Mr. and Mrs. President

Jack rubbed her lower back. Deciding on it was best to let it be. He continued massaging her back as he waited for her to say something or do something.

A couple of hours later...

Jackie was standing in the bathroom, gripping the sink. She was getting ready to get into the tub. The pain was starting to get worse, but she wasn't ready to go just yet. She just wanted to take a bath and relax better. "Jack!" She called out to him, needing help to get nightgown off and in the tub.

Walking quickly into the bathroom, Jack looked at his wife. "What's wrong honey?" Jack questioned as he walked over towards her.

Jackie breathed in and out as she leaned herself off of the bathroom counter. "Can you help me take this nightgown off?" She asked, taking in another breath in then out. She was so uncomfortable at this point, and wanted nothing more than to make this pain go away.

Nodding his head, Jack helped her out of her gown. "Honey are you sure you don't want to go on?" Jack questioned his wife.

Jackie shook her head. "No, I just want to get in that tub." She eased herself into the tub with Jack's help. She didn't even look at Jack, knowing what he was going to say. She just stared at her large bump, breathing in and out slowly.

"Is there anything I can get you? Something to drink or anything honey? Want me to go fetch your robe for when you get out?" Jack questioned his wife worried about her.

"If you want to get my robe that would be amazing." Jackie leaned back in the tub, letting her body relax and slowly soothing the pain. She watched Jack exit the bathroom before closing her eyes.

Grabbing his wife robe from the foot of the bed. He draped it across his arm as he walked back into the bathroom. Smiling at how relaxed she finally looked after the morning and afternoon she'd been having. He smiled laying it on the bathroom counter, as he sat on the toilet watching his wife relax. "If you want me too, love, I can go in the bedroom till you finish relaxing." He told his wife.

After her bath and feeling a bit better, Jackie started to slowly get out of the tub, but realized that she needed Jack's help. "Jack! I need help." She laughed lightly. "That would be appreciated." She breathed in and out slowly feeling a quick pain.

Jogging into the bathroom, Jack looked at his wife. "Are you alright honey?" Jack questioned as he smiled at his wife.

Jackie nodded. "Just help me." She breathed with a sweet smile. "I would like to get out of the tub." She gripped the side of the porcelain tub.

Jack took and helped his wife up as he smiled at her. Helping her get into her robe he kissed the side of her head smiling.

Jackie smiled as she slipped into the robe. Waddling out of the bathroom with Jack beside her, the young brunette sat down on the bed. She closed her eyes as she felt a small pain hit once more. "Ooh." She breathed.

Jack sat beside of his wife, rubbing her back as he kept her close. "Are you alright?" Jack questioned worried.

"Jack." Jackie said, slightly annoyed at his question. "Please...stop...asking that question." She slowly got back up and changed into a nightgown before checking over her hospital overnight bag. She wanted to be prepared.

Jack looked at her, "Jackie, I am sorry." Jack told her. "I can't help myself if I worry about you." He told her kissing the top of her head. "I'll go get you something to eat." He told her softly as he left the bedroom to get her, her favorite snack she'd been craving lately.

Jackie finished up with checking her overnight bag before sitting back down on the bed. She felt the pain hit her again, stronger than before. She didn't know why she was trying to fight this, and was knowing that she needed to stop.

Walking back to the bedroom, Jack walked inside and sat beside of Jackie. "Here you are honey." Jack smiled at his wife kissing the side of her head.

Jack smiled, taking the bowl. "Thank you." She said as she placed it on the dresser. She breathed, holding her belly. "Ouch."
