I scoffed looking at him and turning away. I picked up another book and set it down, going into the next aisle. "What makes you so confident?"

He shook his head, going back to his book. He couldn't stand it when people dragged out conversations longer than they needed to be. He knew who it was though, Sina, Dailyn's friend from Gryffindor. If Dailyn was friends with her it meant he could possibly tolerate her. But why even try?

"What reason do I have, not to be confident?" he asked her shrugging, "Things always work out the way they're supposed to," he said to her as he looked through a book, then looked at her. "I know I can get you to kiss me, probably even like me by the end of the year,"

Sina sighed a little as she walked to the great hall then took her seat, huffing a little as she saw Luhan with his girlfriend. The ache the filled her chest was odd, she thought she was well over this but apparently she wasn't. She cursed to herself, she took a napkin and put food into it before walking back out of the hall.

"Sina, come sit with us!" Luhan smiled as he waved her over.

"I can't.. got.. stuff I gotta do," she said then walked off her heart in her throat.

"Who says we're meant to be together?" I narrowed my eyes at him. "And why would I fall for that? Why would I let myself fall for you so that I can be left hanging out? I don't think so." I said, turning back to the books.

Sehun got up and walked down the shortcut towards the Great Hall and noticed Sina who he'd just sent there. He saw her look at a couple and decline sitting with them, only to turn away with tears in her eyes. He watched her walk out and moved, pulling her into his arms. He did the same thing over the summer when Dailyn got over her crush on Kris, so he figured the same thing would help her.

He looked at her and shook his head. "He isn't worth it."

Sina looked at him,"Thats thing though, he is," she told him softly as she wiped her eyes, "He is a great guy, its me there is something wrong with," she murmured lightly as she pushed the hair out of her eyes then stuffed the napkin full of food into her small satchel that she carried around.

"Thanks for trying though, I thought.. I thought I was over it," she murmured to him then shook her head.

He looked at her,"Who said I'd leave you hanging?" he scoffed, "Either way, I bet you I can," he told her and closed the book in his hands. "Just you see,"

I sighed a little, shaking my head as I looked through another book. "Go after another girl," I said, pulling out another book and putting it right back.

He shook his head. "But he isn't. Not for you. He is a great guy for that girl in there. But not for you. And crying over him is only hurting you. You're stupid if you don't realize that." He said honestly. He was cold and he didn't care much for tact.

Sina stared at him, "I guess I'm really stupid then," she murmured softly as she looked down ,"You don't get to pick who you fall for," she told him softly, "it's not a choice you knowingly make, it's something that happens last second then by the time you realize it they've already drained you for all your worth, and you're stuck being their friend. " she scoffed, "So, I can handle being stupid until I find a reason to not be,"

"I don't want to, I want you," he told her as he followed her and licked over his lips. "Don't worry I won't pressure you, I'm irresistable you won't be able to stand not having your hands on me after a while, whether its around my neck or around my... "

"Shhh" some one said.

"Well you get the idea, you'll want to touch me," he grinned then walked off.

I looked at him, my eyes wide as I listened to his words. Who the hell was this Ravenclaw to think I would ever end up that way with him? I finally found a book I wanted and sighed, taking it off the shelf. If only I found it faster. I checked it out and went out to the lake, there was a tree I loved to read under. I took out my wand and conjured up a blanket, sitting in the shade as I read.

He pinched the bridge of his nose in exasperation. "Of course you don't pick who you fall for. But you pick who you decide to waste your life over when the chance has already gone. Your friend in there? He looked really happy with that girl in there. And here you are crying over him, and I promise you, he doesn't know about your tears. That's what makes you stupid. You're choosing not to get over him. You're holding on to something that won't ever happen." He said coldly and walked back down the hall, going back to his book.

She felt the tears come back and she walked out of the hall and to the common room. She just wanted to be alone, she sat herself down on the couch, pulling her legs under her she picked at her food but found she wasnt hungry. How had today gone down hill so fast, when she woke up - she had felt wonderful, then stupid Luhan. And his stupid girlfriend, it was a mess.

I called my Owl, Marvel, down from the Owlery, he always responded to a whistle. I sent a note to Sina, I wanted to know if she was up or what she was up to. Marvel hooted and took off, going to find Sina wherever she was.

Sina heard a owl and looked up then smiled when it dropped a letter on the couch next to her then perched on the fireplace. She wrote back that she was in the common room, sulking pathetically because Luhan was flaunting his girlfriend.

Marvel came back and I sighed as I read her note.

Well come down to the lake with me, I'll cheer you up! Unless you want me to come to the common room, and we can talk in our dorm?

She sighed a little as she got up then walked out to the lake slowly, she pushed a hand through her hair a little as it got into her face because of the wind. Sina walked over to her,"Hey," she murmured lightly as she plopped down on the ground next to her.

"Your cousin is a dick by the way, he tried to help but he just called me stupid," she muttered.

I smiled a little and laughed. "He has like no tact. He's actually very sweet. He's just very good at hiding behind a wall of ice." I said, closing my book.
"So guess who I saw in the library? The potatoes guy. And he bet me that by the end of the year, he'd have his kiss from me, I'd be in love with him, and I wouldn't be able to stand a second without my hands on him." I laughed a little.

She snorted a little,"He's a cocky one ain't he," she said lightly as she fiddled with the hem of her shirt as she shook her head.

I laughed a little and nodded. "Yeah. It was ridiculous, he was so sure of himself. I told him to go after another girl, And he was like, 'I don't want to, I want you. Don't worry I won't pressure you, I'm irresistable you won't be able to stand not having your hands on me after a while, whether its around my neck or around my... '" I trailed off like he did, and shook my head.

Sina bursted out laughing, "Oh my god he is mental," she murmured lightly as she shook her head,"How gross though thinking you're just going to do that," she scoffed lightly.

I laughed a little and nodded. "He seemed pretty sure of himself. I'm debating whether or not I should just kiss him next time I see him so he'll leave me alone."

She smiled a little,"Do it, see what he says - he'll probably say it doesnt count," she told her shrugging a little as she licked over her lips.

I shrugged. "It's worth a shot. It's what he wants is the kiss. If I give it to him, maybe he'll leave me alone."

Sina nodded a little with a small smile,"Maybe," she murmured lightly as she looked up hearing foot steps. "Oh great," she mumbled seeing Luhan, and the girl giggling on his arm.

"Sinaaaa, you said you had stuff to do, sitting by a tree isn't stuff," he pouted as he walked over.

Sina shrugged a little then sighed,"Well, I'm going to practice for quidditch try outs, I'll see you lot later," she smiled and stood up.
