With one final flick of the lighter, the small blonde had produced another one of her famous blunts. Sitting back in the seat of her friends small malibu, Dallas took the first long drag of the skunky smoke. Letting out a cough, “Alright you guys, we really have to figure out something to do tonight. I’m tired of sitting in this damn car all the time!” She playfully kicked the back of the front seat, her friend Austin turned around with a glare. Shooting a flirty smirk, “Maybe we should go see about that club downtown… or I heard Josh is having a party at his place.”
The group in the packed car all nodded in agreement to the second option. Josh was known for always being stocked on whatever a druggies little heart could crave. Within twenty minutes the young adults found their way downstairs to a lower level apartment. The entire bottom floor had their doors open; people flooding from apartment to apartment, a beer pong table in the middle of the hallway, kegs stationed outside each door, and a thick haze of smoke filling the air around them. Dallas turned into the apartment she knew belonged to their friend, whom she immediately found on the couch with bong in his lap. Josh lazily smiled up to the girl, “Hey Dee, I have something special for you in the back!” Stumbling to get to his feet, Josh grabbed her small hand and brought her to the bedroom. Shutting the door behind the two of them, the stoner pulled a small bag from his back pocket. There were an assortment of ‘pressed pills’. He grabbed one shaped like a minion, “This will make you feel better than anything else ever could.”
Dallas wasn’t one to back down from a free drug offer. With a grin, she popped the pill into her mouth, swallowed it down with a beer that she had snagged on the way in. “Josh, you sure know how to make a girl happy.” Soon the lights became brighter, her body filled with a warm fuzzy feeling, and she was off in another world. The music pulsed through her veins, leaving her dancing all around the place. A few times she found herself latched onto a random stranger, leaving kisses wherever their skin was bare.
As the night continued, Dallas found herself running around making more choices that she would be reminded of the next day. Once the alcohol kicked in, along with whatever drug she had been given, she had no idea what was happening around her.

Groaning, the small girl rolled over as a cool breeze washed over her chest. Shooting up, she looked around to see if she recognized her surroundings. A wave of relief washed over her as she realized she had spent the night with Josh. Crawling out of his bed and grabbing the nearest t-shirt, and sweats she made her way out of the bedroom. Dallas found one of her friends, borrowed their phone and called for her mom to come get her. With her mother refusing, because she was in bed with a migraine, she told Dallas to call her father.
The last thing Dallas wanted was for her dad to see her this way, but she wasn’t entirely she how else she was going to get home. She couldn’t even find her phone, let alone a way to get home. With a sad sigh, she dialed her fathers number and sheepishly spoke, “Hi daddy… I’m on the other end of town, and I don’t have a way home. Mom told me to call you…” She gave him the address, she could hear the annoyance in his voice. Did she care? Not really. She knew the lecture would be coming, the same one she had heard so many times before.
