Lila chuckled as she read Mikkie's text. "We have a nice place on campus?" she questioned out loud. You'll need to specify a little handsome. Or at least send me a picture as a clue. She chuckled loving this banter between them.

Mikkie chuckled lightly, he lifted his phone and took a photo looking out across a lawn with a hint of a lake in the background. He sent the photo off to her, I like the view,

Lila chuckled as she saw the picture and his caption. Luckily she knew where that was. How had he gotten a table? He would have had to have skipped class early for that. Lila chuckled and assumed that is exactly what he did. She headed his direction and smiled seeing him. "Hey handsome." she said and kissed him dropping her bag neck to him sitting beside him. "How where classes?" she asked.

Mikkie grinned "Hey sexy," he replied. He kissed her back helping her take a seat, "classes were, okay," he answered her. "How about yours?" he asked

Lila grinned. "Mmm I was distracted most the day. Oh so Chris talked to me in my last class. He invited us to a party next week. Feeling up for it?" she asked him. She really wanted to go with Mikkie but she knew he had been having problems again with the crowds. She didn't know why this time but she was gonna have to slowly work him into them again.

Mikkie grinned, "oh really, yeah I suppose it could be fun for awhile," he said lightly. He knew she liked going to parties and things, and he wanted to do this for her, despite his issues with crowds of people.

Lila smiled. "Okay." she said and kissed his cheek. "Shall we get some food?" she asked him and signaled a waiter. Lila ordered then waited until the waiter left before turning to Mikkie. "So I have one more class after your done with classes. "Want to meet up in the library?" she asked him.

Mikkie grinned and order after Lila was done. He looked across at her, "of course love, what else would I need to do?" he replied. He sat back and took a photo of her with his phone, he just couldn't take his eyes off of her

Lila giggled hearing the shot go off from his phone and she shook her head. "You sneak." she teased and leaned over kissing him. "Afterwards I'll make dinner." she offered. Lila loved how he adored her. She could feel it every time they where together. "So you never did tell me if it was a a result of the night or if you really are mad about me." she said not wanting to say the l word just yet. She was afraid he needed more time when it had been instant for her like everything fell into place in his arms.

Mikkie looked up at her smiling brightly. He leant over and kissed her, pulling her chair closer to his, "I am truly mad about you, I think I have been in Love with you for at least the last year," he admitted. He held her close, "Please don't hurt me though," he added.

Lila smiled and let him pull her closer. She cuddled into his arms and laid her head on his chest as he spoke. She smiled knowing it was true and she sighed. He asked not to be hurt and she looked up at him and caressed his cheek. "I can't promise we will never fight or have a rough spot but I promise to never intentionally hurt you." she said and kissed him again. "I love you too Mikkie. It took me a while to figure it out but it's true." she whispered to him.

Mikkie grinned kissing her back, he pulled back, "you have no idea how good that makes me feel to hear you feel the same," he said softly. He kept his arm around her tightly, and grinned as their lunch was brought out

Lila grinned and pulled her plate to her. She kissed Mikkie's cheek once more before starting to eat her food. "Mmm I was starving." she said and grinned at him.

Mikkie nodded and let her go, so they could both eat. He ate his lunch slowly, wanting to make this feeling he had last as long as he could. He smiled at her, "how did it take us so long to figure it out?" he asked

Lila grinned. "I think we where both so afraid of loosing each other that the thought of being just friends was better than not having the other at all." She said and kissed his cheek.

Mikkie nodded softly, 'yeah I think you're right," he said softly. He took another bite of his lunch, "are you still worried about that?" he asked

Lila smiled and nodded knowing it was true. She finished her food and pushed the plate away from her going to get a leftovers bag for the rest of it. When he asked his question Lila's eyes widened and she looked over at him then down. "Yes because no matter what happens I rather have you in my life in some way than not at all. I don't believe that nothing unexpected with ever come up and I honestly am not sure if we are strong enough to handle the hard times yet, so I can't know for sure you will be in my life forever in the way I want you too." she admitted and peeked up at him.

Mikkie grinned, "yeah same, that's why we need to promise we'll stay friends if anything breaks us up," he said lightly. He leant in and kissed her lightly.

Lila leaned into his hand as they kissed gently. She nodded as she took a breath. "I promise. But I also promise that if there is anything I can do to prevent getting to that point then I will." she said and leaned her head against him and sighed. "Now let's finished lunch and talk about something else not so sad." she said and chuckled.

Mikkie grinned and nodded kissing her, "Okay, what sort of party did Chris invite us to? do we need to go shopping for a new dress for you?" he asked lightly. He often went clothes shopping with her, but this would be the first time since they started dating properly.
