Just Once

"I don't know if I could afford more often," She said, laughing a bit. "I'll try to come to see you guys perform though, at least once."

"Thank goodness," Jackson sighed, looking at the doctor. "Thank you so much."
Jinyoung nodded. "When do we come back for our next appointment?"

"A month," she said to him smiling a little, "Unless something goes wrong, but nothing will, so I'll be sixteen weeks when I come back and we'll know the gender by then," she told them excitedly. "in seven days we'll know if it's a girl or boy,"

He smiled, "I'd pay for your ticket," he said to her, "Come five times a year, I'll help pay for it and maybe Kate will too," he ofered.

"Five times a year?" She laughed. "I might as well live there then. I doubt that Kate will need me that often."

"It's a boy," Jackson said surely.
"She said she thinks it's a girl," Jinyoung said shaking his head. "I'm going by what she thinks."

She smiled a little as she looked at them then sighed, "Thank you for coming with me, I appreciate it a lot," she said to them softly then hugged each of them before grabbing her purse. "This has been a huge adjustment but I think I'm doing okay,"

He smiled a little, "Of course she will - shes your best friend, and you're hers you always need your best friend,"

"Well, yeah," She nodded. "Of course I would come whenever she needed me but I doubt she would need me to live. I would come to visit whenever work allowed it."

"No problem, we love helping," Jinyoung smiled a little.
"This is our niece or nephew too, we want to help."

"Come on, I'll buy you food," she said to them grinning a little as she walked out of the room then went to pay for the checkup.

He smiled a little as he looked at her, "Well, I'm sure she'll have the baby here then move - I don't know if traveling is safe for the baby, its a long flight,"

"I'll be here to help for as long as she needs, then I'll visit whenever I can," She murmured, pulling her mask back on.

Jinyoung shook his head. "No takeout missy," He said seriously.

"We can cook for you instead," Jackson smiled. "Or Jinyoung can."

She whined, "I really want a burger," she said to them pouting, "Something really fatty and ugh," she drooled at the thought then nodded as she took the invoice and walked out, "I just want food,"

He smiled a little as he looked at her, "What do you think the baby is?" he asked her curiously.

"A girl," She said, looking around the room. "I hope she is a girl, it would be fun to dress them up."

"Absolutely not, you know the rules," Jackson said sternly.
"Maybe we should get Ava to cook instead, she could make something healthy that tasted good too." Jinyoung said.

She whined and shoved them, "You're supposed to be on my side," she said to them pouting a little as she huffed then looked at her phone when it began ringing, she didn't recognize the number so she answered it. "Hello?" she said as she walked then wet her lips. "This is she, may I ask who is calling?"

He smiled, "I think its a girl too - I read online if the woman breaks out then its a girl and I didn't want to say anything but she's breaking out pretty bad," he told her smiling ,"Do you think she'd be upset if we bought her skincare items?"

She stared at him and laughed a little. "I mean, your dice. You can try but free skin care is always nice," She said. "Just don't say what you said to me."

They waited for her, Jinyoung going around the corner to bring her the car.

The person on the phone was a represenative of JYP and it was her being invited to dinner with him and the rest of Got7, "Uh sure yeah, when tonight?" she asked as she rubbed her neck a little. "Of course," she murmured when she was told to bring all documentation of her pregnancy.

He smiled a little, "It's true though," he said to her seriously, "She should moisturize, her skin is angry and dehydrated,"

She nodded. "Free skincare is great skincare, so no doubt she will be happy about it." l

Jinyoung pulled up and Jackson looked at her. "Everything okay?" He asked curiously.

She hung up, "I'm attending a dinner with got7 and jyp," she said to them with wide eyes, "He is gonna be so mad at me," she whined rubbing her face, "God did you didn't see how he looked at me when I told him, he was so disgusted with me; I just... I don't want him to look at me like that," she murmured softly.

Jackson looked at her and sighed, "Were you his fan?" he asked lightly, it seemed like the only reason this might be upsetting to her.
She whined then huffed before she nodded, "I was," she whispered softly as she chewed on the inside of her cheek, "I thought he was better than this, that he'd take responsibility for his actions,"

Jinyoung sighed. "I expected he was more mature than he is," She muttered. "We were wrong though, we all were."

Avalon sighed, standing up. "I'm going to go cook something and finish this after we've eaten, want anything in particular?"

She nodded a little then rubbed the back of her neck, "come on lets get back to my place I have to pick something to wear," she said to them lightly, "don't want to look like a skank so you guys can help me pick something out," she murmured.

He tapped his chin, "Fish of some kind maybe," he said to her thoughtfully as he walked out of the room with her.

"I'll make salmon," She nodded, turning on the stove top to warm up and beginning to mix a marinade.

Jinyoung nodded, as Jackson opened the car door for her and climbed in the back. "Where is the dinner?"

"I am being texted the information I just know its at seven pm," she said to them as she looked at her watch," and its just after two now,"

He nodded a little and sat at the counter on one of the bar stools, "how have you handled all this?" he asked.

She sighed. "I mean, she's my friend. And I cooked for her before so she didn't die of starvation, so I don't mind doing it again," She said softly. "I know she needs the help, so I don't mind doing everything," She said shrugging a bit. "I don't know how well that will go over once she moves to Korea, if she does."

He nodded. "We should head back then, tell the others," He said, getting into the car. "It might be serious," He murmured.

When Kate got back to the apartment she sighed, "Hey," she said as she walked in, "So I got a call from a rep of JYP and I'm having dinner tonight with all of you guys and him; so I'm a little nervous, and you're coming too," she said pointing to Ava.
