Amalia smiled. "Well, she's always been my favorite Maximoff twin..." Her tone was light and teasing. She took a seat at one of the empty tables. "Yes, extremely ridiculous as a matter of fact. That's definitely something for you to work on." She laughed.

Pietro frowned, "well, I'll let her know when I see her,or you can tell her yourself." Pietro wasn't very good with humor actually he was pretty bad sometimes but he tried to joke around with some friends before. It was weird. "Oh yeah? Anymore weakness I need to work on?"

"I was kidding, lighten up." Amalia said when she saw the frown on his face. "I like you both equally." Clearly he still wasn't really able to joke around that much, but he tried sometimes, and that was perfectly fine with her. "None that I can think of right now, but I'll let you know if I come up with anything else." She grinned.

Pietro didn't know Amelia, well, he did she was just different. People tend to change over the course of ten years or so. "I see ..though that really wouldn't surprise me." Pietro ate his food slowly which was weird for him. He usually ate quickly.

"What? That I'll let you know if I think of anything else you need to work on?" Amalia asked. She started eating her food. She hadn't gotten all that much, mainly because she wasn't that hungry. She noticed that he was eating pretty slowly. She was surprised. "I thought you said you were starving."

Pietro shook his head, "no.. Yeah maybe I don't know." He looked down at his food and sighed softly. "I was I lost my appetite believe it or not. I've got a lot on my mind" he should probably eat something. His energy would drop though and he didn't need or want that,

Amalia frowned. He seemed...distracted. She could tell that something was off. "Did you want to talk about it?" She wasn't going to push him to tell her what was bothering him if he didn't want to, but she was sort of hoping that he'd confide in her. He used to, but she knew that things were different now. There was no guarantee that they'd go back to the way they used to be. It wasn't likely to happen. Not overnight anyway.

Pietro found it hard to trust anyone that wasn't Wanda and even if it was Amelia. Things were different now and he wasn't sure if he should trust her just yet. He sighed softly, "I just want to know why they think my sister and I are any trouble for them.. That's what it's about isn't it? Why we're apart?"

Amalia frowned. "I don't think it's that...I think they want to monitor you some more before they let you see your sister. I don't think keeping you apart is fair, but you only just woke up today, Pietro. They're taking precautions. I guess one of those precautions is pairing you up with someone you know...I don't understand why they didn't put you and your sister together and chose me instead, but I'm sure you'll see her soon."

Pietro didn't understand what SHIELD was doing this but he figured he'd go along with it. "I just don't want her to be upset with me when she finds out, it's not my fault that they won't let me Ee her." Pietro ran a hand through his hair, "I guess but how long will I be monitored? Why do I need to be here? I have so many questions."

Amalia frowned. "She's not going to be upset with you, Pietro. I'm sure she'll understand." She told him. She couldn't see Wanda being upset with him for this. He was right, it wasn't his fault at all, and she was sure that Wanda would see that. "I can't answer those questions...I don't know."

Pietro sighed in frustration, "there's no way of knowing that, she could be. I guess it's pointless worrying about that right now." Pietro finished his food and looked at Amelia. "Yeah, I know. I was just... I want to know what's going on? I was just sorta told I would be training here."

Amalia frowned. "Hey, I'm sure Wanda will understand. Maybe she'll be upset at first, but I'm sure she'll understand if you explain everything to her." She told him. She could see that this was really worrying him, whether or not his sister would be upset. "I get that. It doesn't seem like people around here know how to explain things or answer questions."

Pietro nodded, knowing that Amelia was right, "with good reason, I would be upset too." He sighed softly, and wondered why everyone was so uptight and quiet around here. "That or they don't like answering or explaining questions because that's SHIELD."

Amalia nodded. "Even if she is upset, she'll forgive you." She told him. She knew how important the twins were to each other. She knew that, if Wanda was upset with Pietro, she'd get over it. She wouldn't stay mad at him. "Yeah, it's frustrating, but there isn't much that either of us can do about it..."

Pietro wondered what they were planning on doing, "yeah, I realised that. She couldn't possibly stay mad for too long. I suppose I'll find out when I see her." How could his sister stay mad? It wasn't his fault SHIELD wouldn't let him do anything. "That's true, we'll have to get answers ourselves."

Amalia nodded. "I'm sure you'll see her soon, and if she's upset, just talk to her. I'm sure that she'll understand." She told him quietly. "If anything, she'll be mad, but she probably won't stay that way for long. She'll just be happy knowing that you're alive." She couldn't see Wanda staying mad at Pietro. It just wasn't likely. "It looks that way."

Pietro nodded, "I know I will. I just have to be patient" he smiled, "I hope so we'll have to wait and see. I don't know any of these people, but I can already tell you that lost of them are so uptight" he nodded. Walking around and checking out the scenery.

Amalia nodded. "I'm sure that must be a difficult task for you." She said, her tone now taking a teasing turn. "I could have told you that one." She didn't understand why these people were so uptight. She just didn't get it. Standing, she walked with him. She wondered if Captain Rogers and Agent Romanov would want to start training them soon.

Pietro laughed, "actually, it is rather difficult for me." He nodded, "yes, I know. From what I heard Captain Amerixa and Black Widow are somewhere I. The building, we're training with them I suppose,"
