"There is when they won't fucking listen," Matt hissed at Madelyn. He didn't at all appreciate being undermined when he tried to discipline the boys. He wasn't treating them like them like his privates in the core, he was treating them like his children who didn't need to take off across the beach without him or Madelyn. Matt was incredibly tempted to just go back to the SUV, because at this point he didn't give a damn about spending time with Madelyn or the boys. On top of his anxiety, now he was angry and he didn't want to be around anyone at all. But despite all of this, he still trudged across the sand after them, snatching his towel from the beach bag and laying it out on the sand.

Matt felt like his back had barely touched the towel before he felt something poking his shoulder. He bit back the first thing that rose to the tip of his tongue, knowing it would only serve to make things worse than they already were. "Daddy, I wanna go in the water," Cash said. He reached up to pull the sunglasses from Matt's face and without meaning to, Matt snatched them back out of the toddler's hands.

He opened his mouth to scold Cash, but stopped when he saw the look on the little boy's face. It didn't help that he felt like Madelyn was practically glaring a hole into the side of his head. Sighing underneath his breath, Matt got to his feet before he reached down and picked Cash up from the sand. He carried him out into the ocean, listening to Cash laugh as the water started splashing against him.

Madelyn felt her shoulders pull together, her eyes narrowing with the way that Matt spoke to her. While she loved him and didn't want to make anything worse than it already was, she wasn't going to stand for anything snapping so vehemently at her children. Huffing, she turned away from him and did her best to ignore him while they started to set up their little spot on the beach. She was thankful that she had thought to bring the umbrella but still, sitting beneath it, she was unable to cool off as much as she would have wanted to.

She pulled River and Cash over to her, quickly covering them both with sunblock before she started on herself. If she had thought that Matt was in a good mood, she would have asked for his help to get her back but she settled on getting as much of her back as she could. When she finished, she tossed the bottle back into the beach bag and looked up, in just enough time to watch as Matt carried Cash toward the ocean.

Biting back a sigh, Madelyn was grateful when River started to say her name. She turned her attention back to him, settling back while she instructed River to go fill one of the buckets with water. When he returned, Madelyn moved to kneel on her knees to start helping River build the most impressive sand castle that they could.

"Daddy, I want down," Cash said, kicking his legs. He started to wiggle in Matt's arms and Matt frowned, unintentionally gripping the toddler a little tighter. "Down!"

"You're not getting down, we're out too deep," Matt said. Of course, logic wasn't Cash's strongest suit and he continued to argue with Matt until he'd had more than enough. Lifting Cash against his hip, Matt waded back to the shore and walked back to Madelyn, plopping Cash on the sand next to her. "Help with the sand castle," he told him sharply. He picked up the beach bag, digging through it until he found his crushed pack of cigarettes. "Jesus fucking Christ, why did you put my cigarettes at the bottom of the bag?" Matt asked, realizing but not caring that both of the boys could hear him. He lit his cigarette and sat down on his towel, focusing on the burn of the smoke in his throat to try and calm himself down.

Matt knew the boys were having fun and he didn't want to ruin it, but after an hour or so, he just couldn't stand it anymore. He couldn't stand the sun or the people or the Goddamn seagulls and he just wanted to leave. Being out in public just made him feel like he needed to be hypervigilant at all times and it was exhausting. "I'm going to the car," Matt said to Madelyn, getting to his feet. Without waiting to hear her response, he started off across the beach, sliding into the driver's seat of the SUV. He locked the door and slid down in the seat, letting out a breath he hadn't even been aware he was holding in.

At Matt's sharp words, Madelyn's eyes narrowed as her head shot up. She fixed Matt with a hard glare, wondering what had happened to cause such a reaction from him. She had thought that this trip was hopefully a good idea and when Matt had headed off with Cash, she had allowed herself to get a little too hopeful. Sighing as her shoulders sagged, Madelyn turned back to the boys and tried to focus on them to help clear her mind. When Matt headed off to the car, she started to gather their things, knowing full well that it was a good idea to just get this over with. She herded the boys back toward the vehicle, a small frown already evident on her features as she helped them into their seats.
Madelyn set about making macaroni and cheese with hot dogs cut up and mixed in for the boys' to have some for lunch. She settled them on the couch in the living room with cartoons playing before she started up the stairs, intent on finding Matt and talking to him. As much as she knew that she should probably leave Matt alone to calm down some more, she also understood that she needed to talk to him. As man and wife, they didn't remain that way by ignoring issues.

She gave the bedroom door a light knock before stepping inside, her arms crossed. "What's going on with you, Matt? I mean, it's one thing if you're in a bad mood and you take it out on me but it's not fair when you do it to the boys. They're both all quiet and mopey because they don't understand why Daddy is in such a bad mood. I know there's a lot that you don't want to talk about and that's fine but I don't know, maybe it would help to find someone you were comfortable talking to." Madelyn knew she was treading on thin ice but she wasn't about to stand down, seeing the way that it was already affecting the boys.

    {maybe this is the first time it gets physical? Think even if it's something small like a grab or a shove, idk}

Back at the house, Matt went immediately to the master bedroom. He'd had more than enough human interaction for today and all he wanted was a few hours to himself in a dark, quiet room. He wouldn't be able to sleep, but he would at least be able to calm down to the point where he was able to be around Madelyn and the boys. Changing into something a little more comfortable, he flicked off the light before climbing into bed. He could hear Madelyn downstairs as she made River and Cash lunch and he hoped she might have the sense to leave him the hell alone, but that hope was dashed as soon as he heard a knock on the door.

Matt opened his mouth to give a snarky answer when Madelyn asked what was going on with him, but he closed it when she continued to speak. And the more she said, the more his blood started to boil. She had no fucking right to say those things to him. She had no idea what he'd gone through overseas and how it still affected him and always would. "They don't understand why Daddy is in such a bad mood?" Matt repeated. He climbed out of the bed, towering over Madelyn. "Are you fucking kidding me, Madelyn? Of course I'm in a bad mood. I spent the past year getting blown up and shot at. Oh yeah, and then I had to bury my little brother. So you can shut the fuck up about me being in a bad mood."

Matt rubbed his hands over his face, trying to think of something that would help him stop seeing red. He just didn't understand how Madelyn had the audacity to lecture him about upsetting the boys by being in a bad mood when it was their stupid trip to the beach that had put him in one in the first place. "And you know what I think would help?" Matt asked. "If you minded your own damn business. So why you go back downstairs and make sure the boys aren't quiet and mopey so I can have a little fucking peace?" When Madelyn opened her mouth, Matt wasn't sure if she was going to agree with him or put in her two cents again, but either way, he didn't want to hear it. "Goddammit, just go!" he shouted. He reached out and grabbed her by the shoulder, shoving her roughly in the direction of the bedroom door. "Leave me the hell alone."

Madelyn took a small step backward when Matt stood. When he was at his full height, Matt cut an intimidating figure. There was no one that could deny that. She didn't really think she needed to be afraid of Matt, her moving away from him had been pure instinct on its own. She swallowed back the emotion as she looked up to him, Matt's explanation only serving to cut deeper than her suspicions. Of course his sour mood had something to do with his time overseas and Cash's death but as his wife, Madelyn still wanted to help him. She wanted what was best for him because she loved him more than anything. Seeing him in pain hurt her more than she would ever be able to explain properly.

"I'm sorry, I-" Madelyn started to explain herself, hoping that it would help ease Matt's anger even just a bit. She had never meant to upset him, she just wanted to do whatever it took to help support him and make him feel better. But it seemed like anything she did, only served to make the situation worse than it already was. Madelyn closed her mouth when Matt started to talk, flinching as he shouted. She stumbled as Matt shoved her, taking one last look at Matt before she turned to leave the room.

Choking back a sob as tears welled in her eyes, Madelyn headed for the bathroom that the boys' normally used. She shut herself inside, taking a few minutes to gather her thoughts before she headed back downstairs. Lingering by the top of the stairs, Madelyn wiped her tears away. She headed down them, sniffling a bit before she headed into the living room. Maddy put on a bright smile as she noticed the boys' had each finished eating. "Why don't we get some playdoh out and start playing?" When the boys' happily agreed, Madelyn was relieved as she started to pull out the playdoh and various supplies for them to play with. Madelyn sat back on the couch, tucking her feet beneath her and simply relaxing as she watched the boys' play together.

Matt heard Madelyn sob as the door shut behind her and he knew he should follow after her, but he didn't. If she would've just kept her nose out of his business, he wouldn't have had to shout at her. Turning around, he climbed back into bed, tugging the covers up to his shoulders and closing his eyes. By some stretch of a miracle, Matt actually managed to fall asleep, although it wasn't very restful. He tossed and turned, his dreams were plagued by the sounds of gunfire and explosions and anguished cries. When he finally jerked awake, he was soaked in sweat, breathing heavily as he glanced wildly around the room.

Matt took a few minutes to calm himself down before he decided to venture downstairs. He immediately noticed what a mess the boys had made with their playdoh, but he decided not to say anything. He was so on edge that the slightest provocation would upset him. Walking into the living room, he sat down on the couch, leaning his head back against the cushion. "Have you started on dinner yet?" Matt asked, looking over at Madelyn. "I'm getting hungry. You should make meatloaf."

    "Yeah, meatloaf!" River shouted.

"Don't yell, Daddy has a headache," Matt grumbled, rubbing the bridge of his nose. He took a deep breath, letting it out slowly. He was starting to think that coming downstairs was a bad idea. When he realized that Madelyn hadn't answered his question, he glanced over at her with a frown. "Are you deaf? I asked you a question. Nevermind, I'll start on it myself," he grumbled, getting to his feet.

Madelyn felt herself tense when she heard Matt moving around upstairs, knowing full well that he would be joining them downstairs soon enough. Her breathe caught in the back of her throat and she said a silent prayer, hoping that some time alone would have served to put Matt into a better mood than he had been in when they got home. She didn't look up from playing with River and Cash, only deciding that she should stop what she was doing when Matt mentioned being hungry. She had been planning on something easy and she was almost a bit frustrated at the thought of having to put such effort into their dinner. She would make it though, knowing, or at least hoping, that it would help improve Matt's mood. Anything she could do to make his day easier, Madelyn was more than willing to do.

Looking up when Matt started speaking to her again, Madelyn huffed as she pushed to her feet, brushing her back off. "I'm going," she said in a bland voice, moving to step around the boys after leaving the with instruction to start tidying up. As she passed by Matt, she brushed her hand over his arm. "Relax. I'll make supper," she promised in a quiet voice, turning to head into the kitchen without waiting for an answer from him whatsoever.

With the meatloaf in the oven, Madelyn sliced up some carrots and put them into the oven as well to roast them. She decided to make some potatoes as well, she tossed some that had been quartered into a pot of boiling water. Sighing as she put the prep dishes into the dishwasher, she returned to the living room, unable to ignore the nervous twinge in her stomach. She sat beside Matt, chancing a nervous look in his direction. "Did you want a drink or anything?" She asked, wondering if he was perhaps thirsty or if there was anything else she could do for him.

Matt huffed as Madelyn finally answered him, sitting back down on the couch. He could tell Madelyn was a little irritated with his choice of dinner, but he didn't really care. He knew she would try anything to try and get him in a better mood. While Madelyn was in the kitchen getting dinner ready, Matt turned on the television, flipping through the channels until he found something he could bear to watch for more than a few minutes. "I wanna watch cartoons," River said, both boys obviously noticing that the TV was on.

"Not now," Matt said, the words coming out a bit more callous than he'd meant for them to. River flinched visibly and Matt sighed. He felt a little bad that he was taking his bad mood out on his sons, but he also didn't want to have to deal with another snappy comment from Madelyn about it. "Clean up your playdoh first," Matt told them. "Then you can watch cartoons." He sank back against the couch, not even bothering to look over when Madelyn sat next to him. "Uh yeah, just bring me a glass of tea, I guess," he mumbled.

By the time Madelyn had disappeared into the kitchen again, the boys had finished cleaning up their mess and had scrambled onto the couch, Cash climbing into his father's lap. Matt sighed once again as he searched through the guide for a cartoon. Settling on Paw Patrol, he tossed the remote onto the side table and closed his eyes. He remembered a point in his life when watching TV, even cartoons, with Madelyn and their sons was one of the best ways he could spend an evening. But now, he dreaded the thought. River and Cash were too loud and Madelyn was too nosy and Matt's anxiety was still high from their trip to the beach.

Madelyn had no clue what she should even do at this point. She returned to the living room, handing the glass of tea to Matt. She sat beside him, wishing she could reach out and simply hold his hand. Even just lean her thigh against his to have that sort of physical contact that they had been lacking for so long because of his duty. Madelyn didn't blame him and she wouldn't have had it any other way because she knew that was what Matt had wanted to do with his life since an early age. It didn't make it any easier to swallow, knowing that she had no way to get through to him. She couldn't make Matt go to a therapist or anything but God, she wished he would. Not for her or the kids even, just for him. He had been through so much, he deserved it now.

She sat quietly, thankful when River leaned into her side. She wrapped her arm around him, giving him a gentle squeeze as they all settled into a session of Paw Patrol. Madelyn jumped when the oven timer went off, having been so lost in her thoughts that she couldn't even tell you what had happened during the episode they had just watched. Clearing her throat, Madelyn stood and headed into the kitchen to start plating their food. She poured River and Cash a glass of grape and apple juice respectively. Setting the table, Madelyn headed into the living room with a small smile as the boys turned toward her, eager to eat dinner.

"Dinner's ready. Come on, come to the table," Madelyn said, fixing Cash with a bit of a look when he started to protest. It was enough to silence him as she turned to head back into the dining room to sit for the dinner that she had prepared for them. Looking up after the first few bites that she took, Madelyn flashed a small smile in Matt's direction. "How is it?"

Matt wasn't at all prepared when the timer went off in the kitchen. He nearly jumped enough to send Cash tumbling to the floor; luckily he managed to catch the toddler just in time. "S'okay, Daddy," Cash said, obviously noticing the startled look on Matt's face. "Just supper!"

Matt just nodded, moving Cash onto the couch next to him as Madelyn went into the kitchen to pull the meatloaf from the oven. He knew what was coming next and he was dreading it. Madelyn didn't seem to like for them to have a silent meal; she always tried to start a conversation, mostly with him, and he just wasn't in the mood to talk. When Madelyn came to fetch the boys to eat, Matt followed after them, grabbing the plate that Madelyn had fixed for him before sitting down at the table. He kept his attention focused on the meatloaf as he cut a piece off, quickly stuffing it into his mouth. He couldn't talk if he had his mouth full, right? Madelyn always got on to the boys for doing it. But when Madelyn spoke up and asked him a question, he knew he couldn't ignore her.

Swallowing the food in his mouth, Matt reached for his glass of tea. "It's good, baby, thank you," he said, trying to sound sincere. He wasn't lying, the food was delicious, but he was worried that his lingering tense mood would make him come off as unappreciative. When Matt was finished with his food, he stood to place his plate in the sink, pausing as he passed Madelyn. "Thanks for dinner," he said simply, leaning down to press a kiss to her temple. River and Cash both made faces, as Matt knew they would.

Madelyn hadn't really been all that hopeful for a reply from Matt, even when she had asked him how the food was. His reply was enough to lift her spirits and she smiled, returning her attention back to her food. The dinner took on a relatively quiet tone, with Cash and River both just as quiet as their parents. Matt seemed to be in a bit of a better mood and it seemed unspoken that no one wanted to potentially ruin that. Madelyn in particular, despite wanting nothing more than to talk to her husband beside her.

Looking up when Matt stood, Madelyn couldn't help the smile that returned to her face when Matt kissed her temple. She chuckled at the boys' reaction, giving a roll of her eyes as she reached up to give Matt's hand a quick squeeze before she dropped her grip from his hand. "You're welcome, babe. I love you," she said, turning to finish the last of her dinner before she stood.

"No ice cream if you don't finish your dinner, River," Madelyn said sternly, fixing the older boy with a look. River started to whine before he seemed to realize that Madelyn wasn't going to give in to him. She helped Cash down from his chair. "Go play. Your brother will join you soon," she said, ruffling Cash's hair. Grabbing Cash's dishes, Madelyn started into the kitchen to finish up the dishes. She made sure to make enough noise as she walked up behind Matt, not wanting to startle him. "Why don't you go relax? I'll finish up the dishes and then maybe we can watch a movie with the boys or something.."

It made Matt happy to hear Madelyn say she loved him, but it also made him feel guilty. He'd been treating her so terribly since he returned to the states. But he couldn't help it. His time overseas had changed him so much and Cash's death had only compounded that. Cash was his baby brother, he was supposed to take care of him. He'd promised his parents that he would bring Cash home safely and he'd broken that promise. Taking his plate to the sink, Matt had just finished rinsing it off when he heard Madelyn approaching behind him. "I got it," he said, a bit snappishly. "I mean, it's fine. I've...I've got it. We can both do the dishes."

Matt knew that Madelyn only had good intentions, but most of the time, it only made him feel helpless. Useless, almost. He was perfectly capable of helping out with the dishes. He'd done that and more during his time in the army. And it made him feel like a piece of shit to sit around and watch his wife do housework while he sat on the couch. Once the dishes were finished and the boys had finished with their dinner, Matt finally went to sit on the couch. Just like last time, Cash was quick to scramble into his lap, sitting back against his father's chest.

The irony of the fact that Cash was seemingly more attached to him than River did not escape Matt. He was trying so hard to forget about his brother's death and here was his namesake, stuck to Matt's side like glue. "What movie are we gonna watch?" Matt asked. Of course, River piped up with a cartoon suggestion, which didn't surprise Matt at all. "How about Night at the Musuem?" he suggested, not really feeling like spending the next two hours watching a cartoon.

The cloud that Madelyn had been riding high on seemed to burst just as quickly as it had appeared. Matt snapped at her and Madelyn deflated, her shoulders sagging as she drew away from him. She drew a shaky breathe, trying to remind herself that Matt was... well, she didn't know. He wouldn't talk to her and it seemed like every guess that she made was completely wrong. She perked up a bit when Matt spoke up again, more excited than she should have been at the idea of doing dishes with Matt. It was truthfully the closest that she had been to him since the date they had gone on.

Madelyn decided to make some apple cider for everyone while the boys tried to sort out what they wanted to watch. She made River and Cash's at a cooler temperature while her and Matt's were steaming hot. Hers had a cinnamon stick in it to spice it up a bit more, she had left one out of the boys' because she wasn't sure any of them would want one. She carried Matt's and the boys' out to the living room where she set them down carefully, returning to the kitchen to grab hers.

Smiling as she sat down on the couch, Madelyn tugged the blanket off of the back of the couch to drape over her legs. River sat between his parents but Cash was attached to Matt, it made her heart swell to see. She hoped that some quality time with his sons would do good for Matt. Toward the end of the movie, Madelyn wasn't at all surprised when she noticed both of the boys were sleeping soundly. Today had been a bit more exciting than usual, with the beach and everything. Madelyn turned to Matt and smiled as she whispered, "what do you say, I'll put the boys to bed and then maybe we can take a dip in the hot tub Have a drink?" Madelyn wasn't sure it would spark some intimacy but she was a bit hopeful, she just wanted to be close to Matt.

River and Cash spent the next few minutes bickering over which movie to watch, with Matt not so gently coaxing them into choosing something. Madelyn had gone into the kitchen while the boys chose and when she returned, she brought them all glasses of apple cider. "Tell your mom thank you," Matt said to the boys. Both of them chirped a thank you to Madelyn in unison before turning their attention to the television. By the time the movie was over, River and Cash were both asleep and Matt was ready to crawl into bed. He doubted he would get any restful sleep, but he at least needed to try.

Matt wasn't really in the mood to get in the hot tub, but he was sure turning Madelyn down would only create more problems and tension that he didn't feel like dealing with. And who knew, maybe a little alcohol would loosen him up and help him sleep. And of course, there was also the possibility of sex. "I'll change into my trunks while you put the boys to bed," Matt said, getting to his feet. Since Cash was already asleep in his lap, Matt carried him upstairs behind Madelyn, setting him down in his bed before going down the hall to the master bedroom.

Madelyn was still in the boys' room when he'd finished changing, so Matt went on ahead downstairs, stopping in the kitchen to grab a couple of beers from the fridge before stepping out onto the patio. He turned on the hot tub, letting the water get warm before he climbed inside. It was another few minutes before Madelyn joined him and by that time, Matt had already finished off half a beer.

Cash had woken up when Madelyn changed him into pajamas so she stayed in the room long enough to read him a short bedtime story. The moment Cash had slipped off to sleep, Madelyn tiptoed out of the room and was quick to head into the master bedroom. She changed into her bathing suit, hesitating for a moment before she tugged the top off of her chest. Madelyn drew in a deep breathe as she pulled on her silk robe, tying it securely around her waist before she started downstairs. She didn't know if her halfhearted attempt at flirting with Matt would go but she was hopeful that it would spark something inside of Matt, she hoped it would make him happy and maybe ease his mind a little.

Madelyn grinned as she stepped out into the back yard, her cheeks already blushing a few shades darker as she approached the hot tub. She gave a coy little smile as she looked up through her lashes, her eyes trained on Matt as she pulled on the string of her robe. "Matt..." she whispered his name as she revealed her little surprise to Matt. Madelyn had left her bikini bottoms on in case this didn't pan out the way she had imagined it would, wanting to retain some of her dignity if she needed to.

Shrugging off her robe, Madelyn climbed into the hot tub and lingered a foot or so away from Matt. She didn't want to push things if Matt didn't want to so she would leave it entirely up to Matt. Even just sitting in the hot tub with her was more romantic than things had been in awhile so she wasn't going to ruin this if she had anything to say about it. She picked up the untouched beer, taking a small sip of it before a large swig. Her nerves were going crazy, she felt like they were naive teenagers all over again.

Matt raised an eyebrow when he noticed that Madelyn had stepped out in her silk robe. As he watched, she pulled the string on her robe, his eyes widening when he saw that she wasn't wearing her bikini top. Just the sight alone was enough to grab Matt's full attention, enough so that he nearly forgot about the beer bottle in his hand. He had originally not been too enthused with sitting in the hot tub, but now he was glad that he had agreed. The beer would help him sleep if he had enough and the now inevitable sex would help to relieve a bit of the tension he was feeling and put him in a better mood, at least for tonight and tomorrow.

Matt chugged what was left of the beer in his hand, tossing it into the yard. He would pick it up later. Right now, he was only focused on his wife. Sliding over next to her, he took the beer from Madelyn's hands and sat it aside before he pulled her into his lap. Matt saw no point in wasting any time, because even with the boys upstairs asleep, they still weren't guaranteed a lot of time. And with how long it had been since he'd gotten any, Matt was a bit antsy. But he didn't think that Madelyn would mind.

Matt slid a hand up Madelyn's back, pulled her against him so that he could kiss her. Pulling back, he smirked slightly as he dipped his hand underneath the water, pushing her swimsuit bottoms aside so that he could touch her. He wasn't sure what sort of interaction Madelyn wanted, but Matt wasn't at all in the mood for anything slow or really all that intimate. He wanted something a bit more raw, something that might help relieve some of the tension that still hung over his shoulders.

[I apologize if this is awful, I was falling asleep while I was writing it lmfao]

    {It's fine lmfao }

The last time that they had slept together had been only a few weeks after Matt had been discharged. Madelyn understood that he was going through a lot. Between losing his brother and losing the career that had been his entire life for so long, Madelyn knew the changes would be rough for him to go through. She had done her best to just be there by his side for whatever he needed from her. She would do just about anything for him and that included letting Matt take her however he wanted tonight. If he wanted rough and passionate, that was what he would get.

Madelyn felt a shiver run down her spine when Matt's hand dipped beneath the water. She offered a shy little smile, tilting her head to the side, only for her lips to part in a quiet moan. Madelyn groaned as she pressed closer to Matt, knowing she was more than ready for Matt to take her. She would have preferred something a bit more intimate but just the feel of her husband's touch was enough to excite her more than she already was.

Leaning back just slightly, Madelyn reached between their bodies to fumble with Matt's swim trunks. Tugging the string open, Madelyn opened his shorts just enough so that she could reach into them. Wrapping her fingers around Matt's cock, Madelyn bit back a moan as she gave a few, eager pumps as she nipped at Matt's jawline. "Matt," she whispered, moaning as she tilted her head to press her lips to his ear. "Fuck me," she whimpered, rolling her hips against him. "Please."

More than anything right now, Matt was grateful for the privacy fence he'd had installed years ago. It stemmed mostly from slight paranoia following his first deployment, but of course it came in handy for the trysts Matt and Madelyn sometimes liked to partake in in their back yard. Hearing Madelyn moan, Matt rubbed her a little harder, wanting to get even more of a reaction from her. He was already slightly hard when Madelyn reached into his swimtrunks, her touch eliciting a soft groan from his lips. More than eager to get to the main event, Matt offered no hestitstion when Madelyn whimpered in his ear. He moved her from his lap, guiding her onto her knees on the seat of the hot tub as he moved up behind her. Not wanting to deal with her swimsuit bottoms, Matt tugged these off, laying them over the side of the hot tub.

He reached into the water to grab himself, giving himself a few lazy strokes as he moved up behind Madelyn. If he weren't so eager, he might have teased her a little, but he didn't quite have enough willpower to hold off for even a few seconds. Matt pushed into Madelyn, taking a second to savor the feeling of her before he started to move, setting a steady, rough rhythm. He settled one hand on Madelyn's hip, the other teasing between her thighs, rubbing circles over her clit. He knew he couldn't really hope to last long enough for her to finish before he did, but he would still get Madelyn where she needed to be. He might have gone into this in the interest of his own release, but Matt was far from selfish when it came to Madelyn.

Matt's thrusts got a bit sloppy as he approached his climax, his fingers digging into the skin of Madelyn's hips. He held her in place against him as he finished, letting out a low groan into her ear. After a few seconds' rest to regain his composure, Matt focused his attention on Madelyn, slipping his hand up to wrap loosely around her throat as he worked his thumb over her clit. "You're a dirty little girl, letting me fuck you in the backyard," he murmured against her ear. He started to rub her a bit harder, even giving his hips a few lazy thrusts.

Madelyn let out a breathless moan as she rolled her hips against Matt's hand, her eyes clamped shut as a shudder ran through her body. She tried to keep herself quiet since they were outside and it really wasn't that late in the evening so there was no telling whether other would hear them or not. Madelyn whimpered at the loss of contact, eagerly kneeling on the seat in the hot tub. She gave a wiggle of her hips, looking back to Matt with a small smirk. To see Matt this eager to touch her and to be involved with her was enough to excite Madelyn more than she had expected.

"F-Fuck," Madelyn moaned as Matt pressed into her. She set her forearm against the edge of the hot tub, resting her forehead against her arm. She bit down on her lip to quiet herself, eagerly pushing against Matt's thrusts. Her toes curled with a particularly hard thrust, causing her lips to part in a silent moan. Madelyn grinned as Matt came, the knowledge that he ahd enjoyed himself enough to ease whatever worries still remained behind.

"Ohgod," she whimpered as Matt's thumb brushed over her clit. Madelyn reached back wrist her free hand, gripping Matt's wrist loosely as she started to come undone. Her breathe caught in the back of her throat as her orgasm washed through her, unable to stop her thighs from shaking as she pressed back against Matt. Sinking against the edge of the tub, Madelyn sighed as she turned to actually sit down. She panted, a light blush covering her cheeks as she looked up to Matt. A lazy smile settled on her features as she reached up to pull Matt toward her long enough to kiss him on the lips. "I love you so much," she whispered, slowly moving to her feet.

"Mmm, I think the hot tub was a good idea," Madelyn teased quietly, sliding her arms around Matt's waist. She didn't think too much about the idea of making Matt uncomfortable with still being so close to him. "Maybe we should do this more often?" She asked, raising an eyebrow. Madelyn was on cloud nine at the moment, happy to have been intimate with Matt because she was foolishly thinking that it meant Matt was able to let go of his worries. It was a step in the right direction, it had to be.
