As Takuma bypassed the drifting Day Class students he saw Rina standing awkwardly alone outside of the entrance to the Moon Dorm. When he was close enough to see the details of her beautiful face he smiled, "What happened to our Divide and Comfort Plan?" He grinned at his own corny joke and easily laughed too hard at his cleverness. He grew confused when he saw the strange smile upon her lips, "Did something happen?"

Sakura brought up her hand to gently cover his resting comfortably on her cheek, "We can't just pretend that it isn't an issue for you." She sighed and looked up into his eyes through her blunt bangs, just wishing she could make him see how easily even being in the same room as her could tarnish his reputation. "The gossip will only get worse... We both know that."

(It was great, don't worry!)

"I don't care for gossip, Sakura," Kaname said with a quiet sigh, placing his hand over hers that was on his cheek and letting himself relax and enjoy her touch. "No matter what they say, it won't change that I am above them - nor will it change how much I care about you. If somebody speaks a single word out against you again, they will be punished." And it was well-known that Kaname didn't forgive easily.

Rina perked up considerably when she heard Takuma's voice and she lifted her gaze to him, a small smile soon filling her features. "It seems dividing wasn't really necessary. They're both inside, but they're having a moment - and I already interrupted once, by accident, so I want to make sure that they don't get interrupted again," she explained in a sing-song voice, her small smile forming into a grin.

Takuma raised his brows, "Oh really? A moment you say?" He peered inside in the most obvious way by cupping his hands around his eyes and smashing his face to the closest window. "Curse these tinted, one way windows. They are only here to mock me." He chuckled and pulled away to look at the stunning girl beside him with a smile. "I just hope they're both happy."

Sakira sighed, "There's no talking you ou-" The sound of skin on glass interrupted them as the sight of Takuma's smushed face against the glass of a window by the door appeared. Out of surprise Sakura pulled her hand away from Kaname and stepped toward the glass, "What on Earth is he doing?"

Kaname knew what she was going to say and would have casually pointed out that, no, there wasn't any way that anybody would talk him out of his decision. But, then, Sakura had gotten distracted by something going on at the window and, when he followed her, he quirked a brow upon spotting Takuma. "He's probably gotten too curious for his own good," he said casually. "Or, he's going to drive himself crazy with concern."

Rina offered a small grin in response to his mention of the windows. She would have mentioned that the windows were there for their protection, to avoid letting the humans see inside and such, but she kept it to herself because she knew he was only joking. "They seemed pretty happy," she assured after a moment, nodding slowly. "It was nice to see, especially after seeing Sakura so distressed earlier."

Takuma leaned his forehead against the window as an afterthought, squinting with all of his might to try and see past the blackness of the window pane. "I'm so happy to hear that, but I really want to see what it is they're doing in there. You're positive they weren't fighting?" Takuma knew from personal experience that sometimes when it seemed like Sakura was being nice, she was actually verbally ripping someone to teeny little shreds. He'd been on the receiving end of that once.... Never again.

"You'd think he would have something better to do then worry about me," mumbled Sakura. She never understood why it was Takuma cared about such a low vampire like herself. It wasn't like she had any cool vampire powers to show off to him like the aristocrats did. The only reason she was even at this school was because she parents knew the headmaster from a past encounter they never spoke about. "He'll probably spend the night worrying if we don't get out there. I did promise to go out shopping with them for tomorrow night."

"Takuma's an odd one. Caring and kind, but odd nonetheless," Kaname said honestly, shaking his head slightly before he let out a queit sigh and looked down at the girl. "I suppose we should get out there, then." Not that he was in any rush to; honestly, he'd much rather continue relaxing inside with her, considering that there was the matter of the rest of the Night Class heading to the Moon Dorm right now. He wanted to enjoy his time with Sakura while it lasted. Still, he took her hand gently in his and led the way out of the dorm building.

Rina watched Takuma with mild amusement before tilting her head to the side slightly. "Well, considering that he was talking in her ear and she seemed pretty happy and she was wearing a necklace that I didn't recognize, I'm pretty sure that they weren't fighting," she told him with a shrug. "But, I mean, I could be wrong, I suppose..." She frowned, then, honestly hoping that she wasn't. She wasn't the best at reading people, after all, so it was likely that she may have misjudged what was going on.

"A necklace you didn't recognize...?" Takuma mumbled mostly to himself as a smile crept onto his face, so Yuki's assignment package had been delivered too. "That's so wonderful," he said to Rina over his shoulder as he kept his forehead plastered to the window. "That means everything is good between them. Trust me." He laughed in happiness before he began to mercilessly knock on the window. "Hey you lovebirds in there! Sakura promised to go shopping with me and Rina! Come on we've got to get going before all the good stuff is taken! Hey! Come on!" Just as he began his pounding the door opened to reveal Kaname and Sakura, hand in hand. "Oh... hey guys!"

Sakura laughed and rolled her eyes at her best friend, "You're a crazy person," she looked to Rina. "You're aware of that right?" She moved so that she could subtly still hold Kaname's hand, she didn't it want it to be glaringly obvious because the other Night Class students would be joining them any minute now and the Day Class students were begining to show up and line up for the daily parade. "You honestly have no self control, ever."

Rina was mildly amused with the entire thing and she offered a small smile as she watched the group before she lifted her shoulders in a shrug to Sakura's words. "Yeah, I kind of realized that," she confirmed with a grin, "It's okay, though. It's kind of amusing." And, it was. Tilting her head to the side, she eyed the others and grinned. "Did you two have fun in there?" she asked teasingly, quirking a brow.

Kaname pointedly ignored Rina's question and gave Sakura's hand a gentle squeeze before quirking a brow. "Are you really in such a rush that you have to ruin our enjoyment?" he asked, his question mostly directed towards Takuma. His tone was much lighter and teasing than it normally would be, though, considering his usual serious composure. He supposed that had more to do with Sakura than anything else, though.

Takuma smiled proudly at Rina for her teasing comment, his sense of humor and jokes were rubbing off on her. "Oh I'm sure they did, Rina. Sakura, is Kaname growing on you? Now it seems you two can actually be in the same room together for more than five seconds without throwing insults."

Sakura laughed, "Yeah, he's growing on me like a fungus."

Takuma let a full blown burst of laughter escape him, it was good to see Sakura was acting like her normal self again. Seeing her cry and be so stressed out made him worry more than he would admit, so to have her witty jokes back was like having a nice drink of real blood after being on these fake tablets for so long... Or so he imagined. "Really though, are you still going to help us with our clothes for the ball tomorrow night? Our offer to pay for your dress in return still stands."

Sakura sighed and nodded, "Yes, yes I'm still going to help you." She subtly gave Kaname's hand a returning squeeze before she secretly let go and stepped forward to her two friends. "But when it's Rina's turn you don't get to see her, you've got to go do something else. Occupy that little brain of yours because then it'll be that much cuter when you see her all done up tomorrow."

Kaname listened to the two talk silently and couldn't help but to immediately miss the feeling of Sakura's hand in his when she pulled away. "Would you like for me to come along as well? I don't have anything else to do for the night and at least, this way, I can keep Takuma distracted when it comes time for him to busy himself with something else," he suggested. Mostly, he just wanted to come along. He didn't really want to part from Sakura so soon and he was hopeful that she felt the same in that aspect.

Rina blinked slowly, glancing back and forth between everybody for a moment. Really, she was just eager to get away from the school for a little while, but the thought of looking pretty around Takuma when it came time for the ball made her look forward to the little trip more so than she could bring herself to admit. "Sakura's already come up with a few different ideas of what color dresses might look nice on me," she informed Takuma with a broad grin.

(i'm thinking while theyre in teh store the sun will completely rise and when they try to leave Sakura's skin will begin to blister. What do you think?)

Takuma rubbed in chin while he faked deep thought, "Oh, I don't know Kaname... You might not be able to control yourself once Sakura here disappears to find a dress of her own. She might come out looking like Cinderella and not the horrible wench she usually is."

Sakura rolled her eyes and scoffed, "Please, I highly doubt we'll find anything good enough to make everyone forget who I am." She began to walk away from the dorm and in the direction of the pathways leading to the town. "Besides, Kaname knows I;ll always be a lovely little shrew."

"Ah, but the question is, can this shrew be tamed by a dress and nice shoes?" Takuma grinned and slung his arm over his best friend's shoulders. It was nice to have Sakura back to her usual self, and on a normal day Takuma would never dare hang off of Kaname like he was, but Takuma could sense a change in Kaname that made him feel like it was okay. "Oh, wait. How come he gets to see you in your dress but I can't see Rina? How on Earth is that even fair!?"

Quirking a brow, Kaname looked down at Sakura, then glanced to Takuma. "I think Sakura looks beautiful, regardless," he said simply, "A dress to make her look like Cinderella isn't really necessary, in my opinion." He was certain that any dress would look nice on her - but, more so, he was certain that she would make a dress look beautiful, not that a dress would make her look beautiful. He, however, was surprised to feel Takuma's arm over his shoulder.

"Well, the idea of you not seeing me was pretty much Sakura's idea in the first place," Rina pointed out casually, though she lifted her shoulders in a shrug and followed the others towards town. Admittedly, she was a little eager to get off campus - she didn't get the chance to, unless she went home, since she didn't usually have much of a reason to.

Shrugging slightly, Kaname turned his attention ahead. "Besides, I'm almost certain that nobody clarified that I wasn't permitted to see Sakura in her dress before the ball," he pointed out.

"Actually..." Rina chimed with slight amusement, "The idea was actually for you to not be allowed to see her in her dress, either - at least, that was the original plan when we wanted you to get antsy about not getting her answer yet. But, she already answered, so I suppose the plan might have changed?"
