Steve couldn't help but chuckle a little. "Well I hope you have patience." He teased as he took a sip of his drink. Looking over at her, the young man felt completely comfortable with her in any aspect. He was really glad that he had her as his neighbor and if he was being honest, he couldn't wait to see how this friendship of theirs would bloom. Even the idea of something romantically happening between bouncing into his mind, but he didn't like himself think too much on that.
