Allison Moore, better known as Allie, sighed softly as she did a double check on her belongings. To this day, she still couldn't believe that Dr. Alan Grant talked her into going on this trip. As many times as she had heard the stories from Dr. Grant himself, Allie felt a little unsure about going there. Heck, a lot of people wouldn't think about going to the island. However, she thought it would be a good thing to do, especially if Dr. Alan Grant himself was on board about it. Going through the mental list of everything that she needed, Allie quickly finished up before stepping out of her office. Looking down at her Galaxy s6, Allie just smiled before making her way down the hall to another office. Seeing the door closed that was owned by Dr. Alan Grant, Allie just smiled giving the door a gently knock before opening the door. She tugged some hair away from her face as she watched him looking down at a book with his back towards the door. She it her bottom lip and smiled, quietly closing the door. "Dr. Grant." She spoke softly.

Nick sat in his trailer looking over things. "Jurassic Park...we're going to Jurassic Park." He told himself aloud as he looked at some equipment. He had been told many stories about this place, and to actually say that he was going there was pretty exciting; especially for someone in his career. Humming to the radio he had playing in the background, Nick made a double check himself of everything he needed. Taking pictures, videos, etc of this wonderful place and being hand picked by John Hammond, himself, was even better. "This is going to be so great. I, Nick Van Owen, will be known with incredible works from Jurassic Park." He continued talking to himself aloud as he packed up his things - camera, batteries, anything and everything he felt like he would need. After making sure he had everything that he would need for this adventurous trip, Nick sat down at his chair, wrapping up a current project that he was working on. He had just about every current job up to date or either completed by the time that the Jurassic Park trip took place.

Alan Grant was studying some book on dinosaurs, which was nothing new, when Allie stepped inside his office. He was pleased that Allie had agreed to come with him, not only because she was his girlfriend, but because she was a valuable member to his team. He turned upon hearing her voice. He understood why she didn't want people to know they were dating. After all, she was still a student. But he was still happy she was coming.

Presley had been invited to see what his uncle was working on at InGen, so technically he hadn't snuck into one of the trailers. But he had stowed away, in a closet, when the trailers had been loaded for travel to the island. He didn't know whose trailer he was in until he heard a familiar voice. His eyes widened as he listened to Nick Van Owen's voice. He had to control his urges to leave his hiding spot. He was afraid they'd send him home if he was discovered before they reached the island.

Allie just smiled, catching a full glimpse of the book her older, yet wiser professor and boyfriend was looking. She showed no surprised look on her face when she saw it was a book on dinosaurs. When he acknowledged that he knew her presence was there, Allie bit her bottom lip once again, moving a little closer to him this time. "I've came to let you know that I'm all packed." She said, a little excited about this. She had moved to where she was now at his desk, where she gently sat down on the edge, admiring the man standing before her. "Alan." She spoke softly. "I am so honored to the fact that you picked me." She spoke honestly as she played with her hair.

Nick continued to stay in his trailer, finishing up a couple of things before finally getting up. He got up from the chair, stretched, then stepped outside of the trailer. Deciding that it would be a good thing to let his boss know he was ready, Nick made his way to talk to his boss. After a brief conversation, Nick finally made his way back to his trailer. He walked in, closed the door and just stood there at the door. Excitement ran through his body as he stood there. "Jurassic Park....here we come." He said with excitement, doing a little dance. "Mental note: Get lots of pictures of Dr. Alan Grant." He reminded himself aloud as he walked to his table, scribbling down little reminders on a notepad. "Nick Van Owen this will expand your career. This will be the home run for you." He laughed to himself. He then made his way over to the closet to grab something that he needed for this trip. When he opened the door, he jumped a little at what he saw. "What the-" He stopped himself. "What are you doing here?"

Alan smiled at his girlfriend. "Why would I not pick you, Allie? You're an amazing archaeologist and I know you will appreciate the importance of this trip to Jurassic Park. Unfortunately, many of the students here only signed up to please their parents." He leaned down, kissing Allie's lips softly. He knew this was not the best place, as someone could walk in, but he missed getting to hold Allie and kiss her.

Presley started to panic when Nick headed toward the closet. He gasped quietly as the older man opened the door. "H-hi, Nick," he said shyly. Eddie Carr was his uncle, and he knew he'd be getting hell about this, though he was an adult. He blinked. "Well, Eddie s-said I could look around... I j-just... I wanted to meet the man responsible for me following my dreams..."

Allie smiled as she felt his lips pressed against hers. "You're right, I will appreciate the importance of this trip." She smiled as wrapped her arms around his neck. She didn't even think about the idea that someone could walk in. "An amazing archaeologist...that's what you think of me." She smiled, raising an eyebrow as she looked the older man in the eyes. "Who would have thought this would have happened...you and I." She commented, running her fingers through his hair. "I remember the first time I met you. I had just started school here and every time I was around you, I got so nervous. I mean how many people get to say that the infamous Dr. Alan Grant is their professor, then a little on down the road becomes their boyfriend." She giggled. "Lucky girl...that's what I am." She whispered before kissing him once again. Allie then separated herself from him, looking at him. "I'm ready for what adventure is in store for us." She then went back to sitting on the edge of his desk, crossing her legs as she sat there.

Nick looked at the young man and rose an eyebrow. "You never answered my question. Who are you?" He said as she stood there. When he told him that he was Eddie Carr's nephew, Nick decided to list to what he was going to say about being there. "Follow you dreams....I'm the man responsible...great." He said with a small smile. He looked at the young man for a moment. "Listen, I won't say anything to your uncle about this. A matter of fact, what about if you help me when we get to Jurassic Park? I could really use some extra hands and what better person to have help than someone who really has the same passion as me." He said, thinking that would be the best offer that he could give the young man. He knew he couldn't be too hard on him, considering the fact that if he had the chance to meet the person who inspired him to follow his dreams then he'd be doing the same thing as this young man was doing at that very moment. "But...before we talk about you helping and working for me while we're at Jurassic Park, I'm really going to have to know you're name. Unless you'd like me to call you something like sneaky or stalker." He laughed at his own joke.

Alan grinned against her lips, feeling her kiss back. "You know there's more I think of you to be," he exhaled. He had never felt like this with anyone, not even with his ex, Ellie Sattler, and that was a good feeling. "You impressed me, regardless. Not only were you beautiful, but smart and kind." He kissed her again before letting her settle back on his desk.

He pulled out his own camera from his bag. It wasn't a very good camera, but it worked for him.

When she settled back on his desk, Allie just played with her long hair that she had put into a side braid. Looking at Alan once more, she felt like she should have been dreaming. She remembered being little and hearing about Dr. Alan Grant's marvelous adventure on Isla Nublar, and when Mr. John Hammond created Jurassic Park. She would have killed to see the place when it first opened up, but she was rather young then, and plus, getting this opportunity now was as much as a lifetime opportunity than before...if not better. Not saying a single word to the older man, Allie bit her bottom lip again, it being a habit of hers that she would do when around him. "Tell me, when do we leave?" She asked as she sat there.

Nick just smiled when the young man finally introduced himself. "Presley." He said, repeating his name after learning what it was. "Well I don't have to introduce myself...so now that that's done, lets see what you know." When Nick saw Presley pull out of his own camera from his bag, Nick just chuckled. He remembered being Presley's age and doing the same thing. The camera might not have been the top quality but it most definitely served its purpose. "Nice camera, son." He said as he gently took the camera out of the young man's hands, examining it himself. He looked at it for a couple of minutes before handing the camera back to Presley. "You don't always have to have the best, top quality camera, to follow your dreams...trust me." He said with cheeky grin.

Alan grinned at his girlfriend. "In a few hours. What do you say we go and get some lunch at the cafeteria? Then we can perhaps have some more time together," he suggested. He held one of Allie's hands, smiling warmly at her.

Presley squeaked in surprise when Nick gently took the camera from his hands. He looked down shyly as Nick examined his camera. It was old, but Presley was shocked when Nick told him it didn't matter what type of camera he had as long as he followed his dreams. He nodded, accepting the camera back from Nick.

Alan grinned at his girlfriend. "In a few hours. What do you say we go and get some lunch at the cafeteria? Then we can perhaps have some more time together," he suggested. He held one of Allie's hands, smiling warmly at her.

Presley squeaked in surprise when Nick gently took the camera from his hands. He looked down shyly as Nick examined his camera. It was old, but Presley was shocked when Nick told him it didn't matter what type of camera he had as long as he followed his dreams. He nodded, accepting the camera back from Nick.

Allie nodded, slowly slipping her way off Alan's desk. "Lunch would be excellent and more time together would be even better." She softly exclaimed as she fixed herself, smoothing out her black pencil skirt and adjusting her light pink blouse. When she felt his warm hand grab her small, cold hand as they started walking to the door, Allie couldn't help but turn a slight pink color. Any time Alan's hand, lips, or even eyes made contact with her, Allie's cheeks would instantly turn some sort of pink or red shade. It had been a couple of years or so since she and Alan had became a couple, and that still made her blush. Thinking about something that had been on her mind for a while, Allie turned to look at the tall older man that had her hand. "Alan." She spoke softly. "I've been thinking about us lately, and well I feel like it is time that we tell people about us. I mean it's been a couple of years now that we've been in this relationship, and well I want people to know now. And yeah, sure, I was your student when this all started, but now I'm not. For goodness sakes, I'm your assistant and it's really silly of me for wanting to keep this a secret anymore." She confessed as she pressed her body up against the door, stopping him from opening the door. "If you would like, when we get back from Isla Nublar, we can tell everyone." She suggested softly, keeping a firm, yet gently grip on his hand.

Nick just smiled hearing the excited squeak arose from Presley's mouth. He knew right from this moment that he had just made this young man's day by asking him to assist him while on the island. Watching how cautious and gentle-handed Presley was with his own old camera made Nick smile a little. Right then and there, he knew that Presley was definitely going to be a fantastic photographer - it was always the fantastic ones that take excellent care of their equipment, no matter how old or how brand new it was. "Well Presley." He said with a smile. "I get that I am your role model and the person who should take full responsibility for your decision making on what you'd do for a career, but you don't have to make a fuss over me. Trust me. It's not like I'm Dr. Alan Grant." He chuckled at his own joke. He then made quick eye contact with the young man before him. "Which I should worn you, if you're a fan of Dr. Grant's then you should know, if you don't know already, he will be joining us on this excursion." He said with a cheeky grin. He then started walking out of his trailer, hoping Presley would get the hint to follow.

Alan smiled, noting the blush that rose to Allie's cheeks. There was so much about her that he loved. At her saying his name, he looked down at his beautiful girlfriend, listening as she spoke about wanting to let people know about their relationship. "That would make me the happiest man in the world, Allie," he exclaimed. He wrapped his arms around her waist, holding her close to his body.

Presley shook his head. "I think you're more amazing than Dr. Alan Grant" he said, pure admiration in his voice. He trailed after Nick, holding his camera close to his chest. They were almost to the island, and Presley was getting anxious. The young man, though, unlike the others, had no idea what he was going to be photographing. He just thought it was going to be fossils. His parents, and Eddie, had kept him sheltered from the horror stories back when Ian Malcolm had first come out to the public about the dinosaurs, and even now, he knew nothing.

Allie couldn't help but smile when he told her that it would make him the happiest name in the world for them to tell everyone about their relationship. It almost brought tears to her eyes seeing him so happy over this. "Well then I definitely want to make you the happiest man in the world." She whispered softly as she allowed herself to be brought closer to him once again. She just wanted to melt at the action of his arms around her waist, and their bodies not even a few inches away from each other now. "I love you Dr. Grant." She whispered before kissing him deeply, gently pushing him up against the door.

Nick just smirked when Presley told him that he was more amazing than Dr. Grant. That was definitely a first for Nick. "Well thank you Presley." He spoke as he looked at the land that was coming before them. "Isla Nublar." He breathed as he looked over to Presley, who he could tell was rather excited about this. "Now Presley." He said, looking at the young man. "You should know that what you'll be photographing, will be making history for sure." He reassured him. "Isla Nublar is a definite special place and not everyone gets this wonderful opportunity like you." He said. "And I feel like you have talent, so I'm sure you don't want to mess this up. My only request is that you follow my lead. When I tell you to photograph, that's when you photograph. You'll be my assistant throughout this project here on this island, but please be aware that I might not always have you with me." He said with a smile. "But out of everything...have fun! Let your talent consume you. Get creative and don't let me or anyone else during this excursion tell you differently."

Alan smiled. He was thinking that Allie was the girl of his dreams, and was already making plans to marry her someday. He groaned quietly into the kiss as she pushed him against the door.

Presley frowned a little. He didn't understand what Nick was talking about. How would taking photos of fossils be making history? He blinked, staring at Nick with wide eyes as he listened. How amazing an opportunity to work with Nick Van Owen was and Presley was still thinking about it.

Allie just smiled, hearing him softly groan into their kiss. When she pulled back, Allie ran her fingers through his hair once again. "Alan, you make me feel like the luckiest girl in the world." She kissed him once again before backing away from him. She just looked at him and smiled. "I think we should get some food before we travel to the island." She waited for him to move before opening the door. "You coming?" She asked as she stepped out of the room, the sound of her black stilettos gently tapping the ground with every step she took. She knew Alan was following her, so she made a mental note to put a little more oomph into her walk. She didn't say a word as she walked in front of the older professor, heading towards the cafeteria.

Nick looked at Presley with a slightly confused looked on his face when he felt like he didn't know what he was talking about. Not really wanting to waste any time, Nick decided that he would just let Presley see that for himself. "Now Presley are you okay with possibly working with Dr. Grant or his assistant Ms. Moore from time to time?" He asked. "I'd like to get Dr. Grant working in action, so to speak, while we're here." He explained.

Alan smiled at her. "I'm glad I give you that feeling, Allie," he told her. He followed his girl out of his office. He had a feeling she knew this, as she started walking differently, in a good way.

Presley nodded shyly. Though he would've rather spent all of his time with Nick, he was going to listen to everything he was told. He needed this experience, and would do anything to follow his dreams even more.

Allie just smiled, making her way down the hall and towards the cafeteria. When they got the cafeteria, Allie looked at her man and smiled. "Lets eat." She said, kissing his cheek, not even thinking that someone could be watching. She quickly got in line before looking at her phone. It was another lengthy text message from her mother telling her to be safe when she got to the island, all the usual things a mother tells a daughter before they go on some big trip. Shaking her head a little and rolling her eyes, Allie just replied with: Alright Mom, love you too. When the text sent, Allie was lost in her thoughts for a moment.

Nick just smiled at the young man before walking back to his little office area. He wanted to start getting some documentation, so he went to grab a camera from his area. When he came back, Nick just smiled as he began his work. Carefully taking pictures here and there of the place that was surrounding them. To him this was absolutely beauty and there wasn't one moment that he didn't want to capture. He looked to Presley and just smirked a little. "Oh, and before I forget to ask, do you do any video filming as well, or do you just do photos?" He asked.

People were always taking photos of Alan Grant now, so when Allie kissed his cheek it was caught on camera. Their news would go public before they were planning to admit. "What's on the menu today, Ms. Moore?" Alan asked, smiling at her.

Presley raised the camera up to his face, adjusting the focus, before snapping a few practice shots. He glanced up when Nick spoke to him, nodding. "Yeah. It's hard sometimes, though, but video filming is fun too."

Allie was still lost in her thoughts when she heard Alan ask her what was on the menu today. She quickly came back to reality, and glanced up to the menu before looking at him. "Well Dr. Grant it looks like either Philly Cheese Steaks, Hamburger, or my favorite, the Apple Pecan Chicken Salad." She said, letting her little southern accent come out when she said the word pecan. She bit her bottom lip when she heard her accent come out, causing her to turn a light pink shade.

Nick nodded. "Alright, well I do video filming from time to time. So what I can do is I'll let you do most of the photographs and I can handle the videos." He commented as he took another shot. He smirked looking at the last photo he took. "What beauty." He breathed, looking at Presley to see how he was doing.
