Calvin looked at him, "Yes we are done." He snapped. "This is why you should never trust people. This is why i will never trust anyone." He ranted. He walked down the street, feeling betrayed by Brooke. He never thought she would do something like this to him. Calvin sighed as he walked.

Luke looked at him with a raised eyebrow. "Wouldn't you have done the same for her?" he asked. "I know for a fact that you would lie, cheat or kill if you thought she was in danger," he said.

Calvin looked at him, "Luke you of all people know that i don't take well to people stabbing me in the back." He snapped. He sighed as he walked with his friend, "Its different if i was the one who did it." He said. He didn't know why he felt that way, but he did. "I just....don't want her lying to me." He muttered.

Luke watched him for a moment. "Well, maybe you should talk to her, seeing as one you do care about her. Two it is hypocritical that you can lie to her but she can't to you. Three, clearly she cares about you and coming up on number four, I don't want to listen to you bitch about it for the next two weeks before your stubborn ass decides to go and talk to her." he said.

Calvin glared at him, "Oh go back to your snobby girlfriend. You realize that you will never be able to be with her right? You are scum compared to her life. She's probably just trying to rebel against her parents." He snapped. He sighed and walked off.

Luke saw red when Calvin insulted Lacey and he dove at him. His fists pummeled flesh. He didn't care what he was hitting, as long as it hurt Calvin.

Calvin deflected one of Luke's punches and rolled him off of him. He moved so he had him pinned and slammed his fist into the side of Luke's jaw. "You're forgetting I'm the one who taught you everything you know Luke." He snapped. He punched him again then got off of his friend. Calvin glared at Luke as they sat away from each other.

Luke sucked in breath before he pushed himself up. He began walking back the way they came without saying a word.

He finally got to Brooke who was still sobbing in the alleyway and he got her. Together they walked to his car and climbed in. Luke wordlessly, drove to Lacey's house.

Brooke looked up in surprise when they got there but she climbed out of the car without saying a word. Walking up to the porch, she waited for Luke to knock.

Lacey walked out of her kitchen, opening the door. She looked at Luke and let him and Brooke in. "Luke what happened?" She asked when she saw his face.

Luke turned his face away form her and shrugged. "It was nothing," he said, clearly not wanting to talk about it. "Everyone is fine," he said softly as he pressed a kiss to her forehead lightly.

Lacey looked up at him, concerned when he turned his head. "No it's not." She whispered when he kissed her forehead. She looked over at Brooke as her hand rested on Luke's side. She looked at him, "Where's Calvin?" She asked him softly.

Luke stiffened as Brooke let out a strangled cry. He walked over to the other girl and sat down, wrapping his arms around her gently. "He didn't come back with us. There were some things that went down. Calvin is fine but he needs time to cool off," he said through clenched teeth.

Brooke buried her face against Luke's chest as she cried.

Lacey nodded as she watched Brooke, then sat down on the other side of Brooke. She rubbed Brooke's back lightly, "you want something to drink Brooke?" She asked softly.

Luke looked down at the crying girl before gently passing her to Lacey. He sent his love a sheepish look as he stood up. "I'll get some water," he said as he practically ran to the kitchen.

Lacey watched as Luke walked out then let Brooke rest against her. "It's okay Brooke I'm sure Calvin will realize what he did wrong and apologize to you." She said as she rubbed the girls arm. Lacey looked over as look walked in with the water. Lacey slowly stood up and walked out to the kitchen. She sighed as she made Brooke hot chocolate and brought it to her. "Here water sucks at times like this." She said.

Brooke looked up at her gratefully as she took the hot chocolate. Cradling it in her hands, she blew on the steam slightly. In the end, she had still lost him, she thought. It didn't matter what she had done. Calvin hated her. He was never going to trust her again, she thought. It was all for nothing.

Lacey sighed when she heard a knock at the door and went to get it. She let out a small squeak when the door hit her and Brooke's dad stormed in. He looked at Brooke, "Where's Calvin? My accounts have been drained and you and him were te only ones with the numbers." He yelled. He looked at his men, "Go find Riley." He said. Riley was the hacker they had in the group. "Who else did Calvin have contact with?" E asked everyone. He frowned when he got a phone call, "Bring the body back." He said. He looked at Brooke when he hung up, "Riley's dead." He said. He frowned as he glanced around. "So let me get this straight. Calvin hacked my accounts took my money and placed it somewhere else using my men? Then he killed Riley so he wouldn't tell? Oh I'm gonna kill him when I find him." He snapped.

Brooke jumped up hearing her dad's explanations. "Dad!! You...you know that's not true. Calvin would never betray you." She said. "He wants nothing more than to be in this group," she said as she motioned around them. Looking at everyone, she saw their shock at their friend's apparent betrayal. Brooke wasn't going to let them kill Calvin, not after she had worked so hard to keep him face. "Dad, I gave the number out," she said. "It was the only way to get them to trust me." she whispered. She was unprepared for the blow that landed on her as she fell to the ground. Her father continued to hit her, calling her names but everyone simply watched, no one did anything to intervene. That would be suicide.

Luke saw the door hit Lacey and he grabbed her. He pulled her into the coat closet and shut it. "Don't leave her until I come and get you. No matter what," he said as he slipped out and went to the living room.

Lacey leaned back against the wall in te closet as she listened to the screaming. She slid down, sitting and pulled her knees to her chest.

Kyle frowned as his boss beat Brooke."Stop! I know where he is." He said. He looked over as the two guys brought in Riley. Her dad looked over as they uncovered the boy, seeing he had a studded belt around his neck and the spikes dug deep beneath his flesh. Her dad looked at her, "You messed up for helping him." He said as he pulled the belt from the boy. E looked at Kyle, "Where is he?" He asked. Kyle sighed, "Brazil. That's all I know." He explained.

Luke helped Brooke over to the couch before watching everyone in the room. "He has definitely lost his mind," he muttered before he grabbed his gun and nodded. "Let's go," he said as he led the way out of the house and toward the airport. Maybe...he sighed.....maybe Calvin would get away but....would he actually kill Brooke? Fuck, he thought.

Brooke whimpered as she was laid down on the couch and she watched as they all left. "Lacey! You can come out!" she called into the house and groaned softly as she poked her side to see the extent of the damage.
