Amelia sighed deeply before getting up and crawling into bed next to him. "Haythem look at me." she said as she pulled the covers down from over his head. "Don't apologize for kissing me. It was the best moment of my life." Amelia said with a small smile on her face. Kissing the top of his head she lay beside him trying to understand what had changed the way he thought about her.

Haythem scooted over when she tried to climb into bed with him, and was frowning a bit. When she said that it was the best moment in her life, though, his face went from upset to confused. He raised an eyebrow, and said," Hold on... It was the best moment of your life? How do you mean? I mean, you probably don't feel the same way about me, do you?"

Rolling over towards him with a deep sigh Amelia looked at him. "I've always loved you. But we could only ever be friends, remember." she said quoting what he had said to her a few years before.

He said, with a somewhat melancholy look on his face," I'm done with being so fucking afraid of what might happen to keep it from letting me enjoy what could be. He whispered thew last part, as if indulging her with the most secretive secret of them all- mainly because he was so scared that she'd reject him...

Amelia felt her heart beat fast as she heard his words, closing her eyes she leaned in and kisses him gently. "I love you too Haythem." she said softly wrapping her arms around him snuggling close to him as she did so.

Haythem smiled into the kiss and kissed her back. He pulled her close to him as he kissed her, and when they broke apart, he sighed contentedly. He let his eyes slowly close, and he simply breathed in her scent, and enjoyed the fact that this has happened....
