"Well they just look like that. They are all plant though I think someone said something about me changing their Molecular structure so that they are able to move on their own. And this is Spirit." Lainey said as she explained a little. She loved talking about plants whether they were already there or something she created. Spirit gave another rustle as the boy approach closer.
"He won't attack unless you threaten him. He's just a little love bug. Huh?" She mumbled the last part to spirit rubbing her face in his soft petal fur. She laughed randomly when she noticed Sunburst on a branch above Knaves head batting at him from above.

Kamdon smirked when Mia came into the gym. "Hey. I've been alright except apparently I have no focus, I'll never know the true powers I have... Blah blah blah." He said with a laugh as he moved to give her a hug. It's been awhile since he actually saw her and he didn't really give a crap about being in trouble.

Mia rolled her eyes and stuck out her tongue playfully, "if we were given a dollar every time Ms. Vakros told us that we'd be millionaires," Mia replied, hugging Kamdon back. Mia would often getting in a lot of trouble for not being more focused either, considering Mia's powers played strongly on her emotional stability. "So how are you when it comes to using your powers? Gotten any better?" Mia teased, questioningly.

Itzal turned to look at the girl who walked up to him. His brows narrowed, "Who are you?" He asked, wondering why she walked to him. Why did she want to talk to him? He glanced around and took notice of all the people around them, "Why are you here?"

Ashton "Ash" Cooper
Ash was walking down the hall, trying to take it all in- as it had been quite a long time since he had even been in school, much less an academy like this. Although, there really was no way that any type of normal schooling could have prepared him for this. He saw a large mural on the wall, and decided- quite unintelligently- to turn and look at it as he was walking. This caused him to not see where he was walking, and almost immediately bump into a girl. When he did, he immediately turned back front, and quickly apologized.

"I am so sorry," he said, holding his hands out to her, as if for some reason needing to catch her," I was just looking at the mural. Not very smart of me."

He spoke with a soft, but firm voice, and once he took in the sight of the girl before him, he smiled a bit, and held out a hand to the girl. "My name is Ashton- but most people call me Ash. Nice to meet you. You are?"

All Kahi wanted was to get to class first so she could choose the quietest corner. She didn't want to be sitting up front where everyone could see her. Instead she wanted to watch the others, wanted to sit in a dark corner, but she instead bumped into a man, her books almost dropping from her arms.

Kahi managed to catch herself though - feline reflexes. Her head jerked up quickly, eyes wide as she stared at the guy before her, "It's... fine." She said, her gaze dropping to stare at the hand he held to her. She cautiously took it, "I'm Kahi." She returned her gaze to his, staring at him. Her pupils were similar to a cats, dark green in color. She gave him a small smile, "The mural is..." She glanced at it, "Interesting."

Startled, Dale tried not to let it show as he looked over at Gracie. "Sounds fun." he said as he smiled over at her. "Don't worry about me letting you win either. For I just recently discovered my power." Dale stated as he looked down nervously. "I will try my best not to hurt you in any way." he said as he went into his dorm room and sat his stuff down and turning towards Gracie with his head down to follow her once more.

Ash nodded, and looked back at the mural. "That's an understatement to say the least," he said, shrugging," I wonder if it's of great importance to the school. Also, who do you think did it? A student maybe?" He then shrugged and turned back to her, smiling. "So, are you new here? Because I am, and have no idea where I am going," he said, chuckling.

Kahi gave him a small smile, "Then I'm not going to be much help," She said softly, "Because I'm new as well.. though I did get a map of the school." She fished through her pocket, pulling out a folded piece of paper, "Where's your first class?" she asked as she unfolded it and laid the paper out on her books, "As for the mural I don't know. It's possible a student made it."

"Well at least that's something. My first class is in the gymnasium. Though I'm not even sure where that is," he said, laughing at himself a little bit, before moving closer to her and looking at the map with her. He quickly found the mural, and looked for the most direct route to the gym- which he had obviously walked right by a moment ago. "Oh wow, I'm such an idiot," he said, chuckling at himself again, before saying," I think I got it. Where is your first class?"

Kahi pulled out another piece of paper, this one had a schedule on it, "Uh... looks like I'm in the gymnasium as well. I was heading to my locker to drop off my books." She gestured down the hall, "It's somewhere that way. Apparently it's by a water fountain... at least that's what the lady in the office said." She refolded the papers and returned them into her pocket, shifting to the side a bit as a rather large group of people walked by.

Ash smiled, then, and said," Well would you mind if I walked with you? After all, you're the one with the map, and I was already dense enough to walk right by the gym once already without even noticing it. And I wouldn't mind stopping at your locker either- I just really want to get into the gym on time for the first day, since I probably won't after today." He chuckled a bit at his self-directed rip before rubbing the back of his neck nervously, awaiting her reply.

Kahi stared at Ash, one of her eye brows raising, "You sure do talk a lot, don't'cha?" She said. She didn't mean it in a rude way... Just observing, "You nervous?" It seemed like that was a possibility to why he was talking so much. Still, he didn't say no to him walked ng with her. So she lead the way to her locker, tossing her books in it when she managed to locate it and unlock it.

"Not usually no, but... It's been a while. Not since talking to a person or anything, but... School. It's a long story," Ash said, shrugging as he walked beside her. "But, long story-short, foster home, dropped out, ran away, no school. And that was years ago. I mean, I'm not stupid- or at least don't think I am- but I'm nervous about getting back into the feel of things," he said, looking around for the Gym.

Kahi pulled out Tue map again and together they made their way to the gym, "Well, I moved from my home in Egypt to here. That's pretty stressful..." She glanced at him, "Why did the school want you? What's your super power." Apparently that's what the school called their extra abilities.

Knaves looked up to see one of the plant creatures sitting on a tree branch. "What are their names?" he asked as he walked over to the tree and started to climb up it to get an even closer look at the creature. "This is amazing, I've never seen anything like it in my life." he told her as he crawled forward in the tree. He was reaching out to touch it when it tried to take a swipe at him, causing him to lose his balance and fall out of the tree. "Shit!" he yelled as he fell.

Anne looked at him with a funny stare, didn't he know he was in gym class? "Uh, we're in gym class Commander Brooding." she told him with a smile. "I just need a sparring partner and you're up! It's going to be fun!" She hoped she would fight him, she loved fighting people she had never fought before, it taught her balance and how to think on her feet.

Ash smiled, and said," Molecular manipulation. Basically what that overly complicated combination of words means is that when I want to- or even sometimes when I don't- I can alter the particales of my body. This means that I can walk through walls, or become as hard as the hardest solid imaginable. Because of this, I make myself lighter or heavier in the process. What about you? Well, besides the amazingly awesome cat eyes. I know it has to do with felines- which would make sense considering your homeland of Egypt. But what else?"
