Riley laughed. "I'm pretty sure that you are." She said as they walked. She was glad that Iris had asked Barry to meet them at Jitters earlier. It was nice catching up with him. "Why? Are you asking me out on a date or something?" Her tone was light and teasing. She knew that it was just a suggestion for something they could do. "Is that why you're so fixated on me possibly having a crush on you when we were kids? Did you have a crush on me, Allen?" She was still only teasing.

Barry shook his head his hands still in pockets as they walked he looked at Riley and laughed "me? A crush on you? No.. That's not true.." He didn't have a crush on her. Maybe just a little bit that quickly dissolved when she left. "Well, maybe I did but I wasn't mean to you now was I?" He asked teasinky.

Riley laughed quietly, shaking her head. "So? You and I are very different people." She said, shrugging her shoulders. "Are we going to see a movie then, or not?" She still didn't know if she had a crush on him or not when they were younger, maybe she had, maybe she hadn't. She wasn't sure if her pushing him off the swings and being "mean" meant that she had or not.

Barry looked at her "yeah, I didn't push people off swings when they couldn't get what they want," he laughed. He shrugged his shoulders "I asked you, whatever you want to do, I don't carw" he grinned as he walked in a different direction.

Riley laughed. "Are you going to hold that against me now?" She asked, punctuating her words with a raised eyebrow. "I guess we can go see a movie." She didn't really care too much either. She had no other plans for the rest of the day, and she was actually just having a good time with Barry, so it didn't matter much to her.

Barry chuckled, "not for too long. I don't do well with grudges" he really wasn't Barry had trouble holding grudges against people especially close friends. There were a few exceptions to that of course, there's always been exceptions to that rule. "Is there any good movies on today?"

Riley laughed quietly. "Alright, good." She said. She didn't think that he was the type of person to hold grudges. He didn't seem like it, and from what she remembered, he hadn't when they were younger. "I'm not really sure. I guess we'll just see when we get there. If there's nothing good, we could always go see a random movie, sit in the back and make fun of it or something."

Barry nodded and they were off to the movie theatre, he was surprised he hadn't received any calls from the police department or S.T.A.R labs which was rare. He supposed it was for the best since he was getting to know his old friend again. "That's true and we can true popcorn at people that sounds fun doesn't it "

Riley laughed quietly. "Yeah, that does sound fun." She said. She was enjoying spending time with Barry. It was like they were getting to know each other all over again. Clearly some things had changed, and some things hadn't. She wouldn't expect anything else though what with the amount of time that had passed.

Barry grinned he was having so much getting to know Riley all over again. It had been so long since he had fun with anyone like this. Iris was with Eddie and other than Kaitlyn and Cisco he did t know anyone else. "Let's go pick something stupid then."

Riley smiled. She was glad that she was getting to know Barry again. She'd been having a good time so far, and she was sure that she would continue to for the remainder of the afternoon as well. "Alright." She said, following him into the movie theater.

Barry walked along the side walk and pointed all the buildings that had changed over the years. She seemed interested in what he was saying and he waa glad. She hadn't really changed "so tell ne about your hobbies I want to know what I missed. "

Riley listened and watched as Barry pointed out different buildings and things that had changed over the years. She wasn't just pretending to be interested in what he was saying, she actually was interested. "I played on the school soccer team in high school and college...um, I learned how to play the guitar a few years ago, I'm not really that great though...I kick ass at Mario Kart, oh, and I went through this phase in college where I thought I was an artist. That wasn't pretty at all, I was terrible." She laughed.

Barry listened as they walked and he chuckled at some of the things she said some things. "That's cool, I was more into science things obviously, Iris loves writing but that's obvious too." As they arrived he looked at her "you and iris should play Mario Kart she's good she might give you a run for your money" he chuckled.

Riley nodded. "Yeah, both of those are kind of really obvious." She said, letting out a quiet laugh. "You think so? I'm not so sure. I'm like the Mario Kart champion." She laughed once more, following him into the movie theater. "Alright, so which movie are we seeing? Not that it really matters much."

Barry laughed, "she gets serious about her gaming you should see her, it's crazy. I'll have to show you sometime." Barry looked at all the movies "it doesn't matter as long as it's not anything too gory or cheesy" he laughed.

Riley laughed. "Really? That's actually kind of surprising." She said, trying to picture Iris getting really into video games and stuff. She hadn't really pictured her as someone like that. "But those are the best ones to make fun of!" She told him, laughing once more.

Barry nodded "ask her boyfriend, she's very competitive are you surprised? I mean I understand I was at first too but its fun as long as she's not a sore loser." Barry shrugged his shoulders "all right we will do a gory movie then" he rather see a horror movie than a romantic comedy.

Riley shrugged her shoulders. "I guess I'm not too surprised. She always was kind of competitive, wasn't she?" She laughed slightly. "Sore losers usually take the fun out of everything." She agreed. "What, you don't want to see some cheesy romance movie?" She teased, laughing once more.

Barry agreed with Riley "she's not that too bad, she's gotten better" as they looked at the posters he laughed. "I don't like chick flicks are you surprised? I guess that might be why I'm still single I'm nerdy and I don't like romcoms"
