Emma giggled and nodded her head. "Yes, hanging out is fine." She wouldn't stop it... Hanging out was innocent - and normal.. She could be okay with that.
Emma blushed a little at him and saw the way he seemed saddened. "Do you have to?" She said in ab oddly flirtatious voice and then blushed all the more for it.
"Yes, if I don't want to get fired." he laughed. He stood in front of her, and pecked her quickly on the lips. James was surprised he kissed her, so he left without a word. Hopping in his truck, he drove to the farm.
Emma giggled and then was caught off guard as her lips pressed to his. He seemed just as surprised nearly and she brought her fingers up to her lips, feeling where his had just touched and blushing as he walked away. Why was her heart fluttering like this?!
James went to work, feeding the horses and pigs, but he wasn't concentrated. He was thinking about Emma the whole day, the whole kiss. He liked it, but he needed to know if she liked it. Did you like it?
Emma didn't know what to think about it really, but it had kept her mind busy the rest of the day... She had never expected it - but she liked it. She liked kissing him. That was so wrong... It would've been nicer had you not had to go so quickly... But yes - I liked it. She blushed as soon as she sent it.
He was holding a bucket of water, but set it down to check his phone. Tomorrow, Starbucks after school? :) He couldn't beleive himself, this had ought to be the strangest thing. James sighed to himself of relief.
