Can't Put a Price on Love

Addie smiled slightly and leaned into him as he drove off. She felt safe cuddled up into him, leaning into his back softly. "Yeah, but surprises can also make me really nervous." She said. She always hated surprises - since that one time she wanted to surprise her parents with a breakfast in bed and walked in on them "wrestling." It made her cautious about what surprises she walked into.

Taylor nodded slightly as he drove, he was very careful because she was riding with him. He didn't want to give Addie more reason to be nervous. Taylor pulled up to his house, climbing off the motorcycle. "We need my car for this." He said and smiled at her, opening the passenger side door before getting in his drivers seat, heading off again. Taylor drove to the local drive in movie. He went and got them snacks and drinks before returning to the car.

Addie smiled a little. He was a gentleman - th way he opened the door for her... It felt so good to be treated well and she felt her heart beating like crazy in her chest - all the way to the drive in. The drive in was always one of her favorite places and she hadn't been to one in such a long time. "I love drive-ins!" She said with a new unguarded enthusiasm when she figured out where they were going and she turned to catch him already looking at her. She blushed a little and let herself recover while he got them snacks. "Thanks..." She said, nervous again and looked over at him. Why was she falling for him? She didn't want to be - he was so wrong for her.

Taylor nodded with a polite smile as he turned the car off. "Don't mention it." He murmured and placed the bucket of popcorn between them, and the drinks both in the cup holders. He held up two boxes of candy, one being sour gummy worms, the other M&Ms. "Which do you want? Or wanna split both?" He asked Addie, Taylor had noticed her quick change in demeanor, and knew he had caught her, and Taylor adored it. But he could also sense a tug in his heart for her, it excited and terrified him.

Addie was lost in her thoughts for a few moments and she almost missed what he said. "Hmm?" She had started and then blushe when he repeated it. "Mm, it's too hard to pick - I think we need to share both." She said. She wished she could get closer to him right now. She liked him, even if she wouldn't admit it... "So - what are we seeing?"

Taylor smiled and nodded, he opened the boxes, setting then between the pair as well. He pulled a paper form his pocket, the list of movie, looking through it. "The Night Arises." He read form the paper before handing it to Addie. The movie soon started, and Taylor turned his attention to it. However, not even fifteen minutes in he pulled the yawn, arm around shoulders move on Addie, his strong arm wrapped carefully around her, hand resting on her arm.

Addie smiled a little. "I've been wanting to see that!" She said happily and ate happily from the snacks until the movie started. She watched which still very aware of Taylor beside her and then gasped a little when she felt his arm going around her. She leaned into him slightly, shaking her head. "Well - you're corny, aren't you?" She said in a whisper as she relaxed against him, leaning her head down on the side of his shoulder. She was happy he had made such a move, even if she was fighting these feelings.

Taylor grinned down at Addie when he heard the soft comment. "Corny is cute." He teased her, resting his head gently atop her own. He was enjoying himself with her, especially getting the girl to soften up. As the movie neared an end Taylor say up just a bit, looking down at Addie with the cheeky smile of his. "You wanna go for a drive? Or should I take you home?" He asked and finished off his drink. "Is daddy gonna worry about you?"

Addie smiled at his head resting down on top of her and she closed her eyes, just enjoying his warmth for a few moments. It was nice to be so close to him and she couldn't really deny that. When he moved a bit, she looked up and met his eyes and blushed still. She didn't have much experience with guys - and at this point, she was just lost in him, fully. "I'm not a little girl - lets go for a drive." She said. She wasn't ready to leave.

Taylor nodded, he pulled his arm from around her and pulled out of the drive in. Once Taylor was on a main road however he put his hand on her leg, glancing over with a quick grin. "I know you aren't, but your daddy seems like the type to kill me for even looking at you." He joked as they drove, heading up into the countryside. "I am a big bad boy, your his sweet little girl. He could buy you a guy." Taylor was having fun teasing, occasionally looking over at her to make sure he wasn't upsetting Addie.

Addie looked out the window mostly as he spoke, feeling fire where his hand touched her leg and trying to not let that show. He was teasing her but she knew it was more than true. Daddy wasn't going to be very fond of Taylor. He was very protective - and she was innocent. All other boys she had ever seen had been by his permission first. This was the first time that she had ever done anything without his knowledge. "Yeah, he could..." She said, In a faraway tone. "You're not exactly his type." And the guys he normally picked for her weren't exactly her type either.

Taylor pulled up to a small hill in the countryside. Parking the car atop t, he hopped out of the car and grabbed a blanket from his backseat then laid it down, and finally opening the door for Addie. "I may not be his type, but what matters is if I'm your type." Taylor responded with a wink, holding his hand out to her. "Unlike preppy snobs I have no fear of your father." He murmured and laid down on the blanket besides Addie, looking up at the stars in awe. "Isn't t beautiful?"

Addie smiled a little and took his hand when he held it out to her. "Well we'll see about that." She said, to leave a little bit of mystery, though she knew full well he was her type. She let him lead her and followed his lead in laying down under the stars. "Wow..." She said in response and glanced over at him cautiously. "How many girls have you charmed bringing up here?" She asked in a soft voice.

Taylor turned on his side so he could face Addie, giving by her anther cheeky smile. "Apparently not one if it works so well." He responded, running his hand over her hair, moving it behind her ear. "I wasn't that attractive in high school, I've only recently been a ladies man." He said and chuckled, laying back on his back, one arm moved to be around her, pulling Addie against him. "I do have to say though, I think I won." He teased and glanced over. "With winning you the turtle, the pie eating contest, drive in, and this. I think I won."

Addie smiled a little as he caressed her hair for a moment and shook her head. "So - that's a yes then? You do bring girls up here to charm them?" She let him pull her in and laid her head on the side of his chest, settling in to watch the stars for a little. "I don't think so. This doesn't count as winning!" She said with a tease. She was telling herself to pull away to prove her point but she didn't want to at this point.

Taylor held Addie close to himself and sighed happily, looking up at the stars. "Deny it all you want." He murmured and looked down at her, grinning playfully. "What do you say about letting me win a little more tomorrow?" He asked, hopefully. Taylor was excited that he had gotten this far with her, but from the day's events he wasn't surprised he had gotten to her. "I've got your turtle at my place maybe you could come over after my photo shoot?" He offered

Addie smiled and shook her head. It was her denying her like for him. Why was he so hot? "I don't know about that." She said softly and shook her head. "I might be busy." She said with a laugh and then leaned back into him. "But if you insist..." She whispered. She actually wanted to see him again.

Taylor grinned down at Addie. He rubbed her arms and smiled as he stood and went back to the car with her. "I do insist." He murmured and opened her door, letting her in. He then began to drive her home.

Addie smiled and nodded then. "Fine, I'll come over tomorrow then." She said, and not able to help herself, kissed his cheek before getting into the car. She didn't want tonight to end at all.

Taylor smiled and began to drive. He grinned ear to ear after the kiss. Once he pulled up to her house Taylor glanced over at Addie. "What time? Or should I just text you?" He asked and leaned over.
