I was hoping to have a few more people join, but honestly I love all of the characters we have now so I might just start it when a handful of us are online.

Devon Donati
Devon twirled her chair, spinning round and round behind the counter of her and her brother's shop. They'd only been open for a short time, but they'd had a few patrons. Mostly hunters, seeing as their whop was a "Sportsman's" shop... at least up front. Their more illegal business was done down below. With the Don Carmine's death Devon anticipated that part of their business would spike. Still, today was pretty boring, which left Devon to her own devices. A truly horrible thing, really.

Nik walked through his office, trying to work a particularly difficult case through his mind. His hands were balled in his pockets. He paced, working the facts and lies, trying to formulate a winning plan for his client.

Knaves Giuliani
Knaves lit a cigarette as he walked down the streets of Fiametta. He had to hurry to Devon's shop before she closed, his 1911 wasn't going to fill itself with ammo. With Don Carmine's death the whole of Fiametta would be in an uproar, with his death the Giuliani family would be trying to seize power, and that meant that the Serafino family would be sending out hits. Knaves had no real desire to die tonight so he needed to go pick up some "groceries" for his guests tonight.

Devon stopped spinning at the little bell over the shop door tinkled. She grinned, putting on a business face even though her vision was still spinning, "Hello, how may I help you?" she asked softly, reaching out and pressing a hand on the counter infront of her to steady herself, even though she wasn't really moving.

God these boxes are so heavy, Darren's eyes rolled in his head as he bent to pick up the new box of ammo. He stacked it up with the others and stared down at his scrawny arms. With a rueful grimace he rubbed at a sore bicep before heading back up the steps to the door that entered the normal portion of the shop. How strange people must think it that two twenty-somethings had a successful gun shop. He pushed open the door, expecting Devon to be spinning in her chair. It had been a slow day and Devon hated inventory checks, but it had to get done by someone....

Daren shivered with horror at the last time he'd had Devon write up the inventory.... stuff of nightmares.
