I absolutely adore makeup. I used to have art classes in high school, but ever since I've graduated, I'm bringing it back into my life through the form of makeup. Different brushes, colors and techniques... It is like painting on my eyes. It gives me something to look forward to on Monday mornings. As a wonderful bonus, it gives me a boost of confidence in the morning.

    What about you?
Here are some questions that I'd love to know.
    1) What are you makeup must-haves?
    2) Your makeup routine?
    3) Do you have a special technique?
    4) When did you start?
    5) What was the worst makeup look you've ever tried and thought looked good
    6) Whatever else you can think of ^^

    1) Minimalistic cat-eye eyeliner and a light foundation bc bad skin.
    2) Foundation first, then the eyeliner and maybe mascara if I'm feeling rebellious.
    3) Not really.
    4) Seventh grade.
    5) Full, around-the-eye winged pencil liner in the omnipresent preteen scenie beanie stage.
    6) I've always hated how I look and makeup helps, somewhat.

^^ Pretty sure you look fine. I do believe that makeup makes everyone look better though if applied right. Do you try on concealer?

I have before; I usually just use a base of pale foundation (I'm very pale) and some eyeliner. Concealer's got a weird sort of feel to it.

:O It depends on what kind you use. What do you mean by weird, if you don't mind me asking?

The sort I use is a liquid concealer (L'Oreal, I think?) and I just really hate the wet feel of it.

Try powder or a thicker creme. And use a primer or at least an under eye cream before all of that? Hehe I love makeup as you can probably tell.

    1. Gel eyeliner, corrector, concealer, & tinted lip balm.
    2. Eyeshadow primer, neutral eyeshadow, cat eye / winged liner, concealer + corrector with translucent powder to set it. Tinted lip balm or lipstick.
    3. Not really. I use tape to make sure my wings are even though.
    4. Fourteen years old. I started with some eyeliner and concealer.
    5. Silver eyeshadow on the lids and black eyeliner on the waterline. Facepalm It was so harsh.
    6. I cannot live without concealer, point blank. I'd look sickly without it.

I agree about the concealer thing! I used to not use it at all because whatever I used would look super cakey on my eyes even though my skin is actually pretty smooth. Now I use Dermablend concealer after a thin coat of eye creme and a primer under my eyes. So much effort to not look sick or tired haha

    1) Holika Holika Aqua Petit BB Cream, Nature's Gate Vitamin C Texturizing Cream, Coastal Scents 88 Palatte, Fig lipstick by Estee Lauder, In The Red matte by Revlon
    2) Clean face, moisturizer, concealer, bb cream, eyebrow pencil, powder, some contouring, setting spray, eye primer, pencil eyeliner, shadow, liquid eyeliner, mascara, lip balm, lipstick, blush, any last touch ups
    3) I do the spoon thing with my eyeliner, but other than that, not really.
    4) Fifth grade
    5) Mostly just poor application and not wearing powder. Twitch
    6) Fill in your eyebrows. Just do it.

    1) Eyeliner, foundation, and eyeshadow.
    2) Foundation, blush, eyeliner, shadow (full eye, lid, then color), then mascara. Add lipstick, done. It takes me about 5 minutes.
    3) Speedy.
    4) 7th grade, but I don't wear make up everyday.
    5) Full color up to the brow.
    6) I still occasionally draw curliques and mannequin mouth and exaggerated eyelashes when going out. I think it's fun. Example.

    1) Naked 2 Eyeshadow palette, Revlon photo ready foundation + cover girl matte powder. Kat Von D's High Voltage eyeliner, Maybelline master precise eyeliner. MAC lipsticks and glosses. Too Faced Shadow Insurance primer.
    2) moisturizer, foundation in natural beige and then a matte powder to set it. TFI primer, Naked 2's natural colors, eyeliner, mascara & nude gloss.
    3) I use tape to even the corners, but I usually just angle my brush to give it a cat eye effect for the eyeshadow. I'm not perfect with eyeliner, but I like it to be winged at the edges.
    4) Freshman year I think...but 18 when I became interested in applying it in a "professional" way and learning how to blend.
    5) the bright ass pink and blue eyeshadow I did for my 17th birthday..cause it matched my dress, which was also pink, blue, white, and purple in an Aztec design :P like Siriano, poor application and I also hated wearing foundation...which I love now.
    6) I'm really trying to attend a makeup school that's local, but I have no idea how much it would cost...but it'd be so worth it. I aspire to be those girls that do makeup at MAC and Sephora stores haha. I'm obsessed with makeup...too bad I'm poor and can't afford most it -_-

    1) ELF liquid eyeliner, Maybelline mascara, ELF eye primer, and Revlon brand red lipstick.
    2) Uh...just eye primer, ELF liquid eyeliner in black, mascara, and the occasional venomous shade of red lipstick.
    3) I don't have a technique, usually when I do the cat eyeliner effect, I somehow get the wings almost even. I can live with almost even, haha!
    4) Way late, that's for sure! I started just last year!
    5) The red and black eye liner pencil combination. Ew.
    6) I don't like using foundation or anything to cover up my skin. I have big pores and people will have to get used to it, I barely have acne and I have a nice shade of olive toned skin. I'm quiet content with the less makeup I use. When it comes to parties, I cake on that eyeliner thicker though, haha!

OMG. She's hilarious and so cute. Definitely subscribing. I recommend using a business card instead of a spoon along with a good eyelash curler though. (: Michelle Phan did an updated video about it.

I just like the spoon because I can never get the curve right. Though I just changed my eyeliner and I can do it free hand now. :D @ Leaahhh
