Jim sighed, looking at Katie and nodded, "I think about work too much. Sorry" he walked over and grabbed his wallet, "okay, I'm going to pick up my suit, did you need anything?"

"No in a little bit I'm going to go shopping for a dress for the Charity Ball." She sighed softly. "But I've got my SUV so I can do that." She said softly. "I'm good to drive." SHe reassured him.

Jim looked at Katie and touched her face, "I'll go with you since I've got to pick up my usuit anyways

"Jim dressing shopping for me might take a little while. If you've got things to do, I could doing this while you're doing your things." She said as she looked into his gorgeous blue eyes. "I'll be fine I promise." She wanted to really surprised him with her dress.

Jim looked at her and nodded, "all right but be back in a couple of hours" he kissed her forehead, "I really shouldn't be letting you drive but I trust you." He walked back and sat down

Katie looked to him and nodded. "I'll be back in a couple of hours. I promise." She said with a smile. She then watched him as he sat down. "Jim I'm only pregnant not paralyzed driving will be fine for me..for us." She said as she placed a hand of his on her belly.

Jim nodded, "I know I just worry, that isn't a crime. 8' always going to worry about you, but I understand. You better go because we have to be there at 7:30 and it's 4:45."

After a couple of hours...

Katie found her dress, came home, then got ready. When she completely ready make up done, hair curled, and shoes on, she walked downstairs. "What do you think?" She asked Jim revealing her gorgeous white gown.

Jim didn't take long to get ready when he was he grabbed his keys. He turned around to look at Katie and his face lit up, "wow, you look great, gorgeous" he grinned.

Katie smiled. "Thank you darling." She said as she grabbed her purse. She walked up to him and kissed him. "Just great, huh." She joked with him. "Well I think you look sexy." She grinned.

Jim laughed,"I think you look fantastic doll, let's get going hm?" He held her close kissing her softly.

Katie nodded with a smile. "Let's get going. You can drive." She said as she pulled out her lipstick. She applied that then looked to him. "Ready." She waddled out to his SUV and got in.

Jim nodded and walked out locking up the house and getting into the SUV /!: started the car, "let's get going" he smiled.

Katie nodded. "Yes." She smiled. "The sooner we get to the party, the sooner I can get you home and out of that suit." She laughed lightly.

Jim looked at Katie and chuckled, "and here I thought you wanted to meet new people"

"Oh I do, but once I do that's then I'll be ready to take you home." She smirked as she rubbed her belly.

Jim chuckled and pulled up to Wayne Manor, "we're here," he announced as he parked the car. Jim got out and helped Katie.

Katie looked to him and smiled. "Yes we are." She said as she got out with his help. She then kissed him. Let's go wow the crowd." She laughed lightly.

Jim grinned kissing Katie back, "you light up the room everywhere you go darling!" He kissed her again before leading her inside. He looked around for Bruce when he spotted a very pregnant woman. "Did I tell you that Ella is having twins? Because she's right over there with Bruce.."
