'll never be Mom." She sighed as she used her good arm to pull herself up, trying to get out of bed, but her head felt like a ton on her shoulders, and she just fell back down. She groaned out in frustration and huffed, squeezing her eyes shut. Tears began to form in her eyes and she started to cry softly. "I hate this so much. I can't do anything."

"We would have let you have your privacy," Zacky said. "I think we were all concerned for a while, you seemed so distant, and we were worried something was wrong. But we're happy for you. I mean, you're getting married. That's amazing."

Jaz rushed to her sister's side, "it's okay, just take it slow." She told her before helping her sit up. She'd need her muscles worked on, since the wreck had them all binned up. "I wounder if they can give you some muscle relaxers?" She thought out loud, since the hospital were cracking down on drug abuser it was harder for the people that actually needed the meds to get them.

Matt smiled at Zacky, "yeah." He agreed. "She seems to fit in right here." He mused, "like this morning she was up making breakfast." He couldn't believe that, no woman he'd ever dated made food, ever. He was the cook in the relationship. It was one thing Val had taken for granted, instead of him sitting on the couch whining for a sandwich, it'd be her.

Olivia sighed and shook her head. "I don't think so," she said. "The only thing they've been giving me is a light dose of morphine. They don't want to give me anything I could get addicted to. In their words, 'I'm not that bad off, so I don't need any strong drugs.'" She looked up at her. "I only hurt when I move, and I just have constant headaches all the time."

Zacky smiled at him. "Then she's a keeper," he said. "Did she tell you she had a sister?" Olivia wasn't his type at all, she was a little too childish for him, even if she was cute, but if he couldn't get Jazlyn, he might have to settle for her so he could still be close to Matt's fiance.
