Taz did his best to cover Bucky's metal hand, sure people had prosthetic for their lost limbs, but none were metal like Bucky's and if they were they weren't such a fine piece of equipment. Bucky's arm is amazing, made out of something not even Taz's father knew of, sturdy and intense, really packed a punch and from everything Taz knew of Bucky's arm was not just one of a kind but similar to Captains America's shield. Secretly Taz was in love with Bucky's arm, the mechanics of it, the build, the way the metal would sometimes shift when Bucky was practicing in the sparring room. Maybe Taz was just a bit of a mechanics nerd but Bucky's arm always caught his interest.
Taz just gave a hum to agree with Bucky's offer of a walk, he wasn't paying too much attention. He kept his face close to Bucky's, glancing up at him when he caught the man by the pole glancing over at them and he could see his body change, his shoulders square. And so Taz put as much as he could into the act at hand," A walk? Think I'd rather just go home with you, get right down to business" he said, lowering his voice to a whisper because it looked believable. Taz moved the hand from Bucky's bicep to his neck, his fingers cold but warmed by the touch as they landed on Bucky's neck, thumb pressed to his jaw. Up close he could see the flecks of grey in his eyes, the little stubble that line his sharp jaw, and Taz was a little in awe by how attractive Bucky was, like he knew the other was good looking, but up close he could see all the little details, the soft curve of his lips. "I'm so sorry, but I just wanna say that I so support you guys. You two make the cutest couple ever! keep strong yeah" One of the girls spoke up, pretty brown hair curling by her dark face as she spoke to them and Taz had to snap out of having the urge to kiss Bucky to smile at her, sliding his hand down to Bucky's chest instead."Thank you so much! That's so sweet right James?"
The man by the pole moved a little closer to them as some people came into the train, his sleeve dropping the slightest and Taz could spy tentacles and a skull, his hand squeezing Bucky's metal one.
"I think it's good that people want to stay away from me." Steve said with a deep chuckle. He used to always be friendly with people, always enjoy making a new friend, talking to strangers and just being good with other people but over the time and the things he has been through he has shut himself off from such things. He still liked people and their complexities but now he liked to watch them from afar. He had the Avengers after all, they were enough for him, and so was Eleanor so if strangers felt weirded out by him and the way he looked around then he was alright with it.
Steve stood quiet as he pulled his arm back and watched Eleanor throw the balls, she was close but didn't make it. Steve knew he could with the very first ball, knock all of the bottles down, after the serum his aim had improved, he was much stronger of course as well and these sort of small challenges were rather easy. He felt like he was a bit of a cheat if he played because of the serum, but not so if he played for Eleanor."Would you like any of those prizes?" Steve asked as he pointed to the plush animals that hug above the stands, ranging in different colors and sizes. Ifhe was going to play then he was going to do it for Eleanor in hopes of giving her a gift, she's done enough for him over the course of weeks than he could have ever expected anyone too. She was a real gem and he felt the need to treat her.
