Marriage at First Sight

She smiled a little and nodded,"Sounds good to me," she told her sighing a little.

If I had been nervous before I was petrified now. Everything was shaking. I felt I wasn't nearly pretty enough to be doing this and I was so scared. I looked at Marissa and sighed, not having any real words to say. I was afraid if I opened my mouth to speak, I might throw up.

Kyungsoo stood at the mirror, fixing his bow tie. He turned to Jongin who looked frozen in fear. "You're going to do fine. Im doing this too. I know how you're feeling. It'll be fine. Even though I wont be there, we'll see each other at the reception."

Marissa closed her eyes as the makeup artist finished her eyes she sighed a little once she saw her reflection, her haiir was curled in loose waves with a bit pinned up on one side, with flowers adorning her hair. "You okay?' she said to her lightly.

He nodded a little as he looked at his Hyung, he was right. He'd talked Kyungsoo into doing this he'd kill him if he backed out now.

I sighed as they finished putting my hair up, it was pinned so that when they took it down my hair would fall in waves. They put in pearl pins and my makeup simple but stunning I still didnt feel nearly pretty enough.

"As okay as I'll ever be." I murmured, staring at my reflection.

He sighed and went to sit next to him, putting a hand on his shoulder. "She's probably just as nervous as you are." He reminded him.

She nodded a little,"You look beautiful," she said to her lightly as she looked at her. "You'll be fine," she said then looked up when she heard her name.

He nodded,"You're right," he said as he smoothed out his suit.

I took a deep breath. Her name being called meant mine would be called too. I smiled at her. "You look beautiful, good luck. I'll see you after." I said, hearing my own name called. "Are you ready?"

He looked up hearing his and Jongins name being called. "I'll see you after with my new wife so I can meet yours. Smile, you're getting married." He said, smiling at his friend and grabbing his jacket.

Jongin laughed a little,"Thank you for doing this with me Hyung," he said to him lightly as he smiled.

She laughed,"No, far from ready," she told her lightly,"But I've got no choice," she said as she took the fresh flowers, "I'll see you soon,"

He nodded and smiled at him. "I wouldn't let you do it alone." He said, following the wedding planner to his room where his parents and her parents were, and going to stand at the altar. He smiled politely at her family, looking to see what they looked like.

I nodded and sighed, taking my bouquet and waiting until they took me to go down to the room. They had a room kept for me so that I wouldn't be seen and I sat down, fiddling with my bouquet until it was time for me to walk.down the aisle.

She sighed a little as she sat down with the flowers in her lap then looked up when the door opened and the woman smiled and motioned for her to follow her. She stood then walked to the door, she was wearing heels so she was about 5'2" now which was her ideal height but she was cursed as far as she was concerned. She was walked to the double doors, and the music was started.

Jongin was standing at the alter nervously, his eyes glancing at her family to see if he could have an idea of what she may look like.

I heard the music start and took a deep breath, watching the doors open. This was it, I was about to marry a complete stranger. I could only hope that he was every bit my match as the experts said he was. I walked into the room and did a huge sigh of relief, he was attractive to say the least. I could only hope he felt the same. I smiled at him nervously, not knowing what else to do as I walked down the aisle.

His eyes widened slightly and he looked at the door, watching as she walked in. She was beautiful and he immediately felt better. He smiled at her and watched her walk down toward him, feeling a lot better than he was.

When she saw him her heart felt lighter, this made her feel more at ease. She smiled a little as she walked down the isle, when she got to his side they joined hands, and she smiled laughing a little at the awkwardness of the situation.

"Introduce yourselves," the man whom was to be marrying them said.

"Hi," she said softly, "My name is Marissa,"

Jongin let out a breath of relief when he saw her, it felt natural to see her coming towards him, and he felt a sort of ease he hadn't felt before.

He smiled at her. "My name is Kyungsoo," He said quietly. He knew it should have felt awkward but he was comfortable. Like he had known her already.

I made it to the altar and took his hand, trying not to smile at the floor. I felt a lot better now that I had seen him.

"Hello, my name is Jazmin." I said quietly, smiling a little at him.

He smiled a little,"My name is Jongin, it's a pleasure to meet you," he said to her softly as he took her hands in his own.

She smiled a little then looked at the man who was marrying them for direction and he nodded and began the ceremony.

I smiled at him, holding his hands. I was still shaking I could see my hands shaking in his, but I was alright. The man marrying us began to speak, asking us to repeat our vows and to say I do. When it got to that part, I took a deep breath, saying it as loud as I could without my voice cracking in nervousness.

He smiled at her as the man began to speak, listening and repeating his vows. When it got to the time to say I do he smiled at her and squeezed her hands reassuringly. "I do."

She smiled and spoke the two words, "I do," when she was asked to. The rings were exchanged, and she looked at him her cheeks flushing when they announced them as husband and wife then saying he could now kiss his bride.

He smiled a little saying what he was told to, then placed the ring on her finger and squeezed her hand reassuringly.

He squuezed her hand once more before taking her face in his hands to kiss her. He took a deep breath as he kissed her. It felt right. Though he didn't know her, he felt like he made the right choice.

I took a deep breath, them announcing us as husband and wife, and that he could now kiss the bride. I looked up at him, holding onto his hands out of nervousness.

She kissed him back and the family members clapped and cheered for them.

He smiled a little as he grabbed her waist leaning down and pressing his lips gently against hers.

I smiled a little and kissed him back, taking a step closer to him. I heard our families cheering but I was too focused on him to look at them.

He pulled away, taking her hand in his to take her to the room they'd be sitting in while the guests were taken to the reception. He wanted to use this time to get to know her and introduce her to Jongin before he went to his own reception.

She smiled a little as she walked with him and sat down,"So, I hope you're not dissappointed," she smiled at him.
