"Hm, are you sure? I know it was a bit of a blow out last night, but I'm sure all four of us could get together again tonight?" Logan smiled at Harper from across the table.

Madison let out a slight shiver, not knowing how else to respond to his touch, she flashed him a light smile. She turned to grab her keys off of the dresser and waved her hand, implying that he should follow her lead.

Harper smiled, "We could try that if you want." She said as she stood up and cleaned their plates up when he finished. Harper sat on his lap and kissed his cheek, "I do have to work tomorrow morning though so it can't be too late." She said.

Easton walked with her then looked at her once they got to the car. He really wanted her back but he felt like it wasn't fair to her. He ran his fingers through her hair then kissed her softly, "Carefull going home okay?" He said as he stepped back from er a bit.

"Hm, we could just have a small get together, here at home, if you would like?" Logan wrapped his arms around her waist, gently, pulling her closer. "There could be drinks and snacks and movies."

"Okay," Madison smiled up at him, brightly, not knowing what else to say. She slipped into her car and watched him walk away before placing her fingertips to the tingling flesh where his lips had brushed her.

Harper nodded, "Okay that sounds like fun." She said as she kissed him. "You wanna get ahold of Easton?" She asked. "I can call Madison." She said as she took his hands, smiling as she looked at his ring on his finger.

Easton got into his house and sat on his couch. He turned on the tv as he heard his parents talking in the living room. He tapped his fingers on his leg as he started to get antsy. He got up and changed into his workout clothes. He walked outside then went for a run and tried to relax.

"Okay babe," Logan kissed her lightly before pulling his phone out of his pocket and dialing Easton's number. He waited patiently to see if there would be an answer from the other line.

Madison returned back to her home headed inside, suddenly feeling the need for a shower. She glanced down at her phone and saw that she had one missed call. Brandon. Listening to his voicemail, she felt guilt clawing at her insides.

Harper slipped from his lap then finished cleaning up all the skillets. She walked up the the bedroom and made the bed then got ready for the day. She walked downstairs, sitting on the couch.

Easton answered his phone, panting slightly. "hey man what's up?" He asked as he sat down on the bench he was near.

"Not much. Just wondering if you would like to come over tonight? Maybe drink a little, watch a few movies?" Logan asked his friend, drumming his fingers on the tabletop lightly.

Madison dialed Brandon's number and waited for him to pick up. When there was no answer, she left a voicemail, "Hey, babe. So sorry that I couldn't pick up earlier. Had a few drinks last night, got to drunk to drive so a friend drove me to my car this morning. I hope to hear from you soon, love you." It's not lying just because every detail wasn't mentioned, she reminded herself.

Harper texted Madison about the plans for tonight, hoping she would agree. She looked at he news on the tv and shook her head when she saw that there was more soldiers killed that day.

Easton smirked, "Sure sounds like fun." He said he got up and started walking back to his house. "What time you want me to come over?" He asked. Easton was glad to have something to keep him busy.

"Anytime you want, I think. Harper said she didn't have any plans, just that she had to be in bed at a decent time because she works tomorrow." Logan replied.

Madison looked down at her buzzing phone, seeing that she had a text from Harper. She quickly texted back saying that she would love to hang out. That would give her a chance to speak to a female about the whole Easton thing.

Easton nodded, "Alright well I will get ready and eat something then come over." He said. Easton said bye to him and hung up then walked into his house. Later that night Easton walked up to Logan's house and knocked. He was wearing a pair of jeans with a black v-neck shirt that clung to his muscles, his dog tags hanging from his neck. Easton smiled when his friend opened the door, "Hey man." He said as he held his case of beer up to show Logan. He stepped inside, catching a glance of Harper, Madison, Brandon and their friend Emily in the living room. Easton put his stuff on the fridge then grabbed himself a beer. He took a swig of it and braced himself before going out to the living room. "Hey Harper." He said as she hugged him then he smiled at the rest of them. "Hey guys." He said as he sat in te chair. He took another swig of his beer as Logan came in.

Harper sat in the living room smiling as she listened to Emily talk. She took a sip of her wine, knowing she shouldn't drink more than one. She was kind of a light weight an a glass of wine usually made her tipsy. She smiled as Logan came in and offered him his hand. She moved so he could sit then sat in his lap. She smiled at Easton then listened to everyone talk. She looked at Logan and kissed him softly.

Logan nuzzled his face into Harper's neck as they all joked and cut up. He glanced from person to person, taking in the sight of everyone.

Madison sat next to Brandon, her arms crossed over her chest. She hadn't exactly wanted Brandon to come with her but it would seem awfully odd if she had told him no. She realized that she probably could've said that it was a girls' night out but she couldn't bring herself to lie to him — especially after last night. Her eyes drifted over Easton's person and desire filled her chest, causing her to chastise herself; he wasn't hers anymore, no matter how much she wanted that to change.

Harper smiled as she listened to everyone talked. She ran her fingers through her hair and looked at the menu. Harper bit her bottom lip lightly as she tried to decide what she wanted to do.

Easton sat down and looked at the menu after ordering a beer. He looked at Logan, "So how ya been?"He asked. He realy didn't get a chance to talk to him the night before. He was too focused on Madison.

"Pretty good. Have a great job, a home of my own, and a beautiful wife." Logan lifted Harper's hand to his lips. "You would've been invited to the wedding if you had been there. I couldn't really bring myself to pick someone else to be my best man."

Madison watched the two of them converse, feeling as if they were in high school again. Her heart contracted with all the wonderful memories she held inside, all of them leading up to the one that breaks her heart. She clenched her hands and pushed those thoughts from her mind; she wasn't going to mope around anymore.

Harper smiled as she felt Logan kiss her hand, then looked at the two of them. She was focused on deciding what she wanted to eat and didn't hear the conversation. Harper looked back at the menu and sighed.

Easton smirked, "Sorry i was out ya know getting shot at" He joked. Though on the inside it wasn't a joke to him. He just liked to make a joke about it, so it wouldn't be awkward. Easton took a sip of his beer, trying to calm his nerves just a bit.

"Ah, well, you have an entirely great point," Logan smiled at his friend.

Madison tapped her foot on the floor, lightly. Waiting patiently for the waiter to return and take their orders. She was already ready for the night to be done and over with, even though it was just getting started.

Harper looked up as the waitress appeared, then she waited for everyone else to order their food. She ordered a grilled chicken salad and a water. She really wasn't that hungry so she decided to get something light.

Easton smiled at Logan then ordered a burger, fries and another beer when the waitress came up. He took a swig of his beer, sighing when he saw that it was empty.

"So what's everyone got going on in their lives?" Logan smiled around at his peers.

Madison sat there as Brandon took the opportunity to speak to Logan. Her eyes followed the waiter as he traveled back to the kitchen. She let her eyes trail back to the table as he left her vision and they landed on Easton.

(I'm sorry that I've been such a bad responder. I've barely even thought of this site since I started school and I feel pretty bad about it. I've just barely managed to check up on my contests and that's about it. My spaciness will most likely continue for awhile. I have no idea how long it's going to last, so if that makes you not want to roleplay with me any longer I can understand that. Just know that you're not the only person I'm doing this to.)

Harper looked at Brandon as he spoke then took a sip of her water.

Easton took a swig of his water when Brandon spoke. His eyes met Madison's for a second. He didn't understand how she was dating Brandon. He didn't seem like her type.

Logan looked at each of his friends as Brandon spoke, awknowleding him in all the right places. It wasn't that he wasn't listening, he was, but he just felt like he felt a sort of intesnsity and was trying to place it.

Madison's cheeks flooded as Easton's gaze met hers, causing her eyes to cast downward. Her left hand gripped at the edge of the seat beneath the table, while her right one rested gently on her glass.

Harper was glad when her food came. She put her dressing on her salad then took a bite of it. She took a sip of her water, glancing at Madison.

Easton looked at the food in front of him, then took a bite I his burger. She was pretty glad he didn't have to listen to Brandon anymore.
