Marriage at First Sight

I laughed a little. "How hot? Is this guy real?" I asked with a smile. "I'm sure he was doing a service. Sleeping with all the young women." I scoffed.

He nodded, holding her hand. "Alright, its this way."

"Of course, I mean I based him off myself, so he is pretty hot," he grinned.

She smiled a little and walking next to him.

I laughed. "So judging by the story and our situation, I'm just one of the women you got pregnant! I'm in such despair, how could I not have known?" I said in mock despair.

He kissed her head and smiled. "So I've been thinking... Maybe we could start thinking about kids?"

He laughed a little and kissed her face,"Becuase you're my soul connection, I dragged you to my sacred river and called you mine," he murmured.

She smiled,"Yeah?" she said to him lightly, "I've been thinking about it, but I wasn't sure where you stood, with the resturaunt and all," she murmured.

I laughed. "More like made me yours. And then got me pregnant so I couldn't escape." I teased, kissing him back.

He shook his head. "I definitely want kids. And all of the heavy lifting is being done now, so by the time you became pregnant our restaurant would be open, or just about to."

She nodded a little,"I want kids," she smiled a little,"I could stop taking my birth control as a first step," she told him lightly.

He laughed,"Duh," he said to her grinning a little.

I grinned a little, kissing his lips. "Well, river god, if that is you why do you have clothes on?"

He nodded. "And we can design a room in the house too."

She nodded,"Yeah," she smiled a little, "I like this idea," she said as she squeezed his hand in hers.

"Human practices and all," he said, "Quite savage but they're kind of nice," he smiled.

I laughed. "Wearing clothes is savage?" I asked in confusion. "What other human practices?" I grinned. "I need to thank the experts, they gave me a God."

He smiled. "I thought you would. We can start trying whenever you're ready."

He laughed a little,"Yes they did, and many human practices are savage like.. working, ugh," he whined.

She smiled,"Soon, once I stop my pills, two weeks then we can see when I ovulate," she told him/

I smiled a little. "I agree, working is simply savage. But so is continuous sex, but you don't seem to have a complaint." I teased.

He nodded a little. "Alright, we can track everything too."

"Sex is natural, work is not," he laughed

She nodded a little,"Yep," she smiled.

I smiled. "That's also true. So since I married a river god, am I a goddess?"

He kissed her softly. "I'm just excited to start our family together."

He nodded,"Yes," he smiled a little.

She smiled kissing him back,"And we will, it'll happen fast probably,"

I grinned. "Where are my servants?"

He nodded. "Yeah, and if it doesn't it'll be okay."

He laughed,"We can't afford those dear, human cultures and all," he told her.

She nodded,"Yeah it will be," she said to him,.

I whined. "But I am a Goddess, I shouldn't have to lift a finger! I,should be worshipped too, where are my people?"

He smiled a little as they walked, kissing her hand.

He laughed,"They're all dead, so we're human now," he told her.

She smiled as they walked into the ice cream parlor

"I'm not prepared for human life!" I pouted throwing my hands into the air.

He walked over to the counter and sighed. "What kind do you want?"

"Cookies and cream," she said to him smiling.

He laughed a little,"We will somehow manage," he sighed.
