Ellie Sanders chewed on her lip nervous as she waited to meet the surrogate that would help her have a child. The blonde was unfortunately sterile and was unable to have a child so her husband, Matt, had suggested they try getting a surrogate so the baby would be related to at least one of them. Ellie agreed and was now sitting alone at the coffee shop Andi had agrees to meet her at. Matt was supposed to show up but it looked like he was running late.

Andi saw the woman she was supposed to meet up with but not the husband. She figured since she had been told he was famous musician he was do I something band related. Andi walked over and introduced herself to Ellie, both women grabbing a coffee and began chatting. The brunette was getting along with Ellie and she hoped it was the same way with her husband.

Matt bit his lip as he finished the part he was recording for the song, looking at the guys to see if they thought it sounded good. He grinned when they gave him a thumbs up and nodded their heads. He quickly exited the sound booth and grabbed his jacket. "I'll see you guys later!" he shouted as he rushed out of the studio. He climbed in his car and started it, quickly heading for the coffee shop. He hated that he was late, but he couldn't just stop what he was doing. He was lucky he didn't have much to do today and that the guys didn't need him for what they were doing. He arrived at the coffee shop and climbed out of his car, walking inside. "Ellie! Sorry I'm late." He sat beside his wife and kissed her lips.

Andi's eyes widened and her body tensed. She didn't even realize why the last name Sanders had sounded so familiar and now she did. She was going to surrogate for the lead singer of one of her favorite bands. She chewed on the inside of her cheek and mumbled out a small barely audible greeting. She looked at Ellie, feeling silly that she was acting so shy and felt stupid when she mentioned the blonde's husband's band was one of her favorites when they talked about music.

Ellie let out a small laugh and pecked Matt's lips. "Andi here was just telling me about her favorite bands," she spoke. "The leader singer sounds like a weirdo," she joked. "His stage name is M. Shade or something." Ellie nudged Andi lightly, smiling at the girl, hoping the brunette knew she didn't have to be quiet around her husband.

Matt looked over at the potential surrogate mother of his baby and grinned, showing off his dimples. He let out a small laugh and leaned across the table a bit, extending his hand out to her. "How rude of me," he said. "Hi, I'm Matt. It's great to meet you, Andi." He hoped he didn't come across too intimidating, because he really wanted this for his family. He wanted a baby, and he knew Ellie wanted a baby badly as well. He really hoped that this woman would be the one that would give them that.

Andi smiled, revealing her own dimples to the couple. "It's nice to meet you Matt," she replied. The brunette took a drink of her coffee, glancing outside, daydreaming about the ocean outside. She lived in a shitty apartment in downtown L.A. so the view from the coffee shop off of Main Street in Huntington Beach was absolutely beautiful.

Ellie squealed excitedly when she saw Andi's dimples. "Mattie please," she begged. "She's perfect and she has dimples which mean the baby for sure will." Andi's cheeks turned pink, slightly embarrassed by how excited Ellie seemed about the one facial trait besides the shape of her jaw she disliked the most. The blonde stuck out her bottom lip in a pout and batted her eyelashes. "Please Matt she's perfect."

Matt laughed softly and kissed her temple. "Okay, okay," he said. "Calm down. Let's get to know her first, yeah? Let's not jump into this just yet. I'm sure she'd like to know more about us too." He took Ellie's hand in his, lacing their fingers together and looking over at Andi, chuckling. "So, what do you do for a living?" he asked curiously.

"I work three part time jobs so I can save up for school," Andi spoke. "I plan on going back to school to get my associates degree in studio engineering. I've always loved music but besides bass and piano I suck at playing instruments." She chewed on the inside of her cheek again, feeling embarrassed for admitting out loud just how pathetic her life really was.

Ellie gave Matt's hand a light squeezing, falling in love with the woman in front of her being her baby's child more and more by the second. "Obviously doing this for us you get paid," she spoke. "But why did you chose to be a surrogate and not just donate your eggs?"

Andi shrugged. "I guess I've always wanted to have the experience of being pregnant but having a child at twenty two doesn't sound appealing to me. Maybe when I finish school or after I get established but not now."

Matt nodded his head. "You're really young," he noted, his brows furrowing as he studied her. "Are you sure this is something you want? Something you're prepared for? You seem pretty young to be a surrogate mother." He wasn't trying to make her change her mind, he just wasn't sure why she was choosing to do this at such a young age. Usually women with experience were surrogate mothers, not young women. At least that's what he assumed.

"I have friends who are already on their second and even third kid," Andi stated. "People my age are having families early and about half of the dad's in their situations are pieces of shit." She finished off her coffee and set it back down on the table. "I always wanted to be a mom and this way I get to chose who the father is and I know he won't end up being some scumbag who will abandon me and the kid for a chance to be a pro skater who loses everything five months later after he fucks up his knee while drunk and high like my friend Leigh's loser ex."

Ellie looked at Andi, biting down on her lower lip as she listened to the girl speak. She was so young but sounded like she had been through so much. A part of her wished she was younger so she could just adopt Andi and have her as her child.

Matt nodded his head. "It makes sense," he said. "Just so you know, we're not the type of people who would never let you in on your baby's life. It's just as much a part of you as it is us, and if you wanted to see the baby, you're totally welcome to." He looked at Ellie and smiled, kissing her cheek before looking back at Andi. "We couldn't thank you more for this. This means so much to us."

"If you want you can come back to our place with us and see where the baby would live,"Ellie offered. "I mean I'm sure you know we have money because of what Matt does but I want you to meet everyone and see where we planned to put the nursery."

Andi smiled and nodded. "I have a friend who is amazing with color schemes," she spoke. "Maybe we can use her once we figure out a theme for the nursery. I told her pink as anything but an accent color would get her favorite coffee mug stolen."

Ellie smiled. "Can we just keep you as our kid instead," Ellie joked. "You're just so adorable."

Matt looked at Ellie and raised an eyebrow, laughing softly. "You're funny," he mumbled, kissing her temple. He loved his wife so much. She found the positive thing through all the negatives and it was something he loved about her. He looked at Andi and nodded his head. He outstretched his hand across the table to her. "So it's a deal?"

Andi nodded and shook Matt's hands. "Its a deal," she replied. She went to shake Ellie's hand, getting a weird side hug from across the table since they were seated opposite each other. The brunette tossed her now empty coffee cup in a nearby trash, giggling when Ellie insisted she drive back to the house in Matt's car with him so they could get to know each other better. "If he's okay with it I will," Andi replied.

Matt stood up and walked over to Ellie, sliding his arm around her waist. "Ready to go, babe?" he asked, smiling softly at her and looking at Andi. He found it kind of strange how Ellie seemed so suddenly obsessed with this girl, but he guessed it kind of made sense since she'd be the mother of their baby soon.

Ellie nodded. "You're giving Andi a ride to our place," she stated. "That way you can take music." She pecked Matt's lips, giving his butt a playful squeeze before she got into her car and drove off.

"Is she always so big on pda," Andi asked. She was definitely more quiet in public than she tended to be in private so Ellie would definitely take some getting used to.

Matt chuckled and nodded his head. "Yeah," he said. "She's always been pretty peppy and cheery, but it's something I love about her." He led her out to his car and unlocked it, climbing in and starting the engine. Once he started the car, he began following Ellie home. He glanced over at Andi and smiled at her. "Thank you so much for doing this for us."

If you think about you guys are helping me out to," Andi stated. "I get to have a kid without the real responsibility that follows." She chewed on her lip, blushing when she realized how bad what she had said sounded. "I mean you and Ellie have money and careers. I haven't even started out yet." She looked outside of the passenger window, enjoying the view as they drove past. "Are you and Ellie wanting artificial insemination or," she trailed off unsure how to finish her sentence. It wasn't completely uncommon for a surrogate to get pregnant from the father from what several other surrogates had told her.

Matt bit his lip gently. "Ellie said she looked into the whole artificial insemination thing," he said, glancing over at her before looking back at the road. "She said sometimes that can produce twins or triplets, and we're not really ready for more than one just yet. So, we were hoping for the old-fashioned way, if you're comfortable with that."

"I'd rather not have to push multiple kids out to be honest," Andi replied. She began nervously fidgeting with her hands since she had only had sex a handful of times before and only one of those times had been with a man. "Is Ellie wanting to participate when it happens," she asked. "Or it it going to just going to be you and me?"
