Steal My Heart

Piper walked into her biology class that afternoon and sat down. She listened to the teacher as she started talking about the project they had to do. Piper heard te teacher start pairing people up. When the teacher put Bennett and Piper together Molly turned and glare at Bennett. Piper knew it was only going to cause issues.

Bennett chuckled and waved to molly teasingly, smiling and winking. "How are you?" He asked treaingly as he sat with her and he nudged her with his elbow. How beneficial this was turning out to be - so nice really. He really wanted Piper now. "I guess its a good thing you have me your number.

Piper looked at her, "I guess so." She said, smiling a little. She could feel Molly glaring at the back of her head. "So we should probably start tonight. Do you want to come to my place or do you want me to come to yours?" She asked

Bennett smiled and nodded his head. "Uh, my house I guess. My parents won't be around so we will be able to work." He said with a smile

Piper nodded, "alright I will be over around five." She said. She was glad when the school day ended. Piper went to her cheer practice then got ready to go to bennetts. She walked up to his door and knocked. Piper smiled when he opened the door, "Hey." She said as walked inside with him. His house was actually very nice. Though she knew his family had money. She sat on his couch with him and pulled er books out. Piper smiled when Bennetts dog came running into the living room and came over to her. "Hi." She said sweetly as she pet the dog.

Bennett smiled when she arrived. "Come on Lulu, leave her alone." He said, pulling on her collar lightly and he smiled at her. "Sorry, Lucy gets a little excited when she meets new people." He smiled. "So you want to go get ready?" He asked her happily and smiled.

Piper looked at him, "She's fine." She said. She nodded, "Yea lets do that." She said. She looked through the book an was relieved when they finally reached a topic to do. After a few hours of working Piper leaned back against his couch to take a break. She watched as Lucy walked over and laid at their feet.

Ben smiled lightly and nodded his head, chuckling lightly. "It's nice working with you. I never knew you were so smart." He said happily as he leaned back to take a break too. Lucy whimpered a little and he petted her.

Piper looked at him, "Trust me your not the only one who thinks I'm just a dumb blonde cheerleader." She said. She hated that stereotype a bunch. "You wanna go get something to eat?" She asked him. She figured it would be fun. She stood up when he agreed. "I know this really awesome place downtown. You can bring Lucy if you want." She said. She noticed he seemed to have a connection with the dog.

Ben smiled and shook his head. "I wasn't following the stereotype - I guess I've just never... talked to you before really." He said and then sighed. "That sounds awesome!" He said with a smile. "Lulu, you wanna go somewhere?!" He asked and she perked her ears up, barking.

Piper smiled as he got his things. She put her jacket on then walked outside with him. She walked with him down the street. She crossed her arms as they walked. Piper smiled when they got to the food truck. "This place has some pretty awesome Philly cheesesteaks." She said, smiling at him.

Ben smiled and nodded his head. "Cool." he said and nodded his head. "So what is it with you?" He asked. "I mean...you and Molly are like... completely opposites." He said after he had ordered a Philly cheesesteak and he smiled at her. "Completely different."

Piper looked at him when he asked about her friendship with Molly. "Yea but we get along. I've been friends with her for a long time." She said as she got her food from the guy. She walked with Bennett after her got his food then sat on one of the benches. She watched as his dog sat beside him then she took a bite of her sub. "Do you want Molly back?" She asked him.

Ben smiled lightly and nodded his head. "A long time?" He asked as he ate and sat with her and he smiled at her lightly. He ripped off a part and threw it to Lucy, smiling. When she spoke, he frowned and bit his lip. "Uh.. I don't know... Maybe I'm just better off without her..." He said, smiling over at her. That wasn't true - but if he wanted into her pants, he couldn't say so.

Piper nodded, "She plans to make you miserable." She said. She took a bite of her food then looked at him. She knew Molly didn't want him back because she already had another guy. Piper finished her food then threw the paper away. She walked with Bennett back to his house and stepped inside. Piper started to pack up her things and got ready to go. "Well I guess I will see you tomorrow." She said.

Bennett frowned a little as he heard her words and he frowned, looking down as he ate. When they walked back to his house, he was continuing to be quiet and he sighed. "Yeah.." He said and as she turned, he grabbed her wrist. "Wait - what do you mean about Molly?" He asked.

Piper looked at him when he grabbed her wrist. "All I know is she said she plans to make sure you never end up with anyone again." She said. "But then again she has always been full of empty threats." She said softly. She felt him release her hand and looked down for a moment. She looked back at Bennett, "just don't be expecting her to come back real soon." She said softly. She knew he was hurting but didn't want to say it. "I will see you tomorrow." She said as she opened his door. "Goodnight." She told him. She smiled a little then walked out to her car. She got in then went to her house.

The next day Piper walked into the school with her friends then went to the gym. There was cheerleading tryouts today and she had to be there to help decide. She went to the locker room and changed. She sighed as she looked in the mirror at herself. She changed her belly button ring then walked out and sat at the table between Lacey and Molly. Piper ran her fingers through her hair as she waited for the girl in front of them to start.

Bennett sighed. He was mad from her words but he was glad she was telling him. The funny thing was - he was going to prove her wrong. A) He was going to get with her best friend and B) She would be begging to have him back. Why did he even care? Because she was fucking hot and good in bed? Maybe Piper was too - he could only hope for now. "Yeah, I'll see you tomorrow." He smiled.

The next day, he decided he was going to text her. Might as well - and it would be better if she was even with Molly. Hey there cutie :)

Piper looked at her phone and saw it was Bennett. She glanced over at Molly then texted him back. Hey. :) She held her phone as she continued to watch the next girl.

Bennett smiled as he saw her text back. You busy today? He asked her happily. Maybe he could get her to hang out with him and everything.
