It wasn’t easy, but this would serve as a test for both of them. Chris would have to learn to be patient and earn Ella’s trust and forgiveness. Ella would learn to forgive him and move past this. Days went by and things were quiet they slept in the same bed but she found herself crying sometimes. In the next couple weeks Ella noticed how Chris showed his loyalty and love for her. Ella slowly came around and let him hug her and hold her hand, no kissing yet. After about a month Ella finally let herself let it go, she walked over to Christ who was sitting in the living room. She took a seat in his lap, and pulled his attention away from his book and she kissed him for the first time in a month. Pulling back Ella breathed heavily and looked at Chris, “thank you for being so patient.”

Chris was shocked when she kissed him. It had a been a whole month, and that to him felt like a century. Pulling back from the kiss as she pulled back,Chris couldn't help but cup her face a little.
