I'm Rachel, I love K-POP and my chemical romance. Poetry is everything to me. And Its my only friends. Writing my scars away with beautiful words but to combat those who harm me.
@ B e l l e @ Watch.Her.Fly Welcome to Mibba! I'm Hina! How're you two doing?
@ StormieMcNeal99 Hi Stormie! I'm Hina! What fandoms do you write for? You're more than welcome to post your stories here. There are a ton of fandoms on Mibba! Some are just a bit more obscure or smaller than others.
@ Cthulhu Girl Hey Cthulhu, welcome to Mibba! I'm Hina! What kind of stories are you going to post? Like do you have any ideas?
@ willdyke Welcome to Mibba, Will! Not sure if you're going to see my comment on your blog first or this but you can find the Knowledge Base right here! I hope it helps.
i've been here for a long time, actually. just not exactly active in the past...three years? ish? i used to be super super active and really well-known particularly in the roleplay forums, but when all of my friends disappeared and ran off, i made my home elsewhere.
lately, i've been having a lot of mental health issues. something told me to come back here and try to build new friendships and maybe get back to my roots of roleplaying, so here i am!
the name's haven and i'm a nerd. also a jerk. but only with love! i like coffee and sweets with cream cheese and i'm a huge video game geek. right now i literally cannot stop playing overwatch. it's all i do. it consumes my life. :| writing is obviously a huge hobby of mine and i'm trying to make a career out of it. i also design websites, and i'm trying to make a career out of that, too.
@ Child of the Sea Thank you, I've missed being here actively ya know? It's as if everything is back to normal minus my friends though v.v I feel lost again
@ Child of the Sea Honestly, The first few minutes, I thought everyone else had died... But, I've enjoyed, so far. I mean, you don't get to just write poetry with people who are willing to read. What about you?
@ ZeMuang_Muang Aha nope, there's still a lot of us on here, even if it seems slow and dead. That's good though. Aha I agree. It's a bit sad that poems don't get many comments like they used though. I've been pretty good and I'm almost always lurking on Mibba.
@ butterfly kisses You're welcome, and thank you! The other website was Archive Of Our Own. Yep, it's not as big as Mibba or Fanfiction.net, but it's still a good website to join.
@ Child of the Sea Oo that sounds different. How are the people? I always notice drama between people here, elsewhere and it makes it hard to wanna chat with people. What kind of writing are you doing? Poetry, novels, what's your poison lol
@ butterfly kisses The people there are extremely friendly there though there's no real way to talk with another writer on there unless you comment on thier stories and they comment back. But it's a pretty good community too. Aha yeah we've been having a little bit of drama here lately though I think I missed whatever happened in the past few days. I tend to write novels or try to. i like writing and reading fantasy romance novels mostly. But i post a few poems once in awhile. What about you?
@ Child of the Sea I need to check it out soon. Engage more too haha; I always get anxious even with writing messages to people online. I plan to work on that more (x I'm glad I missed whatever drama boiled over. It feels like soap opreas; no thank you.
I read nearly every fiction to be honest, but i prefer the meaningful romance, the heart tugging contemporary, and social situations with th echaracter strugging with something serious that doesn't end wrapped up like a pretty bow if that makes sense haha. Writing stories was my thing when I was younger, although I made the mistake of diving into it with no thought to the plot or what the end game is so my stories tend to blah. I want to start working on that, but for now I'm working on poems. Short and powerful. It can be my motivation to work on my old and new stories
@ butterfly kisses That makes perfect sense. While I Kind of stay away from any stories about or similar to real life, i enjoy reading stories that go beyond that of a dramatic high school story (I sort of dislike high school centered stories because most of them end up being the typical love triangle romances or gay teen being hated for just being gay or they just end up being about a character that's "depressed" and a self-harmer. Not that there's nothing wrong with all these "Tropes" I guess they're called, but a lot of these ideas sound too similar to each other and its just the same idea being used over and over again). I would love to see a romance that never ends well or is extremely emotional so I get you a lot!
Aha I used to be like that too. I started writing for fun when I was 10 but i didn't get serious about writing until I was 12 and I joined my first online community when I was 13. I'll be happy to read any thing you post. <3
